Back in February , I purchased a ticket to travel to Italy , due to medical condition and as per my doctor request I couldn’t travel , I submit letter from the doctor , I call them an let them know , the charge a fee of dollar , which I never understood , because I bought insurance with Casa travel protection , I contact them in several occasion to get a refund because until this day I’m sick and can’t travel , My eticket number*** Paid with a Visa card ending in *** Csa coverage included 100% trip cancellation , until this day I’m waiting for the refund of my money , I hope you can help me to result this matter

I purchased flight tickets through the Justfly website and felt as if I had received a wonderful dealMy plans then changed and I was given a "credit" by Justfly customer service as long as I used my "credit" within one year of the original flight dateI then attempted to use my "credit" a couple of weeks ago and found that due to the fees, using this credit actually increases the cost of your ticket..not much of a credit thenI called then (3) times in the same morning and once I explained my situation, I was mysteriously cut offI could understand this occurring once and possibly twice, but three times seems more systemic that a faulty telephone systemI paid $for these flights which was essentially stolen by Jusrfly which I don't appreciateTheir business practices appear to be dishonest and I would steer clear of this company

Their website advertised free hour cancellation policyWhen we had to cancel the flight due to and issue with the time we were advised we should have read the fine print...we have been charged $for the cancellation and we will never use this service againI called today about our $taken out of our checking account for this flight and was advised to call back after September 8th if we haven't received itThey also informed me they had removed the hour cancellation policy from their website

The Justfly website is misleading with its cancellation policy It took a long call to the toll free number and several follow up calls to even receive confirmation of cancellationThe fees are unreasonableWould have never used them had I known
