Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Watch out for computer/system glitches & even if you select a specific date, be sure to triple check the exact date or it will cost you dearlyI'm having to pay over $in cancellation fees for a computer/system glitch - technical issue on their end, even though I caught the issue within hours of booking the flights AND I won't get my 'refund' back into my bank account for 7-business days!!! WHY am I getting charged a cancellation fee, when the airline does not impose one, within hours of booking?!?! The customer care team said the ONLY option was to pay the $75/ticket cancellation feeThey said it was to recoup the airline feesBut I just confirmed with the airline that there are no cancellation fees within hours

Justfly is a ripoff!
My return flight from Dallas to Nashville was diverted to another city with only a small individual owned private airport I never made it to Nashville Myself and another passenger had to drive to NashvilleBoutiqueAir refunded my rental car, hotel room(the flight was cancel and we had to do a hour drive to Nashville)...we were also refunded for the airlines portion of the flight However, Justfly refused to refund their portion of the flight They made all kinds of ridiculous excuses as to why I couldn't get a full refund Please avoid this travel service...if a problem occurs you will be charge no matter whose fault it isDon't use this service

I booked a vacation, paid in full, to Australia in early through justfl*** departing from Atlanta and arriving in Sydney via San Francisco and Auckland On the morning of August 8, I received an email from justfl*** advising that there had been changes to my itinerary and to contact them Less than hours later, I received a second email advising that the email was sent erroneously and that the changes were not considered "imminent." They asked I call them when travel was within a month's timeframe and advised they would send a reminder email closer to my travel dates When I received the third email, I contacted them expecting an easy reroute to reasonably accommodate my travel plans I was placed on hold multiple times during a minute call, in which I was offered a full refund However, they advised my payment would not be refunded for 6-weeks and that they could not transfer my payment to an alternate airline/reservation I asked to have my reservations rerouted through the operating airline and they said they could not do so After requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was placed on a lengthy hold Once the supervisor came on the line, I was told again they could not change my flights I was placed on what I can only guess was a hold as no further communication was received from the other end but the call was still active I then called the airline directly The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable He gave me the information for all flights outbound (airports, dates, departure and arrival times as well as flight numbers) to give to the representatives at justfl*** He also advised me that justfly is capable of rerouting me on the operating airline and if they had any difficulty doing so they have a contact number for third party sales support they can call to help them change my itinerary It took a mere minutes and I was never once placed on hold I called justfly back and advised the representative of what I had found out from the airlines I was placed on a lengthy hold Once back on the line, I advised the person again that I had all the information directly from the airline required for them to reroute my flights and if they had any questions they could call the sales support line I was again placed on hold Again, lengthy The representative stated, when she finally returned, that she was unable to reach the airline but that they are unable to reroute my flights...even though they offered earlier to reroute my flights! I advised that I had no difficulty at all contacting the airlines and requested to speak with a supervisor After another somewhat less lengthy hold, I was told a supervisor would have to call me back My contact number was confirmed and I was advised someone would call me back within 4-So after minutes on the line with justfly, no resolution has been met
