I just got off the phone with ***I think I truly just got scammed and I will have to cancel my credit cardI called with in one hour to cancel my flight reservation and was told that it would cost me $75.00, but he would fully refund my reservation of $I was refunded $and charged $for my cancellation and never was refunded my CSA travel protection insurance fee of $which he said would be fully refundedWhile we were on the phone I checked my credit card statement and I was telling him I had two charges for $and his $fee on the statementHe would not provide any kind of email to me confirming I would receive the full refund amount and when I questioned the refund receipt of the flight and taxes and it not showing on my statement, he directed me to the web site and my account which had the $fee still showing and he kept telling me that he assured me that it was refunded and it was showing that on his screenHe could not take a snip of it and email it to me and he could not email me in writing that is was all going to be refunded and when I pressed for proof he hung up on meI would never recommend this JustFly to anyone

Tried to book a flight with JustflyStarted with my return flight first as a single fllight(no return)When everything was booked I noticed on my itinerary that the dates were "flipped" consequently they booked my return trip the same day I was heading outCalled them within 10-minutes of the booking to inform them that the flight was booked incorrectly and I needed to change itTold that there would be an initial $fee for each two passengers as a cancellation feeTold them this was unacceptable because it took only a short time before I called themI even believe that the booking screen still said "processing"After getting the cancellation fee down to $each I told them that they now lost my interest in doing business with themAfter reading some of the Revdex.com reviews I spotted a similar situation after looking at a few reviewsI am still thinking that perhaps there is a software flaw that it doing thisUsually I try to be very deliberate in my bookingsLesson learned here...will NEVER go back to themLet's see what is credited on my credit card and what fees they tack onBad experience!

I purchased a ticket from the agencyThey have a 24-hour return policyI waited on hold and for the person to verify and it came up to hours and minutesThey would not provide a refund or reschedule and informed me that I could receive a creditThe credit could be used towards the purchase of another ticket plus a $fee per person plus $ticketThe cost of the ticket was $so I would have to pay $to receive the $creditI spoke with American Airlines who was willing to reschedule but I would need to go through the agencyThe agency said they could waive it if I had a medical or military emergency and it had to be approvedThey initially told me it was the airlines but the airline stated that it was the agency

How can you have NO idea and a confirmed ticket becomes un-confirmed?! I was quoted one price during booking, which still showed during checkout and was confirmed in an email received from the agency shortly after purchaseThe charges that hit my credit card were significantly higher Since those charges did not show up until well after the three-hour window of time allowed to cancel or change reservations, I appealed to the company to credit the difference Their response was that the charges were made by the airlines and were nonrefundable
In addition, the return date booked was not the one I had selected during the booking process The costs quoted to change the return to my selected date were prohibitive (about as much as the original total cost)

The website solicited business for providing a service to get assigned seats for a fee They collected the money up front At the time that seat assignment was permitted, you are directed to the airline's (Spirit Air) site, which required payment to Spirit When contacted regarding this issue, Justfly said they did not have an agreement with Spirit to be able to provide seat selection and that it was the fault of their website When I called to see what was they problem they said they knew about the issue and had no intention of correcting their website
