I booked a flight with them, but at some point, somehow, the wrong date was bookedI called to see if there was anyway they could help, and said they could if I paid an extra $dollarsI called the airline I booked through and they said they could defiantly help, but once I mentioned Justfly they said they could not help me, but the did say if I would have booked through them I would not cost me $dollars to fixThen after complaining on twitter as a warning in hopes that no one else would book with them, they contacted me and informed me that someone would call me from their escalation team, seven hours later and nothingI then contacted them instead and then after informing me the travel agent couldn't do anything they put me to a supervisor who also could not do anything for meSo ultimately they can not help anyoneThey are a business on making money off people and of not caring whether or not you do business with them againThey also charged me for picking seats but the airline itself does not

Do not use JustFly to book flights, hotels, etc They are terrible! They say you can make changes or cancel your reservations within hoursWhat they don't tell you is that there is a $charge to do that That information is buried in less than legible script deep into the propaganda on their websiteThe customer service rep was terrible!
NEVER use JustFly to book your reservations unless you enjoy being taken advantage of

I am writing this letter in regards to the terrible experience I had in my business dealings with the business justfly***On December 24th, I booked two tickets under the same names and destinations as well as the same email address attached to the ticketsOn the justfly*** website, they clearly advertised that reservations can be made and cancelled for a full refund with no penalty or fees within hours of the bookingAfter I made these online bookings I realized that the dates were not correct and they needed to be cancelledI immediately called justfly*** and gave them the only number that I saw on the paperworkI also gave the agent my full name, my email address, my travel partner’s full name, and the name of the travel origins and destinationsI told them that these all needed to be cancelled, and they said they could do this for meAfter not seeing the full refund to my credit card by December 28th, I called justfly*** again and inquired as to why it had not be

Stay away from Just Fly!!! They are a total scamI cancelled a flight, paid the cancellation fee to keep the credit of the cost of the cancelled flight to my account, then they would not let me use the credit even thought they said it could be used in the next year on a domestic flightI paid the cancellation fee and then a week later went to use the credit and they literally would not let meThey triple or quadruple the flight cost that is shown on their site and on the airlines' sites in order for you to use the credit, even though you've paid it and its just a credit to your accountI spent numerous hours with them on the phone with different people and supervisorsI travel with airlines monthly and have never had an issueThey had me on countless holds and they changed their policy/instructions multiple timesThey make up rules as they go just to keep your moneyIf I knew the credit couldnt be used I wouldve just kept my flight! They lied to meEventually they put me on hold again and hung up on meWhat kind of reputable company hangs up on paid customers? I have thousands of social media followers and I will be sharing this informationDO NOT BOOK WITH JUSTFLY
