On 6/14/I called Justfly at hoursI was transferred to a customer service representative so I could speak with them about extending a trip from September 30th to October 4thI booked my honeymoon to Iceland from September 24th to September 30th prior to finding out that I could take extra days off of work to make this a once in a lifetime honeymoonI spoke with the customer service representative for approximately minutes as I was on hold for approximately minutesMy total call time was minutes and secondsAnyways, I spoke with the customer service representative and explained my situation to himHe advised me that the airline has a $cancellation/processing fee and then Justfly has a $per person ($300) processing fee, bringing the total to $I advised him that right now I can actually book the flight to Iceland from September 24th to October 4th for a little over $I told him that it didn't make sense to spend $for cancellation fees

On 04-07-I made a reservation for travel and purchased the travel insuranceThe transaction went through, my credit card was billed accordingly On Monday morning I received an email from Justfl*** to contact right away I called The operator informed me that the travel insurance was cancelled and my credit card was reimbursedShe stated that if I wanted to re-purchase, the insurance would cost more I told her I was going to complain This was the forth occasion I've had a problem with Justfl*** In the recent past, I've gotten all the way to the end to purchase airline tickets, only for it not to go through indicating a price bump Mind you, the turnaround was under five minutes This is very commonSomething should be done with this, I do not believe in coincidence Warning not to use this service-it's simply not worth itToo many other reputable companies out there, leave this one out

I feel that I am being scammed - I booked RT flight but was charged for two! Here's the details: I used Justfly.*** to book for a trip from LAX to Cuzco aug 18-However, I received emails (at the exact same time - ) that I was booked 2x (first one correct, second one 17-which is from a computer glitch since I never booked that)It is a weird computer glitch; and there was no way that I could have input my information along with credit card information at the same time (8:50pm on 7/3) for different flights so 100% a computer problem! When I tried to call Just fly the the second time to correct for this (note, the first times I called I could not get through for 30min-hour), they told me it was a mistake on their end and will cancel and refund me on the second bookingHowever a week later, I did not see a change on my bank account nor a confirmation emailI called Just Fly again, now speaking to people on same dayThe call + on hold time of minutes = hours still without resolutionThey told me to contact ***, who then told me I need to talk to Justfly since they are the booking service and Avicanca only deal with flights that was booked from them directlyI want a refund for the service I will never use (aka the extra ticket the computer self-populated)It is impossible to get a reasonable response and I will never use Justfly again and advice anyone else from using their service

Sneaky and dishonest company I wanted to make a change to a booking, they said that would cost $to cancel my flight and re book, with my changes using a credit Did that, only to find out I couldn't make said changes So, now I am stuck with a credit good for almost another year for the same ORGIN and DESTINATION I eventually, make it around to planning this trip again and when I tried to use the credit for a similarly priced flight, it doesn't work It doesn't even give me an option from my country I call and long story short, they want to charge me more fees to use the credit and it would be done manually by them Then, the manual booking, I find out later, didn't go through for WHATEVER reason (even though they authorized my credit card) and they need to manually do it again FINE, but now the additional fees went up another $because the price changed? sorry but THEY made the mistake NOT me and I am being punished?
