Zero starsTerribleI booked a flight and accidentally added an extra letter to my first nameI noticed the error right away, a full month before my scheduled flight, and contacted their customer serviceI subsequently called them more times over the next three weeks! Each time I called they told me to call in to hoursEach time I spent a half hour on the phoneNow, two days before my flight the name change has still not been made and they are telling me to call to hours from now againThey will not guarantee that the name change will be made before I leave, but they will not refund my ticket without a $airline fee and a second $fee, I don't even know what forIt took me an hour of waiting to be able to get that answer from a supervisor who told me there was no one else I could talk to and those were my only two optionsIf I want to be sure that I have a ticket for two days from now, I need to book with another airline because nothing about my experience leads me to believe they will fix this problemAnd if I do that, I get to pay them $300+ for the pleasure of spending hours on the phone with them, zero customer service, and continued stressDo not book with JustFly

The site, advertised flight as a certain price for four days(June 2nd-4th)Once clicked on the desired flights it would show same pricesAfter putting in all my informations and the continuing to finalize purchase the price jumps up $600, and happend when tried with several other pricesOn June 2017, called customer service to speak with representativeAfter disclosing problems and unsuccessful attempts to get flights at closet to prices advertised on site, Supervisor was requested, representative pressed holdWhen took off hold, the supervisor "***" who sounded exactly the same as the representative answered and proceeded to unsuccessfully help with the problem after minutes then disclosed that there's no way to purchase flight even close to the price, then put me on hold for minutes to talk with the tech department about fixing their problem that still in no case helped or contributed to the customers problemAfter returning back to the phone call, Manager was reques

Please, be aware of this “just fly***” company and stand away from themThey are very quick to get your money, but it is impossible to deal with them once you pay and require changing the ticketsFirst, they charge their own cancellation / changing fees in addition to the airlines cancellation/ change fees, so you have to pay cancellation fee twice-$to them and $or whatever the airline charges plus a difference in the airfareThen , due to the nature of their website not all the flights are loaded into their system by the supplier they work with- “voyage ala carte”, company which in my understanding gives access to their website to just fly***, travel hub*** and corporate travel.com and issues all the tickets which are purchased on those three ( or even more ?) websitesI bought a ticket for travel in September and needed to change it for travel in February - no luckThe only option is to cancel , pay them $and now I have to sit and wait for the flights to appearThe flights are available everywhere else ( other websites,the airline’s website), but not on just fly*** And nobody could help me for almost daysBy the way, even the airline which this ticket belongs to will not help you as well if you bought ticket with themBig mistake from my side that I did not check reviews before I purchased my ticket from themSo my recommendation again-STAY AWAY from Just fly***, they sister company travel hub*** and buy either from a travel agency or the airline directly

The worst travel agency I have encountered and I work in the travel industryI booked a round trip flight to Saigon and was unable to get to Saigon on my return due to Visa issuesNot only did they refuse to help me keep the 2nd leg of my return journey (forced me to cancel the entire return trip) but they wanted to charge me almost $to change the flight to a different dayFrom reading other complaints, I am glad I booked a brand new flight instead of getting scammed again by JustFly to change my flightIn addition to this, they were unable to give me any refund on the airport taxes after being on the phone with them for over an hourThis is ILLEGAL as any customer who asks for strictly the taxes to be refunded minus any processing fees MUST be refunded for these taxesMy advice? Stay clear of JustFly and spend the extra few bucks to book direct or with a reputable company

I booked a flight through Just Fly with the cancellation policyI had to cancel the flight, they said American Airlines charged me dollars to cancel I said okayI was supposed to have a credit for a future flightWhen I tried to book a new flight with them, they told me that to book with American Airlines, I would have to pay more dollars on top of the credit of dollars I hadI found a flight with American for dollars before the creditSo why wouldn't the price be the difference between the credit and the price of the ticket

I had to cancel my flight and when doing so was informed of airline penalty and fees and was informed they would be deducted from the amount I paid for the flight My next credit card statement showed a $charge from JustflyI called to question this and to say I was misinformed this would come from the amount I had already paidI got nowhere and was informed I could call back the next day and could speak with a supervisor I did this and was connected to "***" who did not help at all He basically told me he could not do anything and I was stuck with the chargesEveryone I have spoken to on the phone has had a Phillipino accent and somewhat difficult to understand

I made a purchase of an airline ticket through the website JUSTFLY*** and the advertised price of the ticket was $dollarsWhen they processed my credit card the total was $dollarsJUSTFLY*** added additional fees without disclosing they were charging my credit card for additional feesI contacted them through the number and they told me I had to contact the airlines directly and when I contacted the airlines they told me I had to contact JUSTFLY*** to get the charges reversed on my credit cardOnce again I contacted JUSTFLY*** and they refused to reverse the overcharged fees to my credit cardI recently found out JUSTFLY*** make this a common practice of overcharging clientsI would like JUSTFLY*** to reverse the overcharged fees back to my credit card
