My first purchase was in the beginning of October and it was advertised as a free trial with only a shipping fee, so I payed with my debit card. I received the item and it was a fake. Two weeks later I was charged $89.95 without being aware, then again on November 25th. I have cancelled my card but that wont stop other people from falling for the same thing. Please get this to stop.

I want the two extra charges refunded because i was not told nor given a receipt or any kind of alert that money was being taken out of my account.

I cancelled the product order after the trial. I wrote to request they stop shipments and returned 5 back! Still shipping and charging me!
After the trial of the product I realized it made me feel ill. I returned a shipment they sent the next month and got a "proof of Mailing" from USPS. They continued to keep my money and re-shipped to me again. I became ill and was under treatment for CANCER so my husband tried to help by also writing and returning the boxes-each with proof from the USPS. I am finally well enough to speak on the phone and I called today. The representative insisted I had to have THEIR permission to cancel and proof by their control number!? The representative I spoke with said he was only obligated to return payment of one shipment. (said that was how he was trained). They have now kept $898 from a senior citizen!!
My order #is ***. I want my 5 months back!! They have the products!!

I thought I was receiving a free 30 day supply of Gold Standard Detox and Gold Standard Keto for the cost of shipping and handling
I thought I was receiving a free 30 day supply to try the product for the shipping and handling cost. I ordered the products on 8/19/19. On 9/6/19 I saw that my credit card was charged on 9/5 for $89.82 and $89.84. I immediately called the company and told them that I never intended to buy the product until I tried it for 30days . I received the cancellation number of *** on that date. I also called my credit card company to dispute the charges. I believe that the company used false advertising to encourage a Senior citizen like myself to enter into a monthly subscription that was not identified on the face of the initial advertisement.

After receiving the response from Keto Burn Supreme I contacted Citibank and they indicated that they didnt work directly with the merchant but rather with the merchants bank. Citibank also indicated that they had reversed both credits and so there would be no chance for a double refund as indicated in Keto's letter. Citibank recommended that I call the company direct and take them up on their offer of a refund . I called the telephone number 800-283-6429 as listed on the letter to Revdex.com and asked for Jesse the person who indicated in the letter he was here to help.A person by the name of Amil answered the phone and indicated he did not know of a person by the name of Jesse.At first Amil said they did not represent Keto Burn Extreme company but after several minutes of discussion that they did represent the company and they could not provide a refund as noted in the letter.All I can surmise is that the letter response to the Revdex.com from Keto Burn Extreme is just a Sham on their part.

This is the same response as the companys last response which is a lie. When I called the number they give the person can not or will not give a refund as they say they will.

The site was for a one time buy, but they are billing me every month for $185.34. They do not respond to calls from me at their phone number.
I ordered a sample bottle from them and now they charge my checking account for $185.43 a month and they are unresponsive to calls to stop. I received yet another bottle of their pills today and a charge of $185.34. the pills listed on Amazon for about 20 to 30 dollars. I want them to stop charging my bank going forward and to arrange for a return of the two bottles that are unopened. My doctor said not to take them. There was nothing on the web site to show that the first order was any thing but a one time order.

I ordered this product and agreed to pay the shipping. I was double charged for that, and then 17 days later, my checking account was charged $89.82 and $89.84, neither of which I approved. I contacted my bank who initially reversed and then recharged my account based upon communications with Keto Burn Xtreme/Keto Research Labs. I contacted customer service in this regard and they asked me if the product was open... The agent then offered me a $90, then $130 credit, which I refused and asked to speak with a supervisor.

I asked to speak with a supervisor who told me that since my account was recharged, no refund would be possible. When I asked him to refund the $130, he declined. I am flabbergasted by this scam which obviously several people have been misled into thinking they are spending $7 and end up being charged $200. Ridiculous!!!

Purchased Keto Detox Xtreme under false advertisement. They said pay only "shipping & handling.
I purchased Keto Detox Xtreme on 8/21/19. They advertised that I would just have to pay for S&H. They charged me for 2 products; one was $6.84 and the other $6.82. Than 2 weeks later on 9/2 charged me again but this time for $89.82 and $89.84 for the products. They charged me again on 10/2 for $89.84 and $89.82. This was a complete scam. There was nothing in the advertisement that said that it was a monthly subscription or that they would be billing an additional amount for each product. I did not even get any delivery for more of the product. When I tried to find the website or advertise for the product it was gone.

In March, 2019, I accepted a free trial offer for Keto Burn Extreme. I never saw or agreed to an auto-ship arrangement. The payments were coming from an account to which I paid little attention (my responsibility, I know). In late August, I contacted the company and cancelled the account (Cancellation Date: 08/30/20119). I was told that the most I would be refunded was $50which I have not received. A few days later, I filed a claim with the issuing bank and was advised to return the bottles (6) and get a tracking numberwhich I did, on September 2, 2019. (The name under which the $89.84 automatic payments were being made is "Life Weight Loss"). A few weeks later First Tennessee Bank's Card Claim Center informed me that too much time had passed and they would be unable to recoup my $449.20 (5 bottles for which I paid; the first one was "free").

All products have been returnedunopened. This company has received $449.20 from my bank account for said products. the company has received a double benefit and and I have have suffered a double loss.I did not even receive the minimum refund ($50) which a phone representative promised.

I reiterate that terms and conditions were downplayed (if present at all). I feel that this company is guilty of unscrupulous business practices. My desired outcome is still a refund for the returned merchandise. At the very least, I wish to go on record as having filed an unresolved complaint with the Revdex.com. I have no desire to speak with "Jesse".

June 2019, I ordered KetoBurnXtreme online. I looked at a second product, KetoBurnDetox,but didn't order it. At checkout, it was included in my order & I couldn't find a way to delete it. I placed the order, anyway. I did not notice I was subscribing to a renewable order. In August, I was shipped a second bottle of Keto BurnXtreme. I was away. When I returned, I fell and broke my hand. It wasn't until I received yet another bottle in September that I realized what was happening. I called (09/11/19) and told the company I was returning the most recent shipment & the unopened Detox. I returned both in their own box to the return product address provided in their shipping paperwork & on bottle labels. It's October 7. Still no refund. I called and spoke to Mr. Roy, on the 7th. He said, after much hassle, that he will refund me only $70.00. I was billed $89.84 for each bottle, $179.68 total. He won't refund the Detox because I exceeded their 30-day return policy. And he told me he won't refund the 'retail' price that I paid. He will refund only $70. He also said I didn't follow return instructions provided ON THE WEBSITE.
-Why would I go to the website, when the packing slip provided an address for returning products? How would I know, the literature provided WITH THE PRODUCT (& on the product label) was incorrect as Mr. Roy asserts?

I want a full refund of $89.84 for the (Extreme) product I returned within the allowed 30-day return period. I would also like the $89.84 for the (Detox) product returned unopened even though I apparently exceeded the 30-days. This was a product essentially forced on me at my initial order. The manufacturer's seal was still on the bottles I returned and they were sent to the return address specified on the bottles & in the shipping paperwork. Neither the shipping paperwork nor the bottle state that a customer must call the company prior to making a return. I believe, however, when I first spoke to customer service, on 9/11, I DID say I was returning product. The service rep did not provide instructions. According to the manager, Mr Roy, I spoke to today, 10/07, the return is not mentioned in the call notes. The product does not expire until 2021, so it is still viable. Mr. Roy said it was my responsibility to return to the website for return instructions. I don't believe that's a reasonable expectation when a return address is provided in shipping papers & on labels. Nor should I be responsible for poor note-taking by a service rep.

I did receive the "free" trial and brought it with me to my cardiologist to see if it was okay to take. He took it from me and told me not to take this product. Since that time I did not receive any further products. Last evening my husband was reviewing our credit card bill because we are thinking of transferring to a new account and he noticed three charges of $89.84 along with the free trial shipping charge of $6.84. I called the company and they gave me such a hard time. After over one hour on the phone, they agreed to remove one charge of $89.84 and $40 off of another order that they claim was shipped. IIt started in June with the free trial which wasnT free, I cancelled, I received and was charged for their product in July I cancelled again and tried to find out how and where to send it back to then in August the same thing I did it again. I explained I had a disability and they didn't care,
I have a disability and I tried the product to help me try and lose weight. By day 12 I didn't notice any changes so all together I stopped taking them. I had thought it was a 30 day trial and also thought I was only paying for the one bottle itself

Desired Outcome

Full refund for the monthly charge, as I cannot finacially afford to pay it.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the Keto Burn Xtreme, if you do not call to cancel and return the product.

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 08/28/2019 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.84. Your trial ended on 09/18/2019 in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.

You called us on 09/21/2019 requesting to cancel your account.

Since, we do not normally do this but as a ONE time courtesy, we will be issuing you a refund of $49.84 back to your account.

Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further charges.

I signed up for a free 14 day trial, I was to only pay shipping. Before the 14 day trial was up, they charged my bank account $89.95 twice
I cancelled it by email and was issued a confirmation number. They said they refunded $120, leaving me on the hook for $60. My bank, Chase Bank issued me a new card on July 1, the vendor said that they returned $120 on July 3. Because I had a new account the money was sent back to the vendor. I have received nothing. They keep telling me it's closed out. Chase talked to them and I call them constantly. They refuse to send me the money. I have the email I sent them, plus the cancellation and my bank statement showing that I never got the money. Chase told me that they returned it to the sender, since that account was closed. I sent the vendor everything they asked for and they basically insist I have the money, even though the statement proves I do not. Chase has also told them that the money was returned back to them. I sent them the product, all info and they still will not do anything. I talked to a supervisor who hung up on me. I want my $180 back. I'm a disabled senior and live on $90 month. Their whole argument is they sent the money July 3, but since that account was closed, I sent them the new account number. So now, I have no product, no money, and no way to cover the $180 they stole from me. Please help me, that money is 2 mo the worth of living money for me. I live in Supportive Living, it's for people with disabilities and who have had a traumatic brain injury. I have both. Please help me.
