WORST COMPANY EVER - do not subscribe. No discernible benefit from the pills and discovered quickly that it's a complete scam in which they bill you and send ongoing pills without providing any packing slip or identifying information from which to cancel. I read what I'm signing up for religiously, and I was given no clear indication that this was an ongoing subscription - thought it was a one-time trial that I was initially trying.

When I finally searched online for a method to cancel, I came across this site which is the first phone number I was able to location for the company. I spoke to someone who was INCREDIBLY rude and refused to allow me to ever speak to a manager or supervisor in order to discuss sending ALL the product back UNOPENED for a full refund. I was on the call for 36 minutes, and never was able to speak to anyone besides the operator that took the call and had a script which explained why I was such an it.

NEVER AGAIN will I do this sort of thing.

This Company advertises buy 1 bottle for $4.95+s hipping,& 2nd bottle free+shipping. They billed me for full amount of $89.82 & $89.84.False ad.
On 5/28 I was charged $6.84 & $6.82 for each bottle. Then on 6/14, I was charged the full amounts of $89.82 & $89.84. This was a misleading ad, only said a trial offer on their ad, also at their payment page they offered the 2nd bottle but you couldn't opt out, so when I went to the payment page it was on their billing page.Never did they say if you wanted to continue, an additional charge would be made. I feel this is very misleading & has apparently fooled many people with complaints on the Company's Facebook page and Revdex.com. This product is a scam, not working for me and I am very mad to have been mislead.

I recently bought Keto Burn Xtreme, and I have no way of unsubscribing to stop it from charging my card
I recently bought Keto Burn Xtreme. I tried to see if there was a home page to check my purchase and unsubscribe but there wasn't one. This started 6/22/2019. The same day it was purchased 6/22/2019. I took photograph of the order, but there was no order number. I payed 13.66 through credit card. I am afraid it will keep charging me as I have seen by the other complaints. I would very much like help and guidance through this process to stop the company from charging me and delivering bottles. Thank you, I would like help as soon as possible.

Setups auto ship without notice. Presents a low price trial offer.
I filled out a quick name, email, and payment information to be able to try this product . Now I've received 2 further shipments at $90 per item in box. There is no contact information or emailed shipment notice to be able to cancel the order or auto-ship. It's nearly impossible to find the website or contact information. This is not how businesses should conduct business.

I got changed and I never receive anything in the mail. Didn't notice the charge tell they billed me for the full amount. I contacted the company and they said they would refund it. Never did. I disputed the transactions with my bank. They refunded the money. Then about 3 months later they reversed the charges on my account. Which I got recharged for items I never order or receive! 3/23/19 for $77.00 and 2/28/19 $10.90 dates they went through my bank. They said my order number was 091B7B3A4C. I have sent several emails. I sent them another since my bank reversed the charges and they said it's between them and my bank. When it's my money they are stealing! Bank reversed the refund so I am out of $87.90!!!!

I ordered keto burn on May 3, 2019. I only had to pay S&H of $6.84.
I received the bottle promptly. Fast forward to June 24. I received a second bottle, which I did not order. I looked back on my credit card statement to find the $6.84 charge and to my surprise, I also found a charge on May 20 from keto burn for $89.84 and was advised by rep for Credit Card Company I also have a charge on June 20 for $89.84. This is almost $200.00 charged to my card without my permission nor any acknowledgement from Keto Burn.
Upon calling them, I am told I can get a partial refund and if I return the product I received today, there will be a $19.95 restocking fee. Beware if you are ordering from them.

As with others statements here, yes this company is a scam. I went to order one bottle and was slapped with the second bottle of detox that I did not want. As with others here, I know what I read and there were no terms & conditions posted, nor anything about being set up for a subscription. Thankfully I put the charges of $6 and change apiece on my credit card. They must be serious scammers because my bank contacted me they had blocked the 2 charges of almost $90 apiece and if I knew. The bank blocked the charges. They have me the telephone number for the company and the rep had the nerve to say the terms and conditions are posted on the site. Needless to say, I went off on him about the lies and that my bank made me aware and that I'd be shutting down any attempts they made to take any more money from me and I hung up the phone. They've been blocked from ever accessing my credit card AND I got 2 emails telling me they've closed my subscription account! Yeah, the ones I never opened.

Total scam. What was supposed to be a free trial supply will cost you almost $100 dollars per bottle. BEWARE there isn't even any fine print that tells you that signed up for a monthly subscription but they do offer to refund you $60 per bottle to ease the pain when you cancel. This company needs to be put out of business just because the way they operate. I like Dave l who ran into the same identical situation am afraid to even try the product because it could be poisonous for all I know

A rip of! Huge scam! Don't do it! The sharks are called sharks for a reason! Your trial period is for two weeks, and you're signing up for an auto-ship, auto draft of $89 each shipment!

If you order a trial bottle you will be signed up for auto ship without any mention of that when placing your order.
I placed an order for 2 bottles of their product based on celebrity endorsement which I now see is fraudulent. A couple weeks later they charged my account twice for $89 for autoship of the product which I never agreed to. No where on their site do they ever mention auto ship when you place an order for the trial bottles. Not to mention the pills didn't do anything. I did manage to get someone on the phone from their company and was told I would receive a full refund and no future orders. It's been 9 days and they have not issued any refund...and the fraudulent shipment hasn't shown up either which I was going to refuse. This is a complete scam. I have emailed them and will call again...if I don't receive a refund I will be speaking with an attorney about doing a class action lawsuit seeing as so many people have been scammed.

I could not leave a lower than one star. Should be a minus. First I never ordered however I received 2 bottles twice. The best they could offer because unopened was to credit of one hundred dollars. However they charged me about $180 each shipment. They keep $260 and credit me the $100. What a deal! No wonder they're not listed with Revdex.com.

Purchased both products (Detox Burn XTREME Tial Start ($6.82 shipping); Keto Burn XTREME Trial Start ($6.84 shipping) through Facebook ad on 5/19/19 at 1:39am (Order #: XXXXXCA23E) with Visa Debit Card 0258. Product was advertised for free 30-day trial and ad included Angelina Jolie had stopped filming movies to support this product. No mention of trial expiration date or future charges on card after a certain time period.

Order was shipping via USPS First Class Mail on 5/20/19 with tracking number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and included both products.

Tried products, were ineffective, discontinued products. Received charge on visa billing statement of $89.84 on 6/10/19. Charge was posted as BETTERBODYTRIM.COM 844-830-3584 FL.

Contacted company 6/14/19 and spoke with Neri (844-830-3584 ext 418) about this charge. Informed Neri I did not give authorization for this charge and requested reimbursement. Neri informed she would cancel account and reimburse $100 to my account. I was confused d/t the refund amount being more than the charge but summed it up as they were reimbursing for shipping charge. Received cancellation # 3A64AB5216 and ended call.

Checked e-mail to see two (2) separate reimbursements of $50 on 6/14 at 7:27PM. Reviewed billing statement to find second charge of $89.82 labeled BETTERBODYDETOX.COM 844-830-3584 FL. Contacted Neri via 844-830-3584 ext 418; left voicemail. Did not received call back.

Contacted company main line a second time and spoke to representative who informed because the account was cancelled, they could not issue an additional refund. Informed Neri was purposely misleading in $100 single reimbursement and did not inform of two (2) separate charges issued. Sales Rep placed on hold and informed she could reimburse $10/per each item. At this point I am owed $79.66. I informed her I want an entire reimbursement and she proceeded to tell me she could not do this. Asked to speak with SV; informed SV was busy at the time and would not provide additional compensation. Demanded to speak with SV as I have experience working with call centers. SV Red informed no further reimbursement would be issued d/t the "contract" I signed while paying for shipping. Informed Red they were not forthcoming with their trial ending after 13 days and did not inform of future charges to account. Red informed it is on their website; I informed her I have e-mail confirmations where it is not included and spoke to Neri who was purposely misleading in information. SV made me feel incompetent and stated numerous times I was "confused." She refused to provide additional reimbursement. I ended the conversation with "You guys are definitely not Revdex.com" and hung up. I received a call 5 minutes later from Red via 888-450-5596 to inform me they would authorize the full amount owed of $79.66. I thanked her and proceeded to look at Revdex.com website to find they have been unresponsive and have an F rating.

I received full reimbursement today, 6/18, for entire charge taken from my account. Four separate reimbursements of $39.82 (Order ID $39.84 *** $50 *** and $50 ***

Buyer beware, SCAM. THis company entices you to pay $4 for shipping to try samples and they never send them. The phone number they provide is not functional, you get put on hold for over 20 minutes and can not speak to anyone. But to my amazement, over $350 in charges to my card! No product, No help with ***. I filed a fraudulent complaint with my bank and police department. After many times calling the company, I finally got through and was told that I didn't call soon enough and my account was "closed" and they were unable to issue any sort of refund. Again, no authorization for more than $4. Almost $400 taken with nothing to show for it except getting behind in my monthly bills!
I wouldn't even give them one star but in order to reply to this, it is necessary.

A friend of mine told me about product so I ordered it.
By the time I received it my friend had become extremely ill from the product
She had lost wait but had breathing issues and sugar level issues and blood pressure issues
I decided to put return to sender refused on package as soon as I received it.
I also contacted the company and informed them of her sickness and the fact that I did not want the product.
Then they said I had a membership or something
I told them to cancel it.
Then some three to four weeks or so later I received another package
I opened the box as it was not labeled had no clue they weee sending another.
I taped it back up and put return to sender on it and put it in mail box
A few weeks later I received it back saying lack of postage I guess cause it had been opened
The company had poor English speaking people
I called my bank and filed s complaint
I had no proof of return and by the time I received the package back and again returned it
It was to late in my bank end.plus bank said their bank refused claim
My bank also said they believe this company keeps money
I have called the company numerous times trying to get s refund
They informed me even tho they have the product they will not return my 89.93
They refused refund to my bank and refused to refund Me.
They told me had I not filed a claim maybe I would have got money back.
I do not get that.
They kept my money and have their product
I believe they received the product and returned it to me-so they could keep my money
It's not just a small amount
I think they are running a scam keeping people's money and product makes people extremely sick

for stuff you don't order. they rope you in with a reasonable price then charge you a really high price for future items that you don't order. Then they don't refund your money. Crooked.

THIS WAS FINE AS THE CHARGE FOR BOTH WAS ONLY $13.68. 3 WEEKS LATER THE COMPANY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $180. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP NOR DID I SIGN OR SEE ANYTHING ON THE WEBSITE THAT STATED I WOULD BE CHARGED THIS AMOUNT. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CANCEL WHATEVER ACCOUNT THAT THEY SET UP FOR ME AND REQUEST A FULL REFUND. REP WAS VERY RUDE AND ONLY REFUNDED MY ACCOUNT $100.00 WHICH $50 PER BOTTLE. I WANT THE FULL AMOUNT THAT WAS CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT AS I DID NOT AGREE OR SIGN UP FOR THIS MEMBERSHIP/ACCOUNT. PLEASE ASSIST ME WITH GETTING THE REMAINING AMOUNT THAT IS OWED TO ME.

I did not realize that requesting a "TRIAL" of this product would automatically make me a customer of theirs and with agreement to be put on their AUTO-SHIP program. After reading their ad and researching the paperwork that was provided me with this "TRIAL" product, (Which, by the way, is the only paperwork I had/or have had regarding automatically joining this program) I was never informed PRIOR to acceptance of this arrangement.

I have just spoken with a representative of this company and after asking for a REFUND of $89.84 I was informed that they were under no obligation to refund any part of this charge. As a show of "GOOD WILL" they would be willing to offer a refund of $30.00 as their way of showing respect to me and the misunderstanding on my part. They felt that this consideration was and should be greatly appreciated by me. I find this to be an insult and I would never recommend this company to others and would highly suggest that persons be made aware of this procedure PRIOR TO TRIAL REQUESTS.

I did NOT order this stuff and need to return it It does not work and I do NOT want it.
