I'm trying to return the product and get my money back but they refused to give me their address to let me return it,they scam me
Keto Burn Extreme($49.84)it was charged on my visa debit card.They said it was free trial but they still charged me $49.84 and I contact them but they are so rude.And refused to give me their address information I just want my refund back.

I signed up for a free trial and apparently am now part of a subscription that I am trying to cancel but phone and email provided are bad.

My confirming order is for $13.66 with no reference or mention of a renewing monthly subscription and no dollar amount for that. I have since been charged two amounts of $89.92 on the 18th of each month. The order confirmation has an email and phone number. The website which is purportedly for customer support takes me to a website unaffiliated with Lifecleanse. The phone number does work, but the woman that answered (when someone actually answered) claimed to not be able to hear me, although several times I called she didn't even wait for an answer before stating she couldn't hear and was hanging up the phone.

Charged my debit card for a product that was advertised as a "Free 30 day supply."
On June 30, 2019, I responded to a Facebook add for a "Free 30 day supply of Keto Burn XTREME," with only a shipping charge of $6.84. The company charged my debit card for the $6.84, and then yesterday, debited by bank account for $89.84. I went to my bank to get the charge reversed and they called the company with me. The customer service rep stated that the "product is not free and if you do not cancel within 14 days, we charge you for the product, which is the $89.84." I told him that I did not want the product and he offered to refund $35.00 today, there would be at $15.00 restocking fee, and I would have to also pay shipping to return the product, and then they will put $35.84 additional back into my account after they get the product. Oh, not to mention, I got an overdraft fee in my bank account as I was not expecting this withdrawal, and it overdrew my account for $30.00. So, all told I am at a current loss of $126.68 not including the so called refund that will be back in my account in 5 - 7 business days. I am not holding my breath though. What an incredible scam. Someone ought to sue these guys, and if they do, I am on the band wagon!

This product is advertised as a free sample for 30 days. My account was charged $180 for the free sample after 14 days.
I ordered a free trial of Keto Burn Xtreme on 7/2/19. At that time a second product was immediately added to the order and charged my debit card when I clicked the button to view the product information. This was only a $6 charge for each bottle's free sample for 30 days, so I did not complain at that time. The products did not work. 7/19/19 I noticed a charge for $90 each for this product. I thought thought it was to send another order. When I called the Customer Service number I was informed it was for the "Free Sample." I neede to notify them in 14 days that I did not want the product and to cancel my account. I promptly cancelled the account. I do not remember readng any of this on the website when I ordered the "free sample."

I want to be taken off the order list and refunded it possible.
I'm not sure if I have some kinda subscription but I do keep receiving bottles of "keto burn xtreme". I remember buying some before but dont remember getting a subscription. I've only received a few bottles so far but its really annoying. If I do have a subscription I'd like for it to be canceled and if I'm being charged then I want a refund.

I filled out my cc information but did not click on purchase. I went to another website for 30 seconds came back and the order had gone through. Also, I was charged an additional $6.82 for Detox which I did not want and did not click on. Your trial terms say I will receive the Keto Burn Extreme for $4.95 yet I was charged $6.84. I am reporting your company and website to the Revdex.com as well.

First I want to say I have not lost a pound and have been taking for 2 weeks.

Also, I called to be sure and cancel my subscription and they never processed the cancellation. I paid $13.66 for the first order and then they charged $179.66 for the pills. I haven't received another order from them. I called them in reference to the charge and they said what I received were samples and that the real price was $179.66. They are supposed to refund $120.00 but I am still out $59,66 for pills that aren't working. I told them I would be happy to return what they sent me as they haven't done a thing for me. Very frustrating

Ordered Free Trial of a product from the offer this company made. In one word the experience was
a horrible one.
This company runs a scam.
As mentioned, the free trial is a come on to get your information so that they can put you into a subscription program which then sends you a bottle each month for about $90.00.
Found all this out about 5 minutes after I put the order in. I then called their number and canceled the order. The representative told me the order was canceled and they would not charge the shipping cost and they would send an e-mail that would say that.
Called yesterday to follow up and was told the
same thing by another representative. The subscription was canceled and I would receive an e-mail stating such.
Here it is 2 days later and still no e-mail.
I am getting a bad feeling about this company.
Nowhere in their offer do they mention that when you order your trial you are signing up for a subscription. Terrible way to do business.

I ordered what I thought would be a trial/sample. No confirmation email was ever issued. I did receive the 'your order has shipped' email, so I know they had my correct email address. Apparently, if you click on the Terms & Conditions, that locks you into a recurring payment. There's info within the T&C that indicates you MUST call to cancel by a certain date or you will be charged. I was able to speak with a CS representative (she told me she's in the Philippines, but the office is in Tampa FL) on 070919 and she was kind despite my frustration. Begrudgingly, I have take responsibility for not fully reading the T&C and not cancelling by the required date. The CS rep offered a partial refund. I'm supposedly getting a $120 ($60 x 2) refund of the $180 cost. So, I guess $60 is the price I have to pay for not fully reading the T&C. I have to wait 10-15 days to see the credits appear on the card, and I certainly will watch for it. Bottom line, the lesson to be learned here is know what you're purchasing and what the 'out' is. I was able to reach the Customer Service area at: 1-844-431-1685. CS numbers are usually on the charge line of a credit card statement. BE CAREFUL !!!

this company is horrible, Just charged $180.00 to my credit card less than 30 days in. No where did they say this was going to happen. refused a refund. I am having to block my CC and ask for a new account # to keep them from doing it again. All these 1 star reviews are true. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It will make you feel jittery all day and then they will rip you off on your credit card...

They took out$89.95out of my account and I didn't tell them they could I have try to cancel my membership send email they have not got back to me and I want my money back

I noticed I was being billed for about 89.00 on two occasionss. I have returned 4 bottles asking for refund and no response at all. I do not want it.
I ordered the introductory offer and later was billed twice for about $89.00 each time. I sent product back and requested refund for the 4 bottles. No response or refund as promised.

This was a rip off....I fell for the "promotion...buy a bottle for about $6...if you don't like it return it...turned out it was 2 bottles....about $14 total" The bottles arrived...I tried it...no results. I had been pn a low carb diet and thought this might give me a "extra boost"...but saw no results. The original promotion had said..."if the product does not work you may return it for a full refund" I figured no need to return it....I just will not place a "reorder"....much to my surprise 2 bottles appeared on my next credit card statement.. TOTALLY $180!!! I never rec'd those two bottles! Fortunately the 1-888 ph number does appear on my credit card statement...so I was able to call the company..they said that I had 14 days to voice my DIS-satifaction with the product...and since that time frame was past I could not get a refund...but they would cancel my account. I did not see that 14 day cancellation wording on the original promotion! Fortunately the second time they tried to charge my credit card...the amount was denied!! or I would be out $360!! Tough lesson to learn!

First I ordered after I saw an ad about these pills and shark tank ECT, well after signing up for a free trial , only pay 6 something for shipping , I was taken to a check out page, where I noticed they had added a detox bottle that you " need to take with for max results" I tried to go back & take this bottle off & just go with the original bottle, not going to happen! I don't have time to call and fuss & thought well, I'll pay another 6 for the two bottles of 60 pills each! Put in my credit card, " no pay pal ! Hmm
Well I got my pills today , nice package ECT.. Well I decided I wanted to look up some reviews & see how many people benefited from them.
My mouth dropped! It has nothing to do with the results of the pills, It was all about how they scan you out of money, without permission they will send you more bottles and charge you, talking 75 to 200 dollars, to make it worse when you try to get your money back, they charge you 30 to 70 dollars plus the pills, so many horror stories, I called a few minutes ago.
I told them , I did not want anymore bottles and that they better not charge me. " well you can send us back the pills or you can pay 19.99 and keep them! ( free trial)! After almost blowing up, I asked to speak to a manager, 10 minutes later, I was told , no manger was there, I could keep the bottles and was given a confirmation number

I ordered the Keto BurnXtreme for 4.95 shipping only. They charged my daughter *** debit card 4.95 on 3.24/19. on 4/8/19 They withdrew 89.94
My daughter *** used her debit card to order the pills for me. She had them sent to me ***. They were only supposed to charge for the shipping 4.95 which they withdrew from my daughter *** account on 3/24/19. Then on 4/8/19 my daughter noticed she did not have enough to purchase other necessities because Keto Burn Xtreme company had went back in to withdraw 89.84. Who in their right mind pays almost one hundred dollars for 30pills. I need someone to look into this situation. PLEASE!!!

The advertisement on the product suggested a free trial only paying for shipping. Within 14 days co. charged credit card for full price.
Purchase date was June 12, 2019 paid for shipping of two of their products for free trial Keto Burn Xtreme, and Detox Burn Xtreme. There was no indication that a credit card would automatically be billed for a monthly supply. I talked to my credit card company to reject the unauthorized transactions. June 30, 2019 and contacted the company today July 1, 2019. I received the product June 15, began taking the product June 16 for two weeks. Not only did the product not work, I gained two pounds, but it also made me feel sick. After a strong argument with the company rep, he agreed to cancel my trial and no further charges will appear on my credit card. I want to stop companies for making such devious advertisements and automatic billing when not authorized.

But weeks later I got a scam alert that my credit card was charge $89.84 from this company without my consent. I contacted the company for a refund and all they want to refund me is $40.00 which I find unfair since I did not see or agreed to any membership where I would be charged 89.84 month this is a total disappointment for me as I actually trusted the advertisement. I really disagree in the way they handle their customer service as it's not much help at all in the customers concern. I seek to get my full refund back please not half.

$89.84 for Keto Burn and $89.82 for the Detox. I was never told the price of the item and would not have signed up for the products knowing their high costs. I contacted the company and they said everything was in their terms and conditions I do not remember reading of the cost anywhere. It should be noted they could not find my account all three times I called, but eventually they did. They also had a wrong email address for me. I was never notified of the costs or that it was a trail that was running out of time. They did cancel my subscription and refunded me $100.00. But that is a $79.66 profit for them for misleading a costumer. It is a racket. I am 70 years old and on a fixed income. I will not order on line again due to these practices and would like this company investigated. I would like a fulll refund. Thank you

No where did I read that the trial was for 17 days and would be charged full price for both bottles at that time if I didn't cancel the order. I found that I was charged $179.66 on 5/20/19 on my recent credit card statement. I called today and found that they had send me another shipment which I will be returning today. I asked about returning the left over pills from the first shipment, as I haven't finished this product and it hasn't worked for me at all, and was told that they will not refund me the amount charged on my recent credit card statement. I didn't receive an email or packing list stating that I would have to cancel in 17 days for the free trial. I feel this was false advertising and would like a refund.
