STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY.COM When I received my reservation it did not have the correct date I checked my browser history for the webpage I used to make the purchase to confirm that I had chosen the correct date of departure, but the confirmation email showed the departure exactly one week later When I tried to correct this, the system wanted $of the $dollars I spent on the original ticket In order to prevent the charge being posted to my credit card, I accepted the $fee in hopes that I could try rebooking by phone and get a refund of the $fee When I tried to do this I was transferred to three different representatives all of whom demonstrated poor mastery of the engish language The final representative offered to rebook my flight on the correct date for $more and refused to refund my original $fee This sort of business is not unusual in this world of systemized service Reps are slaves to computers, we are slaves to reps

In August we purchased three tickets to Lima Peru through JustFly***The quoted amount for the three tickets was $1,yet when we received the credit card bill, JustFly*** had decided to charge us $1,We called JustFly*** to dispute the amount and we were told there was a charge for the seats of $bringing the total to $1,The system brought us to an area to select seats and at no time was there a notice that we would be charged for our choiceHad there been notification, we would not have chosen our seats and saves ourselves the $as we do not need to sit together when travelingSince we are going to the same place we can meet up at the end of the tripWhen we questioned the $difference, the JusyFly agent had no answer other than, "That's the way it is."

We cannot offer the compensation or change that you are seeking due to that and that the ticket is nontransferable to other airlines by the airline regulation.
