we are unable to verify the return reason via a live conversation, then we are not able to provide credit for the return as there are thousands of good leads returned every day so we cannot simply given the benefit of the doubt in these casesRegarding ** *** account, of his denied returns were denied for lack of our ability to contact the consumer to verify the returnWe would be happy to provide full credit for all of the denied returns (leads at $each = $78) good towards future purchases of our warm transfer product where we warm transfer phone calls from consumers actively looking for a quoteWe will have a representative reach out if this is agreeable

I am rejecting this response because: They are still giving wrong information, I didn't request cancellation at the end of March, I did on March 11th, I spoke with an account manager who apologized and said my cancellation was just processed, and I will get my refund within business daysI called after that passed( after over hrs of waiting on the phone and several days of my calls just getting disconnected or sending me to voicemail) The lady I spoke with said my Cancellation was processed on the 24th and will get my refund days after that, I explained that I was told something else earlier, I insisted that a manager send me an email so I can have a written prove I will get my money this time, A manager emailed me and confirmed I will get my money within business daysWell that passed again, I emailed her to please check on the status of my refund, my email was ignoredI then called last Friday, a rep said my check was mailed that Friday, I asked if she was sure, she put me on hold, came back and said it will be mailed out on Monday( another conflicting information)I called back this Monday to confirm my check was mailed out, I was put on hold for an extremely long time, the rep came back and said the check was processed and 'should have left the building', I asked if she can confirm, she honestly said noOnce again I asked if a manager can call me, I surprisingly received a call from the manager who said my check was being mailed, I asked if it had left the buildingShe said yes, and I should receive it in business days( which is weeks!), I'm not sure why it will take weeks for any mail within the US to be delivered but oh wellNow Allweb leads response to by Revdex.com complain is they will escalate my request, I have heard this so many times, It means nothingThey didn't confirm my check was mailed in their responseI have heard so many lies, from my refund being put back on my credit card to a check being mailed to me, and different dates for my CancellationThis is a bad company, It was good when it was Insurance Quote with great customer service but as gone way down hill since Allweb leads bought itI think all Insurance Agent like me that had their money illegally withheld for over a month should sue

I am rejecting this response because: It took after several attempts which are well documented and having to contact the Revdex.com about this for anyone to respondI am a very patient person but this was unbelievable and now you want to offer me credit to continue? I simply want my money back for the bogus leads I received which thankfully was only $because I realized early that no filtering was being done on this leads whatsoeverOne of the leads was literally called "*** ***" and was sent as a Premium Lead! The other was *** *** who resided on *** ***, and email of ***Why would I want a Service Plan that I have to pay a monthly fee of $to get customer service when I am already buying leads??????? A Service Plan is simply just additional money for All Web Leads! A customer should always be able to stop the leads that they receive at any time and should be able to reach actual representative from your organization if they have an issueI tried several times and it got to the point that my phone number was recognized and your system would automatically route me to a voicemail that would simply tell me (which it did not do originally) that my account was not setup for this type of serviceAgain, I just want my money back and do not wish to ever use this service again
