r I don't know if I'm going to get a return on money already paid. I'm placing a stop payment on my credit card for this company to prevent any additional charges. Thg is company is a joke and makes it bad for legitimate companies who offer legitimate products. This company needs to be charged to the fullest extent of the law for false advertising and questionable business practices.
I saw an infomercial for this product.originally it was for detox burn extreme,however once I entered my credit card number a message popped up saying customers also ordered keto burn xtreme and a shipping charge was added to existing order with no way to cancel. Upon receiving there is no invoice,nothing about this being an automatic shipment of keto burn product. I just received another bottle last week and again no invoice,nothing stating what I was charged or how to cancel subscription. I have tried to research by sending emails to address on bottle but I continue to delivery notice errors. They have printed on bottle for customer support to send emails to Support to [email protected],this address comes back as undeliverable. They show a return address on bottle, but with no invoice or anything to show c

This company is a scam. Please don't order from this company. I thought I was ordering for one time only but they kept charging my account. Today I got a bottle in the mail that I didn't order , no invoice included so I pulled up my account and the company phone number was on my account. I called them and told them to stop this I don't want it, the representative canceled the order and only refunded me $15.00. They charged my account three times $19.00, $39.00 and another charge $89.00 WTF. I called my bank and canceled the card they will not take any more money from me! SCAMMERS ð??¡
From a Facebook ad on 5/18/19 I signed up for a trial portion of KETO BURN XTREME and SLIM DOWN DETOX for which I paid about $7 each. Today, I found charges on my credit card for SLIM DOWN WEIGHT LOSS in the amount of $89.82 and for SLIM DOWN DETOX in the amount of $89.84. After calling my bank, I was told this was a subscription. I then called the customer service number and asked for a full refund of these charges plus a cancellation of the subscription.
There was nothing in the original offer about this being a subscription nor that I had only 17 days to cancel. I only found this out from the customer service agent with whom I spoke. She gave me the run around for about 20 minutes before she finally consented to give me a full reufund for the charges and also cancel the subscription.
I definitely feel this was false advertising as I saw nothing about the 17 day trial period nor that it was a subscription. I had to really persist with my demand in order to get a FULL refund and a cancellation of the subscription.

Therefore, I was charged the $89.84 and the $89.82 amounts. When I saw these amounts on my charge card account I called them immediately.I had to argue with the customer service person for quite some time before she finally agreed to give me my full refund and cancel the subscription. Eventually, I was able to accomplish this.The ad should have explained the trial subscription better and made clear that I needed to call within the 17 days in order to avoid being charged. Also, the ad needed to clearly state the amounts that would be charged and how often.
Same issue as below, I signed up for the 30 day free trial on March 6th and paid the $4.95 s&h, clearly said it was a trial and you were only paying shipping (NO INVOICE OR ORDER FORM INCLUDED IN THE BOX). Today, June 7th received another bottle in the mail...2 months after ordering the original trial. I went back to look at my credit card statement and realized the had charged be $39.00 on March 29 for the supposed "Free Trial" and then charged me June 6th for the shipment I received today...2 months AFTER the original free trial order. I was finally able to track down their business number and talked to a customer service rep. She started telling me that I didn't cancel the auto renew within 14 days, and that I had signed up for a monthly renewal (which makes no sense as it has been 2 months since my trial order). She then tells me that IF I send the package back they would charge me a $19.00 restocking fee!!! Long story short, and after threatening to dispute on my CC and complain to the Revdex.com...my supposed subscription has been canceled, they are refunding me back one of the $39.00 charges and issued me an return authorization for the *** they sent me...SCAM, DO NOT PURCHASE AS A TRIAL!!! The company is a scam. The awareness need to be put out there. Didn't realize this was auto ship. My credit was charged $89.82 and $89.84. This company to be put in order to stop ripping people off. They offered with no question asked to refund $60 for each charge. I'm sure they knew what they were doing...didn't see the fine print that this was going to be recurring orders. Sadly, I couldn't even ingest the capsules because I was not sure of what I was putting in my system. Both bottles are intact and just wasted $59.66.

Would give a zero star rating if I could. No where did it say I was signing up for a subscription of these pills. Nothing stated in the first email from them.There was no correspondence with the initial shipment, no way to know that they were going to hit my checking account for 2 separate charges of $89 and change until it happened. My bank said their hands are tied if I signed up for a subscription. No way to prove I didn't. The bank did give me the phone number to call to speak to someone. The representative barely spoke any English, he was very hard to understand and he barely let me get a word in. They will credit my account for $100 (so I'm out $80) as a FAVOR to me. I told him they are scammers and it's very misleading because it doesn't say ANYWHERE that I'm signing up for a 17 (yes he told me 17 day trial) day trial. He claimed I must've missed that. "Free Trial Offer" isn't really free, hidden subscription / negative option.
On April 26, 2019 I ordered a free trial of "Keto Burn Extreme" through "tryketoburnxtreme.com", for $6.84. On May 13, 2019 I received a fraud alert from my credit card company that "TOPCHOICESUPPLGARCINIA" charged my card $89.84. I contacted Keto Burn Xtreme, who informed me that I had signed up for a subscription, and refused to issue a full refund. I was never presented the terms of that subscription - they are buried in a separate "Terms and Conditions" link that perhaps 3/4 of the way through multiple pages of terms and conditions (which is generally not permissible negative option behavior). It is clear that this company is going out of their way to hide that this is a subscription.
I have already issued a chargeback through my credit card company. I want Keto Burn Xtreme to accept the chargeback. I further want Keto Burn Xtreme to clearly state in both their order page and on the receipt they send that the "free trial" is in fact a subscription, the amount of the subscription and that if a subscription isn't desired, to cancel immediately. Further, I want Keto Burn Xtreme to fix their web page (HTML tags appear in the content, and the "Ingredients" page does not show any list of ingredients), and I want Keto Burn Xtreme to discontinue the use of javascript on their website that prevents the cut-and-paste copying of their terms and conditions. Furthermore, I want Keto Burn XTreme to disclose their chargeback rate on their order page so that customers are aware that other customers feel they have been inappropriately charged.

You go out of your way to hide that this "free trial" is a subscription, burying that information deep in pages of terms and conditions. You need to clearly state beside the order button that this is a subscription, and the receipt that you send needs to indicate that this is a subscription. It is clear from the sheer volume of complaints that you do not do this. Furthermore, I can find no record of your business registered with the Florida Secretary of State, and would like to know the name that it is registered under as well as the names of the officers of the LLC. I am asking you to accept the chargeback as opposed to issuing a refund.I am doing this to help prevent other people from falling for the same "subscription trap". Finally, I want it to be your policy that you will issue a full and immediate refund for anyone who calls to cancel on the day their credit card is charged (either authorization or capture), and I want this policy clearly placed on the receipt that you email for either the free trial or a continuing subscription.

This company automatically enrolled me in a monthly on-line order of $179.66 each month for 2 months without my consent and charged my credit card. When I called them to complain and tell them I did not want their product, they would only refund one month worth of charges.
