Scam scam - I ordered one bottle of Keto but received 2 bottles one being something else I never wanted or heard of . I paid the postage and packaging of of £4.90 each bottle . I then received an e mail stating as I hadn't returned these products they were charging me full price , I immediately rang them was told they would cancel my subscription! The following month they took £86 twice from my card . They even had the cheek ( following an e mail I sent them ) to tell me don't bother contacting your bank as we will just show them we have your card details and address delivery . I have asked them for an address to return the unopened bottles but they won't give me one

These keto blaze xtreme came to my house which I did not order so they refunded my money of 88.46 dollars and now they are trying to take money again
This first happened on July 21 and I got my refund but now August 15 2020 there trying to take the money out again I'm not negative 85.00 on my disability card

I am on disability I only get so much money a month I can't be having people taking money out of my social security I would like to see if you could please resolve this matter for me

I saw an ad online and ordered a free trial of the product with just payment of the shipment fee. I didn't know that I would be charged $89.84 for the one-month supply that was sent. The name of the company Gold Weight Loss appeared on my credit card statement instead of Number One Keto.

Few days later after I ordered the product free trial, my credit card company alerted me of potential misuse of my card at the amount of over $1,000 and a charge of $89.84 from Gold Weight Loss. The $1,000 amount of charges was resolved but the case for $89.84 amount was recently closed by the credit company. I called Gold Weight Loss on 8/14/20 and found out that Number One Keto is linked with the company. I told the customer rep that I still have the unopened box of the #1Keto trial product that I can return it to them and they need to credit my credit card account with &89.84. The customer rep told me to have my credit card investigate the disputed charge before he can give me a return number for the shipment of the box.

Today,8/15/20, I read a note that my credit card company closed the investigation. I called The Gold Weight Loss company to directly resolve the matter but was told that there is nothing they can do.

Desired Outcome

Refund Gold Weight Loss need to send me a return number which I was told on 8/14/20 and they need to refund me directly for the amount of $89.84 that they charged in my credit card account.

We may be able to refund once the dispute has been confirmed withdrawn by your bank. It can still take 60 days for the dispute to be closed and the funds returned.

Only when this happens can we process a refund. Since the dispute itself has already refunded you, we suggest you to await your bank's advise instead of going through the lengthy process of withdrawal and dispute finalization.

The bank had completed the investigation of the disputed amount. The bank reversed the amount of $89.84 from credit to debit which I saw in my statement. Attached is the letter from the bank.

If you can call us back with your bank , we can gladly offer you a refund. The reason we cannot process a refund at this moment without your bank is because you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. If we also refund you the amount, you will receive TWICE the amount and in the end you have the possibility of OVERDRAWING your account or getting TWICE the amount removed from your account.

I received a conditional credit in my account from the bank because of closure of my account by the merchant. I called the bank and informed them about the proposal of the merchant. The bank asked for the statement of the merchant which I forwarded and told me an investigation is currently ongoing about the closure. To resolve this case faster, I suggest the merchant to call the bank directly.

I have bought the Keto peels and I thought this was the only thing I was buy. I was so surprised to find out a few weeks after that £80 was charged
I was not aware of any trial that I was signing up for . This has not been made clear and I still don't know really what this is for.
I rang them and asked them to return the product as I have not even open it but everytime I ring I talk to a different person and get a different answer.

I believe it is intentionally made unclear about any additional charges so that the people are failing for it.

I needed to cancel my card but as I@m afraid they will keep charging me.

It isn't clear either how to cancel the subscription

I need to file a complaint against this company I have ask them to stop sending these tablets in the mail I have called there number and still getting them in the mail I cannot take these please stop sending them

They refused to give me the 45 day money back guarantee.
I ordered product around May 29 and got it around June 6. I started taking June 7. Even though it was a 14 day trial it didn't matter bc of the money back guarantee. By June 18 or June 19 they were already charging me like 88.46. I paid I think like almost 9.00 for two bottles because they offered a bonus bottle.When I called to question why the charge they told me I agreed to pay shipping and handling. They informed me it was a 14 day trial and I needed to call them. At this time I had not even taking them 14 days but it's a scam either way. I explained they don't work and there was the refund policy and the person on phone stated I needed to call before I got charged. So I was under the impression a 45 day policy to get a refund protected me if the product didn't work

I just want my 88.46 back this product is a joke. I actually gained 4 pounds on it

When I ordered the trial bottle I was double charged for that and I didn't see where it said that you would have to pay a full 89.00 that also got taken out of my acct four times when I received one of the products I called cause its been in the 14 days so I want my 89$ back on my card which shouldnt have been taken out yet anyways I have all these charges for one product. There wasnt anything stating about any subscriptions every month. I called them there suppose to be refunding my money onto my card and canceling any future purchases. Very upset cause I wanted to keep going on with it to are how it'll work it for me but after yall just go into my acct and taking all kinds of money is crazy. I was charged only for shipping. Now 5 months later they want me to pay 88.46 and $87 for two bottles and I purchased a third one for 19.99.
I was told the bottles would be a free trial. I paid for shipping and handling. Now 5 months after they want me to pay 88.46 and since I bought two more bottles I'm sure they'll want me to pay for that too. A lady in the phone told me I had two more charges. One for 87.45 and 19.99. If you're going to charge people you should at least email them saying that they're free trial is coming to an end or an additional email explains what they signed up for.

I would like to cancel further delivery of Ketoburn. The charges which have come through are completely inappropriate and not as advertised - it seems like very dodgy practices to me. I have tried calling to cancel (as they request) but they do not answer the phone. Completely inappropriate again. I do not want any product from them and I want them to remove my details from their system as I don't think this is a legitimate company or they would not be operating in this way

I have not even tried the product yet so I can't say if it works. However it is a money scam. They offer you two products the detox and the keto pill but they don't give you an option to decline the detox pill so I order both. It somewhere they say says in fine print that you have to cancel in 14 day or they charge you the full price. That information is no where on the site. The full price is like $89 per bottle. So I call and say hey I am not paying that I haven't even opened the bottles yet I'll send them back. Then they tell me oh you can return them but there is a $20 each restocking fee and some other fee. All of the charges have a different description on my bank activity for the same company. They are taking people's money and hoping they don't figure it out because each charge says something different. I asked to speak to a Sup I was on hold for over 10 minutes a silent hold. then when she answered she hung up. She did call back so maybe it was a mistake but end result she offered me $120, still spending $60 for something that was advertised as $6 and change a bottle but I will see what my bank can do too.

When she was completing her purchase she provided her date of birth and can not legally be held to a contract without a parents permission. She did not have permission to use her debit card on their siste as she is too young to use dietary supplements and she definitely will not be part of a monthly subscription without a parent permission. I have Keto Blaze and sat on hold for hours. emails are not returned and they are preying on young children. I would like my money back and them to be levied with fines.

I was charged twice for something I didn't order nor receive. I want my money back.
I was charged twice for something I didn't order or receive (once on 4/19 and again on 4/27 for 89.84 and 18.00). I found out when I went to purchase my medicine and my card was declined. I called today and they put me on hold and hung up. I did not authorize any of these charges.

I called customer service and was pressured into accepting a partial refund. I said I wanted a full refund and was put on hold. Then the call disconnected. I don't want a partial refund I want a full refund and any further orders cancelled.
