I have spent about hours on the phone with justflys customer service people in about a week Right before my vacation and during First problem I had was to upgrade my tickets to business class , they kept me on hold for hours and was still not able to do a simple task I ended up purchasing new tickets through South African airlines 2nd problem was trying to move my husbands ticket to a later date I called days before the trip to change ticket and they confirmed change over phone but never sent me an email While I was in South Africa after the flight dates of these tickets I received and email that there is something wrong with my booking and to call When I called they rolled me that the flight change for my husband will cost me and exstending because of the flights that are more expensive at the time I wanted to move my ticket to so I agreed A day later a receive the same email I had before and called again This time they rolled me that they can't change my flight dates and th

My price increased after booking our flights through Justfl***They claimed I had made upgrades for seat selection, yet we didn't have seatsWhen I went to select a seat it was charging me an additional $per flight, per person so I would have to pay a total of $for seats when supposedly thats why my price went up because I had upgraded, yet I know I did not because I never do and I thoroughly double check before confirming and purchasingJustfl*** claimed the right to have their prices increased at any time, any day, any minute or any secondThis wasn't the case because I had different browsers on two different devices running their website and the price for the exact one I purchased never decreased or increasedI know this because I kept refreshing the browsers even while I was on the phone for an hour with themThe only time it increased was after I pressed to confirm and book the flightsThis is a scamI have never been so disappointed by a company beforeEverything they claimed I disputed with facts and they still refused to admit they were in the wrong and chose not to fix itI wasn't looking to get one over them or to get free ticketsI only wanted to be charged the price I selected and purchased not the one they increased on their own

Tried to book airline ticket for me and family through this website as it boasted about cheap flightsGot a price, looked very competitive, filled in all my information including credit card, said processing my booking and that's itNo confirmation, instead, said the prices have changed by odd dollars per ticket!!?? Justfly.com misrepresents information to the consumerFirst they misrepresented their ticket prices, which are less until you enter payment information and then the ticket price increasesSecondly, they misrepresent their itinerary informationThe total travel time listed on an online itinerary is presented as the total travel time but after booking (and payment is received and no refunds are allowed) the total travel time changes (and is much longer) than the final itinerary than they presented online at the time of bookingWhen I called customer service, they informed me that the time they presented on their website is total AIR time and didn’t include the hour layover my final itinerary listedSo instead of an minute travel time as listed on the itinerary I booked, the final itinerary I received has an hour and minute travel time
