If you really need a cheap flight be my guest to use this websiteBut make sure you are aware of what your getting intoInformation on site is in correct we fly with Frontier so we never had to pay a minor alone feeThis time we used Just scam fly.com and when you book a child it says 2-But the airline does not recognize that so you end up paying a fee of and flights where changed due to one being under and the other above If we would have know that we would have done something differentIt is misleading that they have children listed as 2-and not all airlines abide by thatWhen calling the first young lady was nice but offered no resolve and the gentleman was rude I wish I remembered there namesThe end result I was hung up on and I had to go through Delta to resolve the issueJust be aware what you are buying maybe call and ask questions and write names down If your desperate low on funds do what you must but don't be surprised if something goes wrongI could not give the review zero stars, which it deserves

I booked my flight with Just Fly on line never got my confirmation so after hours calmed to make sure my fligbt wad bookedThey said show nothing for me something must not have went through to rebook.They trasfered me and I gat a male rep he tried to charge me dollars more for flight than what wad on lineI complained and he gave it to me gor same priceI got confirmation right awayThe next day I got a confirmation for first flight so know have tickets same flightI called to cancle one of thr tickets less than hours I was told there would be a canclation fee of dollarsWhen I explained every thing he sad cant take fee awayI ask to speak to his supervisor he says just hold onHe comes back we will only charge a dollar cancellation feeI told shouldn't have to pay anything I was advised you had no reservation for me to rebookI again ask for supervisor and was told he would just tell me the samethingmin later I had to ho bake to work or would be lateI asked to have sup call me at after I got offI of course got no callI called back recording said min wait, then 13min wait then , then or moreI got a female rep on phone ask for supervisor was told she could not transfer me I could not speak to supervisor until I give my info, reluctantly I gave it to herThen ask to speak to her supervisorThen she just hung upI will dispute charve and never book with Just Fly againI had booked other flight with them but never again

I purchased a ticket through Justfly*** for $I called explaining that my ticket was purchased on the wrong date and I would like a refundThey told me I did not make the hour window even though I had confirmation with Alaska airlines confirming the cancelation and returning funds that dayAfter talking to just fly they told me I would not receive payment for to weeks with a $service chargeI told them this is not right since they were refunded immediately through Alaska Airlines with no charge or delay

I contacted Justfly*** to resolve an error in a reservation I booked with themThey state I made an error on the dates when I booked a flight from Cincinnati, Ohto Orlando, FlI wanted the flight to depart 12/25/and return 1/3/The reservation has me departing on 1/3/and returning the same day 1/3/I wanted to change the departing flight date and was informed that there would be a fee of $per ticket and a difference in fair of approximately per ticketI booked two tickets meaning they wanted an additional $to change the outbound portion of my reservation, when my original total for round trip tickets was only $I spoke to a Supervisor and was basically told "Tough Luck" I understand paying a difference in ticket price, but to charge a penalty of $per ticket is absurd and unacceptable!
