WE MADE RESERVATIONS FOR TWO ONE-WAY FLIGHTS THROUGH JUSTFLYTHE COMPANY MADE A MISTAKE ON THE INBOUND FLIGHT AND IT TOOK THEM THREE WEEKS TO CORRECT ITTHIS DID NOT INVOLVE A CHANGE OF FLIGHT DATES ON THAT INBOUND FLIGHTWE SUBSEQUENTLY FOUND THAT THEY HAD ALSO MADE A MISTAKE ON THE OUTBOUND FLIGHTTHEY HAD US SET UP TO FLY OUTBOUND ON THE SAME DAY WE WERE SCHEDULED TO FLY BACK INBOUNDWE CALLED THEM, SPENT THREE HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH A COMBINATION OF ONE REPRESENTATIVE WHO SPOKE VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, AND THEN, AT OUR INSISTENCE WITH HER SUPERVISORTHEY REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR ERROR OR TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT WITHOUT A CHARGE OF $PER TICKETWE ULTIMATELY WENT DIRECTLY TO THE AIRLINE AND GOT A CORRECTION MADE WITH A CHARGE OF $PER TICKETTHROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS, EXCEPT THE INITIAL MAKING OF THE RESERVATION, THE SERVICE RESPONSE WAS ABYSMAL

I just booked a flight to Cancun from StLouis on Justfly.*** I gave my credit card information and hit send I instantly received a message across my screen, while still on their webpage (not an email), that there was an error with my credit card and the flight was cancelled I called Justfly and the told me that my flight was cancelled and to call my credit card company My CC company told me that there was no issue with my CC and I had indeed been chargedMy CC recommended that I call the two airlines that came through as charges on my credit card I called each of them *Frontier & Aeromexico) and they said that they too see the flights were cancelled but Justfly can take up to weeks to refund the money Are they using borrowed money? She told me: "You can either cancel the flight for $and get credit, or change the date for $225, your best option would be to cancel the flight and book a new flight." Not once did she tell me I cannot book a regular flight on their website, that I have to book through a different link with different pricesShe simply said you can book the flight in hours with the credit from this flightI even told her, "There's a flight for $I want to book with my credits, can you do that?"That was her first opportunity to tell me that I might as well just buy the flight now, because my credits won't cover anythingBut she didn'tInstead she said: "You must wait hours to use the credits, and yes the flights may go up." The fees I was being charged to book from the "special rebooking website" equal the same amount as the credits I was given, so what credits was she talking about? After experiencing their nightmare service and then seeing through several review websites includeing the Revdex.com, I am amazed this company has not been shut down My wife had to cancel her flight and we accepted that we had to pay a $cancellation fee and would only receive credit rather than a refund When we tried to book a new flight using the credit, the site would not allow us to use the credit at its stated value for the fare that it had advertised I received the run around from their incompetent customer service for nearly an hour, being transferred several times to different people and then they eventually hung up on me At that point I called my credit card company to report their business as a fraud and directed them not to honor any of the charges This company has such terrible business practices it should be considered a fraudulant business The number of negative reviews of this company is astounding and I'm surprised they haven't been shut down by the *** yet

I tried calling these people to resolve a customer service failure on their part which has cost me a few hundred dollarsI was on hold for over an hour, and they never answered, much less rectify their faultPerhaps they were asleep?
