I made a purchase for a flight through justfly for the dates from March 20th-28thA few weeks prior I ended up having to cancel the flightAfter being on hold for more than an hour they told me I would have to pay $and wait 4-weeks to receive a refund of $After paying and asking for an emailed confirmation, they charged me and never emailed me a confirmationI waited weeks before I called back and they completely denied ever being able to give me a refundThey hung up on me after waiting hoursA few weeks later I called to ask for credit and they said they'd call me back but never didI've currently been on hold for two hours and they keep placing me on hold and simply felling me to wait but keep remaining vagueI am scared I've been scammed and have had over $taken from me by this company with no solution

We purchased airline tickets from Just Fly In November to be used on July I used my Bank of America master cardI paid the bill in full in December In February Just Fly notified us that the flight time, the flight day had been changed, Just Fly change our seats from business class seating to coach settingWe responded at once that was unacceptable and we wanted the tickets that we had paid for or our money backJust fly made no response to e-mails and phone callsWe went to another ticket seller and bought our original tickets at a higher priceJust Fly has refused to return our payment and apparently resold our tickets because there were no empty seats on the flight

I went on line and booked a flight to leave on June and to come back on June 29th, I tipple checked it, as I always do before bookingI printed it all out and gave the copy to my maintenance tech since he was the one that I booked it forA few hours later his wife brought to my attention that the booking was for June through July I thought that she was joking since I knew that was not what I booked it for, I pulled out the copy of the booking and sure enough it said June through July 27thI called Justfly to change the dates and they told me that the only way to correct it was to cancel it and re-book it and by the way I would have to pay a cancellation fee of I explained that I know what dates I booked and I did not book this date, they told me that the only way to fix it was to cancel and to pay the fee

I tried purchasing airfare from this websiteMy card declined the purchase so I attempted to purchase again on another credit card (my mother purchased on her credit card for me)Now I have been charged on multiple credit cards for varying fees, all of which are more than the price I originally agreed to purchaseThe company is claiming only my card has been charged for not including insurance, which I had purchased and was included in the original total I agreed to pay (my account shows a reversal for that included insurance, but no current charge) and my mother has been charged $and the company is claiming they did not charge her at allWe continue working with them to get this sorted outTo cancel they are trying to charge a cancellation fee

TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL COSTI had my share of issues with this Justfly, but this one pushed me to the edge I purchased a ticket few days later I realized that the middle was entered twice and there was no last nameI checked my justly profile and email confirmation that I received from them they all have correct informationI called the conversation went nowhere I was transferred to a supervisor by name of ***He was a disasterHe asked me to email him the confirmation email that shows the correct name I did, after he received the email instead of accepting and fix the simple issue of middle name appearing twice on the ticket he just made a new excuse and said the information I sent to not an email from Justfly, interestingly, the whole email a mail header and signature from justfly mail servers It was complete ridiculers excuse, this company couldn’t fix a very simple system issue until they get paid $If I had a name change due to life changes such as marriage or divorce etc., I would understandBut this was clearly a database error or browser issuesIT’S TECHNOLOGYRegardless of what it was this should have been a simple fix I then called *** Airline and TSA which they were able to offer a resolutionThey also couldn’t believe how wouldn’t justly fix their own technical issue unless the customer paysAdditional, In a separate case the agents at Justfly has a very nasty habit of putting the customers on long mute holdI had another issue which I called another supervisor put me on 2hr hold on Dec at around pmI took the screenshot of my phone and I will be posting it on *** and *** as well so people can see how Justfly workRegardless, of how the issue was originated, is clearly a mistake where middle name and last name is the same, to retain customer and customer satisfaction strategy, it should have been in their best interest to correct this errorAs IT WAS NOT A NAME CHANGEIf this company continue to run this way, they will for sure run out of businessThere have terrible reviews all over the internet, ***, consumer report Revdex.com to name a fewMY ADVISE DO NOT USE JUSTFLYPLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM

They asked I call them when travel was within a month's timeframe and advised they would send a reminder email closer to my travel dates When I received the third email, I contacted them expecting an easy reroute to reasonably accommodate my travel plans I was placed on hold multiple times during a minute call, in which I was offered a full refund However, they advised my payment would not be refunded for 6-weeks and that they could not transfer my payment to an alternate airline/reservation I asked to have my reservations rerouted through the operating airline and they said they could not do so After requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was placed on a lengthy hold Once the supervisor came on the line, I was told again they could not change my flights I was placed on what I can only guess was a hold as no further communication was received from the other end but the call was still active I then called the airline directly The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable He gave me the information for all flights outbound (airports, dates, departure and arrival times as well as flight numbers) to give to the representatives at justfl*** He also advised me that justfly is capable of rerouting me on the operating airline and if they had any difficulty doing so they have a contact number for third party sales support they can call to help them change my itinerary It took a mere minutes and I was never once placed on hold I called justfly back and advised the representative of what I had found out from the airlines I was placed on a lengthy hold Once back on the line, I advised the person again that I had all the information directly from the airline required for them to reroute my flights and if they had any questions they could call the sales support line I was again placed on hold Again, lengthy The representative stated, when she finally returned, that she was unable to reach the airline but that they are unable to reroute my flights...even though they offered earlier to reroute my flights! I advised that I had no difficulty at all contacting the airlines and requested to speak with a supervisor After another somewhat less lengthy hold, I was told a supervisor would have to call me back My contact number was confirmed and I was advised someone would call me back within 4-So after minutes on the line with justfly, no resolution has been met

Zero starsTerribleI booked a flight and accidentally added an extra letter to my first nameI noticed the error right away, a full month before my scheduled flight, and contacted their customer serviceI subsequently called them more times over the next three weeks! Each time I called they told me to call in to hoursEach time I spent a half hour on the phoneNow, two days before my flight the name change has still not been made and they are telling me to call to hours from now againThey will not guarantee that the name change will be made before I leave, but they will not refund my ticket without a $airline fee and a second $fee, I don't even know what forIt took me an hour of waiting to be able to get that answer from a supervisor who told me there was no one else I could talk to and those were my only two optionsIf I want to be sure that I have a ticket for two days from now, I need to book with another airline because nothing about my experience leads me to believe they will fix this problemAnd if I do that, I get to pay them $300+ for the pleasure of spending hours on the phone with them, zero customer service, and continued stressDo not book with JustFly
