I was browsing Justfly.*** for low faresIt offered an extremely low fare of $for a RT ticketI entered my credit card info and when it began searching/processing the fare, it came back with an increased fare amount of $and asked if I wished to book--I went to click "no thanks" and it processed the chargeI immediately called the customer service line and the rep advised that they could not cancel a fare unless I paid $per personI became irate and advised I was not paying anything, I requested to speak to a supervisor numerous times and the rep would not transfer me and when she finally offered to transfer me, she stated it would be a minute holdShe then offered to cancel the flight for $per personI was extremely uncomfortable by the ease of processing a $charge when I hit the "no thanks" button and by the inability to cancel the flight or speak to a supervisorWith $on the line, I ended up accepting the $cancellation feeI immediately called the airline and they could not even see a reservation/cancellation under our names and advised that the department of transportation states you may cancel a flight up to hours after bookingOur credit card company is monitoring the situation to make sure $is refunded to our accountIt was a horrific experience and felt like scam to be honestI think the "ease" of the purchase and the "inability" to cancel is how they make their money

first : I booked the ticket number *** on 04/20/and I cancelled it the same date it cost me $until now I did not receive the refund 2nd : during the return of vacation and specifically on 07/04/while in cairo airport and heading to USA we will be stop at amsterdame air port (transit) an air line employee asked my wife for avisa to inter amsterdam we have no information about that and also the booking office (justfly) did not inform us about this as aresult ,we missed the fly the reservation office (justfly) was contacted several time to assiste us to change the fly but no respons and refused to give us the refund the next day tickets (ticket my self ,my wife and child) were booked from my account ,its cost me $ including the hotel I therefor ask you for appropriate compensationthank you very much
Very disappointed with this company Poor customer service, long wait times on hold to speak to a representative or supervisor when there was a problem with our reservation They answered the phone promptly when we were making reservation initiallyHowever, when we needed to call back because we were overcharged the rep placed me on hold for a
long time then came back and told me the extra fees charged were for booking through a travel agent When I booked initially the representative told me that the extra fees were for taxes, which on the website clearly states that the taxes were already included Bottom line, the extra fees were not for taxes but some kind of service fee that Justfl*** charges without telling you On top of that, we had to cancel our reservation all together as they would not just refund the extra $that they overcharged usOur bank account is tied up because it takes to business days for the refund, so we can not re-book immediately if we wanted toSupervisor was no help and offered no other information or explanation (or even an apology for the inconvenience) than the representative that over charged us They completely waisted our time and tied up our account I'm writing this in real time as I just got off the phone with them I will be calling the FRAUD department at my bank to reverse the over $they have of my $$$$!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
