I bought round-trip tickets from NYC to Toronto for July 6-When I received my email confirmation with the tickets, I saw that I was charged an additional $in change feesI did not make any modifications to my flight, however JustFly said that I changed the time of my flight and that is why they charged me these feesIn addition, they put my name (*** ***) on BOTH tickets, rendering the second set of tickets completely useless as they were supposed to be for my girlfriendThat second set of tickets had my name on it but her birthday and genderThey told us they absolutely could not do a name change on the tickets, so basically we paid full price for unusable tickets PLUS an additional $fee for something we did not doI called them within seconds of receiving the confirmation emailI spent close to hours on the phone with them, being passed from agent to agent, being placed on hold for hours at a time, being spoken to rudely and hung up on at least times

On July 21st, I called Justfly*** to purchase a flight that I found on their website going to Rio the following monthI decided to call versus booking online myself because this was a new company to me and I had questions about the cancellation terms due to the nature of my tripI asked the representative specifically about the policy for cancellationAlthough the customer service rep spoke horrible English, she did stated that all I would need to do was pay their termination fee that would range between $150-300, plus the cost of the airline termination fee which would be up to another $depending on the airlineI asked was there any insurance I needed to purchase and she stated no because the fees are for all flightsI asked several times was the cancellation fee all that I needed if I had to cancel for any reason and she repeated the same fees back several timesAt that point, after about an hour of back and forth to understand her, I confirmed my flight based on the fact
