Please be advised that we are unable to further assist with this matter. We have done everything possible to resolve the issue from our end, but it appears that the customer may ultimately need to secure an updated device. *** *** purchased a Web + Smartphone subscription directly

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is only partly satisfactory, as they have returned my money but did not attempt to resolve the delivery problems which occasioned the complaint. This is a poor way to do business, but I understand the economics of not being able to provide everyone with satisfactory service, consider the matter has been resolved. Be aware I can not recommend the New York Times to anyone as a result
