Company has been charging me for a new order each month that I did not agree to and not longer want to keep receiving or be withdrawn from my account

Company is charging me for a new order I did not ask for and I have no way of contacting them to stop the orders and ask for my $89.84 back I ordered a trial of keto burn extreme months ago paying for shipment only. There was no contact information attached and now I've been seeing money being withdrawn from my bank account without my permission. I have no way of stopping the order by phone or address or how to ask for a refund. Please help me find a way to resolve this situation. I cannot afford or want any further orders. Thank you for your help.

Bait and switch "snake-oil" scheme capitalizing on the popularity of the Keto diet.
Under any circumstances, DO NOT purchase anything from this company. All flash and no credibility or substance. I had the exact experiences as were outlined in other complaints. They send you a "free trial" of 60 pills for the shipping fee, then give you 17 days to cancel, including the days it's being shipped (which is nowhere in writing- at least that I saw, and believe me, I looked before purchasing). Then, they bill you almost $90 on the 18th day. Same run-around saying that they can return $60 then if you push back, then $70, then eventually they'll put you on hold for a while and come back and say they'll refund you fully and you should see it in 5 - 10 days. This was only after I called them out on being fake and told them that I was going to call the FDA, EPA, Revdex.com, etc., and threatened to take legal action. Of course the poor "representative" that I talked to was in the Phillipines and barely spoke English, so he had no idea what I was talking about as he could not carry on a conversation outside of the pre-scripted answers he was reading to me.

We'll see if I get my refund...

I was charged for a service I was unaware of and they would not credit the un-authorized charge. The 2 people I spoke to were rude and condescending.

I received a phone call from my bank with a suspicious charge on my debit card. I called thee number that my bank gave me to call Keto Burn Xtreme's customer service. I was told it was my fault and there was nothing they could do. I called back the next day to ask again for a refund and they kept talking over me and wouldn't let me speak. I explained I was dis-satisfied with their product and I was unaware of the suspicious charge on my debit card. They did not care. I asked to speak to a manager and they said there wasn't one.

I believe I was scammed into being charged for additional bottles after a trial offer that I agreed to for 2 bottles of Keto Burn Xtreme.
I received another shipment of 2 bottles that I did not order. My original trial order was *** on 7-27-19. On 8-5-19 I received the following products:

I paid for this shipment by Discover credit card.
I called 800-283-6429 and spoke to a Representative identified as Joe and he told me that I could return the bottles, but there would be a restocking fee of $39.80. He said that trial had small print that I agreed to have the products mailed and charged at the rate of $$180.66 which is outrageous to me. I asked to send to my email a copy of where I agreed to that and I have not received such as of yet. This practice is so deceptive and I am returning the products, but I feel I should have a full refund. Please help me. Thank you

Ordered on Facebook was supposed to be a one time order. They are charging my account for additional orders that I didn't order product is a joke.
I am being charged for orders that I never approved. They have charged my account $179.66 I want a refund. I called and was given lies. I asked tospeak with a manager and was denied. This company is fraudulent and in my opinion is a scam to rip people off. I asked the lady what her name was and all she would say was Ice. Only offered to refund $100.00

I ordered the keto burn Xtreme and I was billed 89 dollar same as the other people who made complaints I made contact to the representees
So I made contact with the bank and the tried their best to help me to file a dispute with the peopel who runs the keto burn Xtreme ...now I spoke to the representatives of keto burn Xtreme and they took the total of 179 dollar from me for two bottles and it was a free trial if I knew that they would charge me so much money I would have never bought it 89 dollar for each bottle so I asked them for a refund because I was unaware ther was nothing saying they would charge me so it's fraud and I want my money back I said yet they bargened with me she told me 50 will be refunded the guy after said 100 dollar and that all they can give me back and I accepted so what happened to the 79 dollar am a stay at home mom I don't work and it's hard for me already they still owe me 79 dollar it's money and it's inportant for me I was over drafted with my account they took too much money from me and then didn't want to give back it's not right

On 09/13/19 I receive a notification that I've just made a purchase of $89.84 even though I did not.
I had seen an add advertising to purchase a bottle and all I had to do was paid for the shipping and handling of $6.84.
Throughout the entire ordering process not once did I see that it was a trial or anything of the kind. It was just a basic ordering process; it said order your 'free bottle now'.

Not once did I suspect that two weeks later $89 would be withdrawn from my account. I immediately tried finding the website which is not the easiest to find. It was very difficult to find a number or address or anything to contact anyone.
Once I was able to find a number and spoke to a representative, they asked for my first and last name and my ZIP Code. The very unenthusiastic representative offered to refund me half of the amount withdrawn claiming ' The system could no longer process refunds'.
The representative was very insistent that there was nothing he could do, but I have worked in call centers to four so I know how they work. I asked to escalate and I waited about 15 minutes to speak to a "senior representative".
This person whose Name was Dan, Insisted that all they could do was refunded $65 otherwise there was nothing in there capacity. I mention how I had seen this on the Revdex.com and he simply said "OK but all I can do is refund you $65".
I tried and tried to get my money back but no matter what I said I was told I had to either except the $65 or get nothing back at all.
They are incredibly deceiving and it's not fair to their customers. I absolutely needed my money back, I let them know I would not be able to successfully pay a bill without that money and I could tell he did not care at all; he said that he has rules to follow. I absolutely need my money back so I accepted the $65 out of fear that he would end the call after saying ' you can except it or decline'

I am to expect a credit to my account within 15 business days. The service rep witheld 60$ for the exorbitant cost of the pills which are nothing special, just minerals of Sodium, Calcium, and Magnesium. Fraudulent in every aspect

Every month this product arrives. Keto Burn Extreme. I don't have PO number etc. I receive it every month.They post to my credit card.

I ordered a 30-day free trial of Keto Burn Xtreme and Detox Burn Xtreme online, my credit card was initially charged for $6.82 and $6.84, $340.16 now.
Since 5/27/19, my Visa credit card has been charged by Keto Burn Xtreme for a total of $326.50 more as of 8/16/19, without my authorization, or a total of $340.16, including the so-called "free trial." I called them and I was told that they cannot make a refund because it is already past the 14-day trial period, which I never knew that such a unilateral provision existed at the time I signed up for my free-trial order. I wanted to return the unopened bottles because my wife, who is a registered nurse, is against my taking dietary supplements without first consulting my doctor due to my heart condition, having a coronary stent. This is a scam. I wanted a full refund of my payments and the company should accept my purchase returns, which they do not want to do so. I hope the federal government will intervene in our behalf being hard-working Americans. Defrauding companies like this should not be allowed to operate to rip citizens off. Please help us!

I received two bottles, Keto Burn Xtreme and Detox Burn Extreme and did not authorize this purchase. I have no contact information to speak with anyone.

Talked to the company and they said they would cancel my account and issue a refund of 120.00 dollars in 10-15 business days.Told me they were sending a confirmation email.I don't believe these people.U told them I wanted an entire refund but they said they could only give me 120 dollars with the promise of canceling my account.But I want the entire 179.66 that I am owed.This so called weight loss drug sent me to the ER.When I got there my BP was 188 over 110.Not Only is this a scam the product they are pushing is highly dangerous.

I would like a full refund since they did not stated anywhere this was a 14 days trial. And change me $89.82 and $89.84
I saw an ad on Facebook for a free bottle of ketoburn just pay shipping for $6.00 so I did that and the keto detox it all came up to 13.33 that was on 08/19/19 now I'm being just $89.82 $89.84 when I called customer service they say I had 14 days to cancel and I will not get a refund I told them I have all my shoot screen pictures of the product and nothing said anything about a 14 days or a charge she only gave me the run around . This is FRAUD and they need to refund me my money. I also just cancel a subscription I didn't know I even sign up for. I want my refund one way or another.

I ordered a free bottle of KETO BURN EXTREME from an advertisement. I saw no small print indicating I would be obligation to cancel within 7 days.
I was charged 18.42 for a bottle of DETOX BURN XTREME that followed a month later, and again the following month for an additional bottle of KETO BURN. After getting on the Revdex.com website, I was alarmed that at least 106 other individuals had the exact problem.

I ordered a month ago , took a week to get here . I only paid for the S/H . I've been on the pills now for three weeks . I do not feel or see any results at all on any of the descriptions they list . Thankfully I don't have the bank card they took from .
Not sure why I fell for this scam in the first place , maybe it just seemed a good thing at the moment.
Anyways I recommend don't fall for their scheme .

This is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered a trial they had a deal on for 15 and then they automatically send you and charge you $90 per bottle (there are 2) for subsequent orders. I did not sign up for the subscription, however, they automatically enroll you in it. Then when you receive and get charged for the subsequent bottles and call them to return them and get a refund they tell you that its outside the 40 day window and cannot refund you $180!! They try to tell you that you can keep them and they will refund you $120 so not to have hassle OR that you can return them and then they charge $40 restocking fee. This is ludicrous since I did not even know I got subscribed to this scam. SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

The company was offering a free trial for like 15 dollars. I wanted to try the product. I believe it was on July 21st I ordered it. Fast forward to August 10th and I am being charged 89.92 two times in my credit card. I called to cancel and told them I don't want more of the product to which they told me I'm paying the 180 dollars for the trial product I already have. Nowhere did it say this when I ordered the trial. I literally have only taken 1 pill out of each bottle and told them I would return them and pay for the 1 pill I used. They told me I can't return them because it's open. They have offered no solution.

Never did it mention any other charges or a subscription because I would NEVER agree to that. On 8/24 I notice there is a charge on my acct for $89.84. I immediately called my bank and told them these charges are fraudulent amd I never agreed to this. They tried to locate a number for me to call so I can cancel this so called subscription with this companand were unable to find one, very odd!! I finally found a number and when I called the man asked for my zip code and name and asked to place me on a 2-3 minute hold to find my acct
I said it takes that long to look up an acct thats odd but ok. He says I'll return to line shortly and hangs up!! This is very unacceptable and fraudulent. How dare you charge people acct without their knowledge and say we ordered a subscription! Also I never recieved and other products other then the 1st 2 that I agreed to so how would you justify charging me for something I didn't get, or agree to or what for that matter!!
