This company had failed to send the e-ticket despite several requests on my partAt this point I don’t if I have a legitimate reservation or not, but they have already taken the money for the ticket from my account

After experiencing their nightmare service and then seeing through several review websites includeing the Revdex.com, I am amazed this company has not been shut down My wife had to cancel her flight and we accepted that we had to pay a $cancellation fee and would only receive credit rather than a refund When we tried to book a new flight using the credit, the site would not allow us to use the credit at its stated value for the fare that it had advertised I received the run around from their incompetent customer service for nearly an hour, being transferred several times to different people and then they eventually hung up on me At that point I called my credit card company to report their business as a fraud and directed them not to honor any of the charges This company has such terrible business practices it should be considered a fraudulant business The number of negative reviews of this company is astounding and I'm surprised they haven't been shut down by the *** yet

I tried calling these people to resolve a customer service failure on their part which has cost me a few hundred dollarsI was on hold for over an hour, and they never answered, much less rectify their faultPerhaps they were asleep? Or maybe they forgot how to answer a phone? Extremely incompetent! Avoid these people like you would the plague!

I recently booked a trip with justfly*** which resulted in getting an email stating that my payment did not go through and that I needed to make a new payment in order for my flight reservation to remain takenAs I entered my payment information again, I notoced the next day that I was billed twice for the same flightI've called customer service over times about this matter and they were not helpful at allThey asked me to send them a billing statement showing my double charge which I did the very next hourThey assured me that they would handle this matter in the next hour after receiving my statement and would email me back however they did notI had to call customer service again and ask them to manually check my email and see the statement I sent themThey proceeded to tell me that they will file an investigation and refund me in weeksThis is unacceptable! I purchased a ticket on justfly*** *** *** on June 30th at 9:30AM EST for a flight on July 7thI tried to cancel the ticket at 2PM EST, but was told I would be subject to a feeThis seems to be in conflict with US DOT regulation CFR 259.5(b)(4), which states that airlines must allow customers to cancel or change flights within hours without feeThis fee is surprising (and contrary to regulations) and was not clear at booking that they would not follow that regulation (followed by every other online booking business to my knowledge)
