This was the second booking with JustFly in a yearI used FlightNetwork and Expediat beforeBut I started with JustFly this year, and so far I like themFirst of all, the prices and searching trackingSecondly, the communication email and airline booking details are concise and clearThirdly, their flexible recommendation saves a lot moneyAlthough I read a lot of complaints here, I have done my due diligent and make sure all the information are correct when bookingI never buy any additional cancellation insurance etcI also make sure the booking using the credit card with travle/flight/luggage insurance coverageIn short, I would recommend the flyfligh for those no-frills travellers

I purchased an flight ticket on*** at 16:10pm on 05/18/2016, about and half hours later, I found a lower price on their website so I decided to call in and ask for a price difference refundHowever, after almost hours of talking to different representatives, they decided that they can't refund the price difference although they have a best price guarantee on their websiteSo I decided to cancel the flight and rebook itThen they want to charge me $fee for cancellation because they have a 4-hour window! Purchased airline tickets online for a business trip, a name on one of the tickets contains a misspelling - simply an extra "m" in the name "Flemming."
