Signed up and no invoice arrives with the product making it difficult to cancel. Had no idea this was a monthly ship, thought it was a trial. VERY misleading, I assume on purpose. Don't be fooled.

It's a result of the body adapting to the low-carb state. Lowering carb intake forces the body to burn ketones for energy instead of glucose. Once the body is in ketosis ? burning fat instead of glucose ? the keto diet is working. But you may not feel so great at first, hence the term keto flu.

This product is a total scam and is totally B.S. It does not work period. Don't waste your time and money. You will be sorry if you chose to order.

Sorry, only one star for these people & that's only because Zero wasn't an option. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME! I need to find out how to directly contact these is so they will quit charging me for things I do not want. It was a $4.95 trial offer. I received the bottle the first week of March 2019 plus another bottle of something I did not ask for. Now I have received 2 boxes @ 2 bottles per box. I was charged for each box within the same week ($98.95Ã?2). Now, come on, no one would agree to that payment option. I cannot find a legitimate way to contact these people

This company advertises that you can order a "FREE BOTTLE" of the product and just pay shipping and handling. Two weeks later you are billed $180.
Fraudulent advertisement for a "FREE BOTTLE" just pay shipping. Company then charges you $180 2 weeks later. When you call they state it is a free trail and you have to pay for the product. Call Center rep manager Cardo claims there are 3 links that must be clicked that takes you to the fine print that details it is a trail not a free bottle. But company advertises "free bottle" just pay the shipping and handling. They are persistent and claim they can't help you because you agreed to a contract. This is a scam and misleading the consumer. The Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pg/Keto-Burn-Xtreme-2215777002016080/reviews/?ref=page...⇄ is full of reviews of people they have scammed. Wish I would have read those before ordering the product. They are falsely advertising a free bottle and then stealing money from the customer. Not for another month of pills but for the bottle that was advertised for free. They won't refund money unless product is returned unopened and in original box. They need to be stopped and Facebook should ban them from false advertisement on Facebook.

I ordered a bottle through an ad that popped up on Pinterest. I paid $6.95. This morning I checked my checking account and I have an $89.84 charge. When I called them and I am actually on the phone with them now, they told me they "don't list all their terms of conditions on their website." He asked me if I knew I was signing up for a trial offer and I told him no. I told him there was absolutely no paperwork in the box that said it was a 14 day trial and that I must call the company. I asked him how would anyone know to call the company? Again he said we don't list all of our terms and conditions on the website. He further said the full cost of the first bottle is $89.84 that I had only paid shipping. I highly encourage people not to purchase this product!

Would give less than 1 star if that was possible. What a scam. This is a Diet Scam Company. You get a bottle of Keto Burn Exteme for $6.84 s/h and of Detox Burn Extreme for $6.82 s/h. At no time do they tell you they are signing you up for a 14 day trial in which they will then change you the remaining amount of the product which ends up being $179.66. I called them the minute this charge show up on my account. The Rep. tried telling me that it was a 14 day free trial and then you get charged and signed up for their monthly subscription program. I informed the Rep that there was no mention of a 14 day free trial and even if there was today was only day 11 from my receipt of the product. Reps response was the 14 days starts from the date of the order. And that they were not usually allowed to process any refunds. However, she would process a $100 refund for me and cancel the monthly subscription. $50 for each item, that doesn't cover the entire cost, but better than nothing still out $79.66. Rip off scammers. Adds up per person they scam. Crooks!!!

Product was returned to merchant for full refund of $180. and merchant is refusing to give full or any refund. Merchant received product on 4/23/2019 and sent to warehouse upon receipt of product and mrechant is still refusing to give refund. Product was mailed to 1002 B South Church Ave. Ste 18827 Tampa, FL 33629.

Total waste of money. A scam if you don't cancel within time frame as you will be charged beyond value of product. Let the buyer beware!!

They keep charging my credit card for products that I did not order from them it got to the point where I had to have my credit card cancelled. First they credit me for the amount of $178 and then they turned around and charged me for four more times for the amount of $89 for some a product that I did not order. I contacted them and told them I never ordered or received the products they are charging me for. So they credited me for the $178 called the credit card company and told them the situation and the they said they would cancel the card and send me a new one with a different number. But before the card got cancelled the charged my card for the $89 four more times. I would liked them to be checked into for this matter. thank you and have a nice day

I ordered the keto extreme pills and the detox pills with a subscription. After I got the first order, I called to cancel, they are no good. No one will let me cancel and they keep sending the pills and getting the money off my card. When I call, they act like they don't know who I am and tell me I have never ordered from them but yet they keep sending them to me and getting my money for them. I want this subscription cancelled and I never want another pill or anything from them. I want them to stop just literally stealing my money.

I called the number on my credit card 3 times with no answer but a recording. 3 times I left a message with name and number and no one called me back. I was charged again the next month. This was a scam.

I bought a trial of the Keto Burn Xtreme a month ago. They charged me and are still sending me bottles of the product when I only wanted one bottle.

They charged my credit card without authorization. I filed a complaint with my credit card company.
My order *** was shipped via USPS First Class Mail on 3/19/2019. The order was placed on 03/19/2019. I only ordered the Extreme pills and they included a bottle of Detox pills as well. I emailed the company to advise them of this. No response was given. The next thing that happened was a charge on my credit card in the amount of $89.84 which is in dispute and still pending. The only documentation number I have is RMA number: *** which they included on an email for the products return. I have yet to return the products which the above charge is still pending.

This company is defrauding people with their advertisement for free product just pay S&H and then charge your card for an astronomical sum!
In Feb 2019 I was looking for a fat burner and come across a website that said try bottle of keto burn extreme for free just pay 5.95 for S&H. When the product arrived it included Detox Burn xtreme which I did not order. The box did not include any information on how to contact the company. 20 days later I received 2 separate charges for 89.95 & 89.95 for these two items. I did not authorized this and contacted my bank after several attempts to call a number I found online for them but it was a bunk number. I contacted my bank to dispute this and after they looked into it they said the company told them I had signed up for a trial and that is why I was billed. This is not true. I am a very detail oriented person and look for this type of thing. After trying to explain this to my bank and that I was completely defrauded they said it's usually upon checkout when it says its a trial and you have to call and cancel. Therefore, I went back on the website, ordered another bottle and went to checkout. Nothing of the sort popped up. I took snapshots of this on my phone for use against this case. I cancelled that order within 5 minutes. I have since since reviews on the Revdex.com website in Florida against this company and they are the EXACT complaints that I had! This company needs to be shut down as they are completey fraudulant and somehow I want to get my money back!

My story is the same as the others on this site. I ordered Keto Burn Extreme for my wife after clicking on a link on my local news station's ap. They offered the product for $4.95 with free shipping. When the order arrived it included Detox Burn extreme which I did not order. I never heard another word from them until two months later when they charged my debit card $89.84 & $89.82. Two days later a box with two bottles arrived. I called them twice to dispute the charges and to get info on how to return the product. The first person hung up on me. The second cancelled future orders and told me there would be a $40 restocking charge if I returned the product. While I was trying to get the return instructions, she hung up on me too. In a few minutes I received an email saying future orders were cancelled but no information was provided on where to return the product for a refund. I retuned the product to the return address on the box which in this case was Tampa. I am disputing the VISA charges through my credit union and I received a reversal of the charges which were credited to my account. I am providing a copy of all these complaints to my credit union as evidence this is a fraud. For those of you who have been burned like me I suggest you try the same thing with your credit card provider. Chargebacks are expensive for the merchant who is charged back and if they get enough of them their accounts are locked down and their funds are frozen while the disputes are resolved. Good luck, maybe we can collectively give these guys some heart burn.
