I too wish I could leave zero stars.
Not once did I sign up for any kind of reoccurring bill or membership.
My bank account balance was off. Checked my account. Found out that Ketoburn had burned me alright. Out of almost $200.00!
I will be filing reports for fraud now.

to try I only had to pay shipping and handling. they charged me 89.84 plus s/h.
I think it was tue. 2/26/19 I called and talked to a jessie(#***). I told him product didn't didn't work for me.(1-800-283-6429) told him I wanted my money back it is a risk free-365 day- 100% money back guarantee. I am hard of hearing so I gave phone to my wife (***). he told her I could only get $20 refund. Today 2/28/19 we called again and *** more or less told her same thing. I originaly ordered it 12/24/19( I think) they shipped it 12/26/2018. I received it 1/8/19. prod. was supposed to get rid of belly fat. I started taking 1-9-19 and stopped 1-28-19 after gaining 10 pounds. thinking I was just out the $5.95 s/h that I had gave them my card # for I didn't worry about it until 2-25-19 when I received another bottle of product. that is when I called and found out what they were doing. I've got partial bottle and full bottle of prod. to send back but until I find out what is going on I am holding onto them. Thank you for any help you can give me.

The bottle is unopened - they only want to give me a small amount back plus charge me a restock fee and I have to pay to ship it back. Rip-off.
I purchased Keto Slimdown Xtreme from Just Healthy Slimdown for a trial offer of $4.95 on 1/23/2019. There were no stipulations listed in the add. On 2/14 I noticed a charge for $89.84 on my banking account. I did not recognize the name so I called the bank and they had no number for them. I googled the company and called about this charge. They said I needed to call within 14 days to cancel. I told them I never saw this stipulation and the bottle had never been opened and I would send it back for a refund. I was told they could only refund me approximately $40.00 plus they would also have to charge me $19.95 for a restock fee. I was very adamant that I wanted my money back and the representative got mad and hung up on me. I received an email from them with an RMA# and that if I didn't return within 15 days I would get no money back. They're penalizing me for a full bottle that was never opened and could easily be sent back. I've seen other adds on Keto supplements and they only cost $20.00. I have filed complaints with FTC, Ohio Attorney's General office, my bank and now you. This company should not be allowed to use misleading advertising to get Huge sums of money.

I do not want give this company ANY star rating. The website is very misleading and does NOT tell you that you are signing up for a subscription and if you do not cancel - you will be charged. I now have almost $200. charged to my account and they are only willing to refund $100. I have to go to my bank to file a fraud claim and get my money back. DO NOT use this product through this company!

These people are scammers. I ordered a trial supply on my cell phone. Upon receiving the pills I immediately sent an email 02/08/19 telling them to cancel any future orders. When I checked my checking account on 2/17/19 I found that they had charged me 19.00 & 18.00 for the 2 different pills.
I called their customer service dept. and spoke to a female who initially stated that I had exceeded the trial period which she said ended 02/15/19. I asked her how that could be since my email was dated 7 days prior to the trial date ending. She then tried to tell me it was because I didn't call them to cancel. She also insisted that they had sent me an email, which I NEVER received on 02/09/19, informing me of my trial period ending. But at the same time she tried telling me that the email team did not have access to the email I sent; but she actually read it back to me while I was reading it to her!!.
I literally went through my new mail, old mail, spam mail everything, while on the phone with her looking for this message that they supposedly sent me. she said she would send me a screen shot of that email. However, she did not send anything showing what she was saying. There was NOTHING in any of my mailboxes but more advertisements.
I told her that I had to google them to find a phone number for this company,(as the information on the bottles was so small I couldn't even read it with a magnifying lens,that they didn't provide any type of paperwork with the order , just2 bottles of pills, and that in any case I had in fact provided email notification to cancel.
I also asked how they could be billing me on 02/17/19 for a new order when the notice they sent me of the shipment being made was dated 02/05/19. I told her I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, as I had found records of complaints about this company. That I was disabled on limited income and couldn't afford to be scammed by them. After several minutes of arguing with her she stated she would cancel my subscription and that I would not be billed again. I demanded that she provide me some documentation and she did forward an email cancellation.
Only after again stating that I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com she said she would refund my monies and ended the call. I checked my account and found a pending refund. I believe that my persistence and ability to recall , document and follow through with a complaint is the ONLY reason for this outcome. This company is playing fast and loose with time frames and hitting people with bills despite proper notice for cancellation requests. She tried to fast talk me and talk in circles contradicting herself and got mad when I called her on the inconsistencies. Something has to be done to protect people from this type of scam.

I was misled to believe that I was paying for a Keto supplement and would only have to pay the shipping and handling to obtain my free trial. Anyone who sees this website'LOOK OUT!!!! Read the fine print in the terms and conditions and my advice is to DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this website!!!! They are a scam!!!! I had to call my credit card company to reach these people to cancel my subscription. The phone number they post on their website is unreachable. The email they list on their website is unable to work to be contacted. They are impossible to reach on your own. My credit card company was able to find a number for them that they reached. The man who represented Main Line Fitness on the phone with me today was perhaps the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. I am 39 and have had many experiences receiving and giving customer service. In fact, I taught customer service to an organization with 2,000 plus employees ongoing for six years. I am more than capable of recognizing and acknowledging great or poor customer service when I witness it. This company will make you pay more than just shipping and handling for their product if you do not agree to ship it back to them. Watch out because you'll likely end up paying twice for shipping and handling for a product you never even try!!! I paid $4.95 shipping and handling and now will have to pay to ship it right back to them unless I want to be charged another 19 dollars on top just for testing it out! They DO NOT advertise this....it is in the itty bitty fine print in their terms and conditions that practically nobody reads. The man I spoke with was beyond rude. He could barely form complete sentences. When I questioned him, he sounded as though he were reading off a script. I told him he was rude to which his little ego replied that I was the rude one. I asked to speak with his manager. He said he was it. How convenient! His was the absolute worst customer service I have received from anyone in my life

The company operates under VERY fraudlent ways...and yes, they target the millions of people who already struggle to loose weight.
I saw a "free SAMPLE", so I thought, and I read.
Basically the page was what I thought to be pretty simple. $4.95 for a free sample.

Then you think you're getting this little sample turns out they AUTOMATICALLY ENROLL YOU
AUTOMATICALLY SEND 2X'S the quantity they even say, then charge you @89.95 a piece. Not only that I guess they of course want you to open the product, BUT I never did because I had planned on returning anyway (wasn't what I saked for).
When I called their customer service to inform them that the product's seal had never been broken, unused and I'd even pay for the shipping back. They REFUSE to take the product back.

Was sent an email (since deleted) stating that Ellen Degeneres who was a spokesperson with Keto weight loss was offering a FREE one month offer! All I had to do was pay shipping of $4.95. There was no other info posted along with the link of the conditions and terms of what I was to do after I received it. I figured I would recive a pamphlet or brochure in the box when I received it in the mail. Nothing! No way to cancel, send back or anything! Well, then they have my bank card info, so they bill me $82.84 and $84.82! For what? A free 30 day offer? No way! I've since had to cancel my bank account which has been a nightmare!

I became I'll vomiting. They took unauthorized 2 payments out of checking in amounts of $89.84 and $89.82. I was charged 2 separate withdraws of $4.95 and $5.95 on Dec 15th for shipping trial product. Supervisor would only give return of $70. On each bottle
Total of $140.00 and they took $190.56 out of my checking account. I want my money returned and they can have the product I took 1 pill from each. Got sick on it
