My complaintThey are scamming people with their online trials. I could not find a way to get intouch with them after paying for shipping.
I purchased two different free trial offers from this company via internet. First of all, the ad did not pop up as this company, it was another name. I never received an invoice with the product with information on the company, nor did the email they sent me have away that I could get in touch with them. My card was charged $178 2 weeks later which I had no idea about. I called the customer service numberthat I received from my bank, and I talked to 2 different reps (2 different calls) they each gave me a different website that I suppose to be able to find their terms and agreements. Which sounds like a scam. My issue with them is that they are not upfront with people about what to expect when purchasing products from them. They hide the important facts, and dont give people away legit way to get intouch with them afterwards. After I asked to speak with a supervisor, he told me that they were a third party company. I ended up leaving the call more confused than before O called them.

Desired Outcome

They be made to be fully upfront with people about what people are to expect when purchasing from them. They dont false advertise about free trial when its not really free. They make it plain to see about their supposed terms and aggreement. They can no longer hide behide different company names.

Glory the God, Im thankful because I prayed about this situation. I also have learned a lesson from this situation, and I will not be doing any more trial offers from the internet. I also hope they learned something from this situation as well, like making sure that the customer is fully aware of what they are purchasing and how much it will be. So that the customer can make their own firm decision whether they would like to purchase or not. I do not think it is good business to try and deceive potential customers,by not making things plain and understandable.

It was ASSUMED that by paying shipping for the product that I agreed to these terms and conditions that I never even had the OPTION to read during the purchasing process.

I would like a refund, as I was under the impression from their advertising that this was a 30 day trial, meaning I would be able to TRY IT OUT for 30 days and then cancel if I was not satisfied. 14 days is not long enough for your body to adjust to a supplement, and I think their advertising tactics were fraudulent.

Product advertising is misleading and terms of service are misleading as well.
The product is advertised as a free sample for 30 days. Account was charged 180.00 shortly afterwards. They then billed for another shipment the following month I still haven't received. I called their office and they didn't care that I didn't receive, only that they shipped it. It didn't matter, they had no signature showing it shipped. People here are scam artist and deserve to be shut down.

Company is charging me for a new order I did not ask for and I have no way of contacting them to stop order and ask for my $179.66 back
I ordered a trial of keto burn xtreme and detox burn xtreme two weeks ago paying for shipment only. There was no invoice attached with order and no contact information. Now I see money being withdrawn from my bank account without my permission. I have no way of stopping order by phone or address. Or how to ask for refund. Please help me find a way to resolve this situation. I cannot afford or want any further orders. Thank you for your help

I would like a legitimate address and phone number to contact business to contact them for a stop shipment and ask for refund. I paid with my debit credit card around August 30, 2019 for shipping fees only there was no order number or account number. Products came in a blue box with no invoice or billing information. Like I said now $179.66 is being charged to my debit when I did not approve or order a new shipment

I believe what happened is that my oldest son used my credit card to make this purchase and forgot all about it and never cancelled it. I appreciate them cancelling the auto ship and refunding the last 2 months of the payments.

Unauthorized Charge
Like the others who filed complaints, I ordered a trial size that did not work and most certainly did NOT authorize two additional payments of 89.82 and 89.84. I called and left a message refusing shipment and asking to be reimbursed. I called my bank who suggested getting a new card, and was not very optimistic they would reimburse me.

Thank you. I have attempted to resolve this online 6 times now. They insist on a 3 way call with my bank, which I attempted. The customer service rep disconnected the call on their end.

My bank filed a fraud dispute. Td bank agent was on call with me when company in complaint hung up on us.

My bank file a dispute for fraud and I was given a provisional credit. Appears to have returned the funds to my account. I am grateful yo TD Bank.

I ordered a "FREE" sample of both the Keto Burn and the Detox Burn and today was charged $170 for not calling within 14 days.
I saw an ad of Facebook for a FREE bottle of Keto Burn Xtreme (just pay shipping) which I ordered, along with a bottle of Detox Burn Xtreme. Today I received a text and a call from Wells Fargo with a fraud alert. This company is trying to collect almost $180 for those 2 bottles, so I stopped payment and cancelled my debit card. Then I called the 800# from my bank ledger and got their customer service in Floriday. The agent that answered my call told me that I had 14 days from date of shipment to call to cancel my "trial", and since I didn't cancel, they were charging me full retail price. I have since seen this exact same product advertised all over the Internet for less than $10 a bottle. This is incredibly shady business practice and I told the agent that they can have their product back and that I've already filed a fraud claim with my bank. She put me on hold for several minutes then came back with a cancelation number.

I believe this company is a scam hooking people in with false promises and insufficient information provided resulting in unauthorized charges.
I placed an order on 7/26/19 for the "free trial" of keto burn xtreme paying $6.84 for shipping, when I got to checkout they were adding the Detox Burn Xtreme for an additional $6.82. I went ahead with it, because I wanted to get the most I could out of the trial and it the site said that adding the detox burn would do that.
I am careful about reading the details when placing orders. I did not see anything that stated that I would be billed $180 14 days later if I didn't call to cancel. I was so upset to log into my bank accout and find it was overdrafted because of these unauthorized charges.
I looked through my email to verify there was nothing sent to advise of this & nothing but the pills was sent in the shipment, not even a packing slip was included. The finally found the phone # in small very light grey writing at the bottom of my order confirmation email. I called and explained the situation. The charges were pending in my accout, as of 8/12/19, today is 8/13/19. They tried to get me to keep their subscription, which I refused to do. I said I would return the product happily, but was told they couldn't accept it because the bottles were open. They went on to inform me that I had accepted these terms and that I was informed, which I was not. The first person I spoke to was somewhat difficult to understand and all 3 of the people I spoke to continued to essentially point out that I was stupid and that the charges were valid. The first person offered me $50 per bottle ($100 out of $180) credit and to cancel the order. I said it wasn't acceptable and had to request a manager more than once before I was placed on hold. Then she came back, saying no supervisor was available but she was authorized to offer me $60 per bottle. I insisted on a manager again. Was placed on hold for quite a while before getting a man named Carter. He did the same thing, and said $60 per bottle was all he could do. I insisted on a full refund as the charges were not authorized. I asked for the manager above him. Eventually he put me through to Mary. Mary offered $70 per bottle $140 out of $180 charged). I expressed to her as well that this was unexceptable and listened to her tell me again, that I agreed to it and there was nothing else she could give me. She finally informed me that it was a 14 day trial and they weren't giving a free 30 day supply, but a trial, that I had to call by 8/11/19 to cancel and not be charged the $180, which she claimed wasn't even for a new order, but for the "free sample" which wasn't even free. Essentially it was sent out on loan without clear loan terms provided. She also stated she couldn't accept the pills back if they were opened... so I don't know how the 14 day trial would've worked. She said she could've accepted the pills back during the trial but not a day later. I requested to speak to someone above her. She refused despite multiple requests to get me to someone above her claiming she was the top of the escalation ladder. I couldn't deal with the stress of it any more, my health doesn't allow for it, and 2 of my 3 children came in and were upset that I was crying so I accepted that offer and told her I wanted emails confirming the partial refund & cancellation, which she did. I have printed that off and I hope my bank will work with me on the pending overdraft charges.

I would very much like to get the remainder of my money back, though that won't help with the overdraft charges and I want to make sure that no one else goes through this again.

I bought trial online at Keto burn xtreme website, then 2 weeks later go charged more. Customer service say I'm lying.
I bought trial online at Keto burn xtreme website for $6.84 & $6.82. Then I received $89.94 charge and $89.92 charge on my card 2 weeks later. I called customer service. They said that terms and conditions are on web site and they say 14 days cancellation is there. I have screen shots of every single webpage that I clicked on, from top to bottom, and there are no terms and conditions or no notifications that there will be future charges. They would only refund $60 for each of the charges and cancel my re-order, which still left them charging me for $59.86.
I cannot copy and paste the screen shots on this page. Go to tryketoburnxtreme.com for yourself and read every page, from top to bottom, as you go through the process. No terms and conditions or cancel before 14 day notice is ANYWHERE on the site.

Update the website to show the Terms and Conditions VERY CLEARLY, including the 14 day cancellation notice, before the customer makes the final purchase. These people are predatory, charging thousands of people without customers knowledge with no way to get a refund or talk to a person. Needs to be shut down. They build up fake reviews and use fake celebrity endorsements to seem like a legit company. when in reality they are not selling a "product" they are stealing your money. From a Facebook ad I signed up for a trial portion of KETO BURN XTREME and SLIM DOWN DETOX for which I paid about $6 each. I then got charged 89.95ea
From a Facebook ad on 5/18/19 I signed up for a trial portion of KETO BURN XTREME and SLIM DOWN DETOX for which I paid about $7 each. Today, I found charges on my credit card for SLIM DOWN WEIGHT LOSS in the amount of $89.82 and for SLIM DOWN DETOX in the amount of $89.84. After calling my bank, I was told this was a subscription. I then called the customer service number and asked for a full refund of these charges plus a cancellation of the subscription. There was nothing in the original offer about this being a subscription nor that I had only 17 days to cancel. I only found this out from the customer service agent with whom I spoke. She gave me the run around for about 20 minutes before she finally consented to give me a full reufund for the charges and also cancel the subscription. I definitely feel this was false advertising as I saw nothing about the 17 day trial period nor that it was a subscription. I had to really persist with my demand in order to get a FULL refund and a cancellation of the subscription. They said that they could not give a full refund because I had agreed to the charge, in the fine print. There was not any fine print on the add to read. I again asked for a full refund or I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and a dispute with my bank for the charges and the overdrafts also. The agent stopped discussing it as soon as I said this and said to make a 3-way call with my bank and they would see if they can make the refund. Before that they were going to give me 40.00 on each of the product and process the cancellation.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a full refund plus the overdraft charges that were incurred as a result of these fraudulent charges.in total the amount that I would like to have refunded is $249.90. They need to be upfront with the hidden charges that are in the "fine print". They should not offer a "free" trial as obviously there is no such thing.

Because of the dispute or any cases pertaining to the charge were confirmed on your account, We may no longer able to refund any charges to make sure no double refunds are processed. If you can call us back with your bank , we can gladly offer you a refund. The reason we cannot process a refund at this moment without your bank is because you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. If we also refund you the amount, you will receive TWICE the amount and in the end you have the possibility of OVERDRAWING your account or getting TWICE the amount removed from your account. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I do not accept the response as I told the agent that I did not process the dispute with my bank as long as they would refund the full amount immediately. She did not listen and just kept telling me to have a three way call with the bank. I am not able to do that as my work hours do not meet the banking hours. I just would like the money return to my account along with the 100.00 overdraft fees it has caused in my account. If you agree to return at least the 180.00 for the product immediately I will happily consider this case closed. Please let me know ASAP.

I was charged for free trial products without receiving any prior notification. I was not provided with any information on how to cancel my order.
I saw an ad for the keto burn xtreme product and decided to give it a try. The advertisement indicated that this had been a product presented on Shark Tank and had received full backing of the judges. I ordered the product on 7/13/19 and understood that there was a trial period for it. I paid for the shipping cost for both the keto burn xtreme and the detox burn xtreme. I never received an email confirmation for this purchase or any further information from the website which detailed how to cancel and/or send back the product if unhappy with it. When my package arrived, it also had no further information with it - nothing that would indicate how to cancel without being charged. With no additional notice, I was charged $89.82 for the detox and $89.84 for the keto bottles on 7/30/19. I tried looking up company information to contact them but found nothing until I came to the Revdex.com website and saw all of the other complaints. In looking through the company's responses, I found two numbers listed that were identified as ways to call customer service. I tried both numbers (800-823-6429 and 813-518-8855) and received no answer on either. The first number took me to a survey only and then disconnected. The second number rang for over a minute and then disconnected. I can find no other way to get in touch with the company so I am filing a complain here in hopes of getting some answers.

Desired Outcome

Due to receiving no prior notifications of the amounts to be charged or the exact date I would be charged, I would like a refund of the $89.82 and $89.84 amounts. I will happily send back the product as I did not open either bottle. I would also like my name to be removed from their subscription list as I do not want any other products from this company.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)I received a refund of the two amounts paid ($89.82 and $89.84) back to my account within a few days of the company's response. I will take them at their word that the account is closed but will reopen this complaint if additional charges are received.

This is a scam. Don't order these products. There were no terms and conditions on the website when I purchased the bottles and plus it forces you to purchase the Detox pills. I should have just walked away.... Just don't order, save yourself from the aggravation of having to deal with them to make sure they cancel your account.

Fraudulent advertising, fake product, deceptive practices and sneaky about refunds.
On July 15 I responded to an online recommedation to try KETO BURN EXTREME for just a $5.95 shipping fee. When going through the checkout the site made me purchase a bottle of KETO DETOX as well. They charged me $6.82 for the Detox and $6.84 for the Burn, already more than they had said. I understood it was just to try the product. Now today, 7-31, they have charged my debit card $89.84 for these 2 bottles which I had no idea was going to happen. I called my bank to dispute this but they said that they couldn't because I had willingly given this company my debit card #. I called the company and they said they would cancel future orders but couldn't give me a refund unless I got on a 3 way call with my bank. My bank then called them with me on the line and they said they could only issue me a $40 refund. I argued with them that I wanted a full refund of the $89.84 and then they said they would give me a $60 and I could KEEP the 2 bottles they had already sent me. What a SCAM. I want the additional $29.84 refunded to me and I want them to stop using such deceiving practices for unsuspecting people.

Desired Outcome

I want the full $89.84 refunded to me that this company charged without my knowledge. I want to cancel ALL future orders of both products - the Keto Burn and the Detox Burn. I never agreed to their terms which must have been buried deep in the website where nobody could find it.

Their terms and conditions are not shown on the actual order page and they are buried DEEP in their website in a very DECEPTIVE manner. Notice ALL the complaints against them for this very thing? They sent me 2 bottles which they said would be FREE for just the shipping charges. I paid the shipping and expect the additional $29 to be refunded which they are trying to steal from me and thousands of others with their deceptive practice. Also, these products are fake with no actual chemical ingredients - they are a placebo that do absolutely nothing. This company needs to be shut down. I want my remaiing $29 refunded.

I accept the response because they refunded the amount they stole from me.

This is SCAM, they took $180 from my credit card, I didn't authorized, since February they tell me they going to send me a check, doesn't happened, I contact them again and say it is in billing department, bla, bla, bla, this is SCAM

I feel that this company has a hidden agenda with the sale of its products and guilty unethical business practices.
After hearing an advertisement for Keto Burn Xtreme and that you only pay the cost for shipping when first ordering the product, which was the company's way to let the consumer see if there was any interest for future orders, but did NOT care for the product due to too many negative side effects, so I made no future orders. Well today I received another shipment of the Keto Burn Xtreme and I immediately phoned the company to explain that I did not place an order for this. The salesman explained to me that it was to be understood, upon placing the first order, you have then made a "Contract Areement" for purchasing the product each month. I replied to him that a company is very lame and low to practice such horrible business ethics where you hide clauses within your advertisement and call it a contract. Right now there are something like $180.00 charge to my credit card. Now I have read other complaints where people are unable to stop the product even after canceling. I do hope for a positive outcome as I am a disabled person and I really don't need this due to health reasons.

Just to let others know about this company's practices and to let the company know that others are complaining of its unethical practices.
