This company is the worstThey do not care about their customers at allThey gave me the wrong information about a flight which led me to purchase the ticketWhen I called because the airline told me that my ticket didn't include the baggage as the *** agent had told me it did, they didn't want to admit their error at allThey kept repeating the same lines over and over againI had to pay over $extra because one of their agents gave me information, RIDICULOUS!
