I purchase a airline ticket 2/14/the website said the price was one amount and at check out the price was higherI called JustFly and the representative was rude and told me in order to have a seat on the plane you have to pay moreI asked her (Joanne) so when I purchase a plane ticket I don't have a seat on a plane unless I pay another fee, she said yesI asked to speak to a manager in the United States she said no and hung up the phone on meThey will not give me back my money and I just booked the ticket yesterdayNever again

Please don't buy Air Ticket with JustflyIf you cancel the ticket they will charge haft the price on ticket purchased

Justfly is a nightmare to deal with!
They take your money and if you cancel the flight you can not get a refund and IF you have insurance with CSA, you have to pay to cancel your flight with Justfly in order to make a claim with CSA and CSA can't guarantee they will pay your full claim for your ticket purchasedWhen I called to cancel my flight with justfly to try and recover some money from this whole nightmare, I was told I had credit for my next flight but would have a rebooking feeThey will take the consumers money and put you through the ringer to recover anything your entitled to as a consumerThe ABSOLUTE Worst experience I've ever had with a company

Company charged me $to cancel a $round trip plane ticket I purchased with them and stated that I would receive $in credit for another bookingI paid the $and got $in credit as statedBut then when I went to use the credit they said it could only be used for the exact itinerary with the same airline
Then they said there is another $fee to use the credit to book a flightThen the only page on their website that allows you to choose the new itinerary using the $in credits would not load after repeated attempts, exceeding minutes each, on my very fast WiFiThen they said they did not have the flight dates I wanted even though those flight dates were being offered on competitive websites and on the airline's websiteThe airline refused to deal with the issue since that is their agreement with JustFly
So in summary, my experience was I got charged to create credits that the company made difficult and unappealing to use, and either did not state all the terms or limitations in advance or must have been in small print somewhere on website because I did not notice those terms when making decisionsVery deceptive
