This company has without question the worst customer service that I have ever experiencedI booked a flight through them that I had to reschedule and they made me go through hell and back in order to change my datesThey continuously told me that I could not look at their website for different flight dates/times because it was for "new customers only"Every date I asked them about resulted in the same answer of, "that date is not available"They constantly put me on hold for long periods of time, only to come back and give me the exact same answer as beforeThis company is a disaster and I will never do business with them ever again, and I will tell everyone I know the exact same thing

What can I say about Justfl*** I booked a flight with them yesterday Got a confirmation code, some what a itinerary " sketchy" at best I was told to check my E-mail with in hours for any problems This morning I checked, and low and be hold there was a problem When I called they said that, the price of the flight had increased originality now it jumped to While he put me on hold the priced jumped to I canceled my reservation I checked my e-mail and the response from Justfl* *** was that my credit card didn't match with my name, credit company would not allow the transaction, poor credit and so on called credit card company and everything was fine with my account address and everything was a match just wanted to voice m***plaint

I booked through them, Chicago-Amsterdam return, to october, my twice- yearly visit to my motherMy mother died last weekend, october 7.I had to fly immediatelyI phoned them to see if I could cancel the ticket, but got somebody on the line who was very hard to understand and didn't respond to my explanation about my mothers deathShe asked me later about the reason for cancellation, something I found very rudeI was very emotional and hung upI have tried to cobtact them repeatedly by email but do not get a replyTheir website seems to have disappeared

I used my phone to book plane tickets advertised at $each including taxes and feesWhen ordering from the phone version of their website, it specifically says fares include taxes and feesI also ordered the trip insurance for approximately $5-$per ticketWhen I confirmed and booked, the total price was something less than $I can't remember exactly because I didn't take a screen shotWhen they sent the confirmation, I didn't open it immediately because I didn't suspect anything would be wrongHowever, once I opened it, which was about days after booking, I saw that the prices they listed weren't anything close to what was quoted or agreed to by meThat's when I researched them (obviously too late) and found out that this is what they do! I have no way to prove the prices I was quoted and booked and I guess that's what they are counting onI called them and they claim they made no mistake and I wrote an email to them to which they again replied they made no mistake

Three problems: They charge me 17$ for seating options, which was not correct and airlines told me thus was not possibleI have still been charged for this 17$ and did not get to choose my seat on flight I got charged 20$ to have the option of extending the departure day and timeI needed more time overseas with family but airline said I would have to contact this justfly.com because they have never heard of this option, this forced me to leave my mother early after her surgery They charged me the full ticket price, refunded it and then charged it again, causing my bank to get messed up

July I purchased a plane ticket and min later the justfly personal canceled it the money was taken by them from my bank acc I called them spoke to different persons asked to speak with supervisor and they never let me speek to so I was told to I would receive it and the money has not been refunded back only dl was given back total is 451.dlrs

I booked a flight from VPS to RDU on Friday Jan through justfl*** on the evening of Jan (Justfl*** Booking Reference: ***) Provided them my credit card information and received a confirmation email from them with the Delta Airline confirmation number for the flights I went to delt*** to "check-in" to make sure the confirmation number worked (knew it was too early to check-in) and it did and said I can only chehrs in advance (as I expected) Did think anything else about it since it was doneToday, Tuesday Jan 17, I want to justfl*** to my itinerary It shows that flights that I booked but said it was cancelled Obviously, I called them to find out why and why did I not get a call or email from them identifying what the reason was A representative from from justfl*** said they have cancelled my reservation because the airline wanted to charge $700+ instead of the $that their website presented to me when I booked the flight I told the representative that I paid the price that their website shown me His only answer was to direct me to call Delta Airline What good does that do if I didn't booked my flight through Delt***? If I didn't decided to look at my itinerary today, I would have never known that my flight was cancelled until I arrive at the airport Now is going to cost me extra money to book a flight this close to departure date--and I don't have a choice since I have already made arrangement to pickup a car from the dealer at my destination Why wasn't I notified that the flight was cancelled? More importantly, why didn't they honor the price they gave me? Justfl*** asked like I negotiated the price with Delta AirlineThis was my first, and will be my last, time using justfl***

Terrible travel agencyI was to fly to Bangkok through Taiwan on July 9th, 2018, on a ticket purchased through Justfly (with Eva Airlines)My Justfly booking number is ***However, due to weather problems (a typhoon), my ticket was cancelledEva Airlines got me on a flight for the next day (July 10th) from SFO to Bangkok, but when I asked about my flight from Taipei to Bangkok, the airline told me that I had to speak with my travel agentI then called JustflyI spent nearly hours on the phone with various Justfly agents, including a supervisor named "***" (or "***", something close to this)I initially spoke with two agents, and both times I lost the connection (I do not have connection problems with any other person from the location where I made this call, only Justfly), both times I asked the agent to call me back if disconnected (since I had to wait minutes on hold the first time, and minutes the second), and both times the agent failed to call me back-even though they had my phone number*** (the supervisor) later told me that one of the agents did try to reach me, and left this note in his daily notesHowever, my phone showed no account of his call, and certainly not a voicemail proving that he calledIt is not enough for an agent to simply leave a note in his records, the agent must actually call me such that my phone rings, and I then have an opportunity to answerIf the agent had entered my number and pressed "call," but the phone did not ring, then this does not constitute a "call." This is basic common senseNo such call cameCompletely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unacceptableI thought that this might just be a problem with just the one agentHowever, I learned that this is a much bigger problem at Justfly.*** When I called back (late morning, Pacific Standard Time, USA), I asked to speak with a supervisorThe representative (***) finally got me on the phone with the supervisor, ***After being on the phone with *** for two hours, explaining to *** that I simply wanted to make sure that I had a seat on a flight from Taipei to Bangkok for July 11th evening, the best that he could do was to get me on a waitlist for this routeHowever, as I explained to ***, I had spoken earlier in the day with Eva Airlines, which said that I could get on a Thai Airways flight (leaving Taipei at 8:pm, arriving BKK 10:pm) under "class Q," and that Justfly merely needed to provide this information to Eva AirlinesBut when *** supposedly related this information to Eva Airlines, he came back to tell me that I had only two options: Accept a refund for my ticket (which would have required me to spend an additional $to get a new flight through which I could arrive to BKK by on July 11th), or Put my name on a wait list (which at that point would have been very long)I told *** that this was very inconsiderate of Justfly, especially since I had called over three hours earlier (and would have been much higher up the wait list if the agent had properly handled my case)I told *** that there must be a problem here, and there must be a better option for meHe said that there was notAfter this, I then called back Eva AirlinesThey answered relatively quickly, and gave me a confirmed seat for the Taipei-BKK flight, with the same travel time as I mentioned aboveThey told me that they knew nothing about any kind of waitlist, and that they never said this to *** at Justfly.com Eva Airlines then guaranteed me a seat for the 8:pm departure from Taipei on July 11th, without any chargesInterestingly, they also told me that Justfly is extremely difficult to deal with due to general incompetence and lack of care for their customersI made a complaint with Justly and asked for a small monetary compensationSo far no replyI will remove or update this post if there is a reply

I booked my tickets through justfly.com and want to provide my experienceThe airlines publishes that they provide competitive prices without any warnings and then lock the customer money and ticketsWhen we reach out them using their customer service, the call takes a minimum of mins as they need to put us on hold and talk to respective airlines as one would do(No automated systems).The CSEs communication is horrible and abruptly cut the phone if the talks are not in favorable to them or the companyThey are no worse than your streets travel agent
