I made the mistake of trusting my friends when we got airline tickets to Europe, booked them at Just FlyI learned I was getting a promotion at work that warranted me to stay in the statesI called Just Fly to cancel the flight since I purchased flight insurance as wellThis is where this company is completely unethical and downright scamMy ticket was $600+, which if canceled is not refundable, this company has the nerve to want to charge $to cancel the flight (this is how they make their money and it’s a scam, you’ll see later on why), the rep keep asking me if I wanted to cancel several times and had to ask my permission to be debited $150, of course I said *** NO you are not charging my credit card for a frivolous chargeThe scary part is this company has a file with your credit card information, which is will be reported to my credit card company on the basis of the shady tactic of wanting to charge $to cancel the flight I did my own research on the ticket and found that American Airlines was the company that the plane ticket was bought from, I talked to an American Airlines who advised they do not charge to cancel tickets and never have I was also told that the day the flight was purchased I could have received a cheaper flight, because Just Fly books the flights on the carrier websites, they don’t have any special pull, they act as a middle man(if you can call them that) and just book your flightThere is no disclaimer on their website of cheaper flights maybe found on carrier websites, or that you don’t do anything special to warrant that $cancelation feeI canceled my flight with the American Airlines rep and that was it, how Just Fly think they can charge $for nothing is beyond me, this is where the scam is, stay away from themYou are better off getting flights on the carrier websites
