Read the small print if you can find it. Very deceptive advertising. No return instructions. We disputed this with our credit card and are waiting for the results. Do not be tricked into their deceptive claims.

This is a Diet Scam Company. You get a bottle of Keto Burn Exteme then they add on a second bottle of Detox Burn Extreme for 13.66. At no time do they tell you they are signing you up for a 14day trial in which they will then change you the remaining amount of the product which ends up being $179.66. They charge this amount a month later then telling you you missed out on the right to cancel and get your money back. I didn't use the product so they want you to not only ship it back but, charge a $37 restocking fee. So they can resell the product, get your initial $13.66, $37 more to restock and you pay shipping for nothing. Rip off scammers. Adds up per person they scam. If you had used the product you would be out the additional $179.66 & have to cancel a full program they sign you up for $200 a month. Crooks!!!

Emailed them and was told to call their Customer Support which was a total joke!!!!!

I responded to an advertisement of a free trial of keto burn xtreme and then my credit card was charged and I received a second batch without ordering
I responded to what I thought was a free trial of keto burn extreme and the company must have signed me up to get an auto shipment of the stuff and my credit card was charged without my consent. I didn't even use the first batch yet and certainly did not sign up for autoship of it! I can't find the company website or a contact. They cleverly leave out any kind of information when shipping the product.... no invoice or any information on how to return it.

Desired Outcome

I want to be able to return this unwanted shipment and get a total refund and have any autoshipments stopped. They were unauthorized!

They advertised as a Shark Tank product that worked. $4.95 for Keto Burn Xtreme. The other product was Keto DeTox $5.95 to try. They didn't work.
I ordered for $4.95 and $5.95 for both bottles at $10.90. It didn't work. Next thing I know I am being billed for $89.82 and $89.84 for the initial bottles. When I received a second order in February 2019 I called the company and my bank to send the product back and be credited. I didn't know that they were going to charge me for the first set. I thought the $10.90 was all I would be charged. When I sent the second set of product back the kept $38.00 and charged me $179.66 for the product that should have been $10.90. My bank will not take it off. I would not have ordered this product if it was not endorsed by Shark Tank and if it was $179.66. The product does not work and I explained that to the company in Tampa when I called. Please help me get my money back from this company.

The 2/3/2019 charges were partially reversed, but they kept $38.00 of the amount so that was left on my bank card. I would like the 1/3/2019 charges of $89.84 and $89.82 taken off my account. This product does not work and it was advertised as a Shark Tank backed item. Please help

I was charged for something I did not agree to purchase.
I ordered a free sample of this product and then was charged the following month for a product I did not agree to be charged for. I tried to contact the company and find out what the charge was for, but the email does not go anywhere or send even an auto response; and the phone number provided just rings and rings. I have not been able to talk to anyone or leave the company a message. I did not agree to monthly billings and I cannot reach anyone to cancel or refund me for the charges I have already received.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund for the charges I received. I have already sent back the supplements they shipped to me by rejecting the delivery since I cannot get anyone to answer my questions at the company. I just want the charges refunded back to my credit card and all of my information removed from their system to avoid any future problems.

In March I ordered their product and it said nothing on the website or on my receipt about it being a 17 day trial. In April I got charged $39 and $38 and they refuse to refund me my money at all. They say it is discretely on the website but it is not. You have to scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the very small terms and conditions button to be able to see anything about future payments. That should be on the webpage itself that, that product is a trial. They are scamming people out of money and refusing to refund their money.

I want them to refund the money they took from me. They need to change the way they are running their business because they are scamming people so they need to change their webpage to inform people it is a trial offer and that they will be charged after 17 days.

I contacted the company once more to tell them that since they refuse to try to help solve the problem I reported them to Revdex.com and they sounded panicky and said I should have seen the message on the page right where I clicked to purchase for the 2nd page and I said "No! That message was no where to be seen!" And he said "hold on I will talk to my manager" and came back and said that they would issue me a full refund of both the 38 and the 39. I tried to tell them I never seen any message the first time I called but it took me telling them I reported them for them to issue my refunds. I got my refunds within the next day or so.

I was expecting to get my free trail, shipping paid by me and be done. Last week I was charged $89.00 from KetoBurnXtreme for a product I didn't order

The shipping was $4.95. I saw my bank statement online; 04/08/2019 Point Of Sale Withdrawal GOODORGANIXLEAN.CO 833-x4652 FLUS for $89.84 .
I did not agree to this payment and did not receive nor ask for any subscription!

Desired Outcome

I am demanding a refund from the company (100%) as this was fraud. The ad said risk-free, free trial. Although it seemed to good to be true, they advertised it as free. 100% refund and my information removed from their list; I want no further dealings with their company.

I was billed twice from this company without authorization. First amount for $ 89.84 on 4/10/2019, and the second amount for $ 89.82 on 4/11/2019
I responded to an on-line advertisement for the Keto Burn Xtreme trial product. I agreed to pay only for shipping cost of $4.95 on 3/23/2019. After I placed the order they displayed an advertisement for a Detox product for $5.95. Not seeing the very fine print, I did not click the link to not receive this product. I didn't want the detox product but I saw no way to cancel my order. The next day, 3/254/2019, I made a second order for the Keto Burn. for $$4.95 for shipping.
I received the products. On 4/9/2019 I got an alert from my Credit Union concerning two charges for $89.82 and $89.84 from Trimtimedetox com and Trimtimeleanfire. My credit union asked if I authorized these transactions. I did NOT authorize these transactions. I have filed a dispute through my credit union and as of now it has not been settled.

I want to be refunded the amounts of $89.82 and $89.84.

I purchased a trial version of their product unaware that they'd signed me up for a monthly charge. When I contacted the business they didn't refund
I purchased this product as a trial version not aware that they had signed me up to keep receiving the product. They charged me $90 twice so that's a total of about $180 without my authorization. The product didn't work so I called to cancel after seeing these charges on my mastercard and they would only credit me some of the amount and said I'd have to pay the $60 because I didn't cancel in time. I am disputing this and want the $60 refunded to me as I feel like this is a scam.

I ordered Keto Burn Extreme for my wife after watching an infomercial, that stated that you only pay $4.95 for the item with free shipping. When the order arrived it included Detox Burn xtreme I did not order this item. The box did not include instructions on how to use the item, she had to google it to see how to take it. In March they charged my credit card $89.84 & $89.82 for these 2 items. I did not authorize these charges. Then In April they once again charged my credit card for $179.66. When I called Keto Research on April 15, 2019 to ask about these charges I was told that I had read the shipping and charges information on their website before ordering the item. Finally they refunded me for one month but not for the month that is currently in the mail to my home. They said that they will not refund me my $179.66 even if I return an unopened box. THIS IS A SCAM STAY AWAY FROM IT.

I received the product and it started it immediately. It made me sick to my stomach and I threw it out. I emailed them, called them, they were rude.
I have a weight problem and it makes me severely depressed. I saw ads on this product, Keto Burn Xtreme. I decided that a free trial wasn't going to hurt. After about 3 days taking it, I started to get really sick. I couldn't keep anything down, I was constantly having diarrhea, and even the taste of water was off. I decided to stay home and rest while my fiance took care of our son and our business. I stopped taking the product as soon as I got sick and tossed it out.

I check my emails constantly and always check my bank account before making a purchase. I noticed my account was -$115 in the negative. I immediately went down to my bank to dispute the charges. It turns out I had to get a new bank card and my bank suggested I email Keto Research Labs to find out what was going on, so I did.

I don't get a reply from them until 12:45am via email saying they have cancelled my account and that I was charged $180 for the product because I didn't cancel my "subscription." They told me to call them and they would talk about the charges over the phone. I called the number provided and spoke to a female over the phone who didn't speak very clear English. I gave her my information and she then put me on hold where the connection wasn't that great. After she came back on the line, she asked me for my information again. I got irritated because I had just given her this information and she acted like she couldn't understand me. Even though I spoke clear English.

She then started to give me options: 1) I could send back the product if it were sealed. I told her in the beginning that I had opened the product and started to take it. Didn't seem she listened to me at all. I got so angry, I told her in a raised voice that it made me sick to my stomach, how did she not hear me when I told her it was already opened. She then proceeded to put me back on hold so I'd "calm down." After about 10 minutes she came back on the line. She then proceeded to ask me if "I was calmed down" and then proceeded to talk to me like I was a small child; I'm almost 30. 2) She would refund me $120...I admit I didn't like that one bit and was surprised she even agreed to refund me that much. That company still got to keep $60. After all was said and done, she tried to offer me discounted product...I told her "No, I won't be having anything else to do with that shoddy product." And hung up.

My point is this. A company like this takes advantage of others who have weight problems and cannot lose it properly. People who have trouble losing weight like myself and many other people across the world. There were promises of this product working mere days after you start taking it. All it did was make me sick and bedridden. I honestly don't think people like that should be allowed to get away with something like this; or be allowed to prey on heavy people like myself. It wrong. Heck, I'm not even as angry with the customer service aspect. Did she provide good customer service? Absolutely not, not by a long shot.

All in all, I would like them to be handed some kind of punishment for this kind of behavior.

The reason I am not accepting their response is because they are not holding their representatives accountable for the poor customer service they provide. Treating your customers like children and speaking to them like you would a child is in no way acceptable. Being fat-shamed without actually saying those exact words is one of the most horrible feelings. Being told that "you should have done this or your should have done that" is wrong. The female I spoke to didn't even tell me her name like most places do when you speak to their customer service department. I will NOT be treated like a child by a strangerI will NOT being fat-shammed by a stranger &I will NOT be treated like I don't matter.Millions of people around the world today have problems with their weight. Whether it be an eating disorder, pregnancy weight, diabetes, anti depressants, depression, or the fact that they may not be able to get up and try to make their lives better. This doesn't mean strangers can sit behind a computer screen and inadvertently make fun of others and treat them like *** with *** customer service.I myself have worked many jobs where I was front and center and helped people by providing good customer service. It's what brings people back to an establishment. The female I spoke to, she did not have any good customer service qualities. And honestly, you need to make a good first impression. She did not. Not by a long shot.Overall, the customer service quality is absolutely dreadful and needs A LOT of work. I have friends who were going to give this product a try; and now I will be telling them not to. That it isn't worth the almost $200 you get charged.Also to add one more detail, the female I spoke to said the "free trial" started the day I placed the order. It took almost 2 weeks to get to me. How is that fair period? How is that legal? How is that moral?

I did not see that on there or I would not have even done it. And after reading what others are writing about this company- it happens to many people and often! It dies not say this is a trial membership AT ALL! Shame on them!This is obviously how they take advantage of people.

This company is a scam They have an on line sight which states they will sell you a bottle of keto burn extreme for free but charge only a 4.95 fee. When you type in your credit card inf. they put in without permission another fee for 5.95 for a detox. Then your computer screen will not let you delete that unwanted bottle of junk. There was no bill coming up on my screen. But there was a charge on my credit card for 10.90. I called credit card company they gave me there phone number. I called them and told them I did not order the 5.95 detox bottle and I wanted it cancelled they were rude and said they might not be able to cancel it. Then I told them I had just called the cc company to dispute it. Then they hung up on me. I then e-mailed them and told them to cancel it and that I contacted my cc company about a dispute. I didn't want to have to get a new cc. They e=mailed me back and said the 5.95 would be cancelled. It was. That happpened 3/22/19. I thought it was over, but today 4/8/19 I checked on line by credit card purchases and they charged me 89.84. Without my permission I was told by cc company it was a scam to charge me montly. I had to cancel my card today and wait to receive a new one. Please try to stop these creeps from scamming people.

They said it was in the location where I ordered only the 1 free bottle of keto burn a chage of 4 .95 only there was no place on the screen that they would charge 5.95 for something else also no place did it say I would have to call them so I wouldn't be charged 89.84 for a monthly charge on my credit card. Now they credited the 89.84 back to my credit card that the bank for the credit card cancelled that card on 4/8/19. I have a new credit card number now so the charge went through on the old cc # because it was pending. Now I have to call Bank of America again to get the money off the cancelled card.

I was charged for an item I never received. I was told I would receive a full refund, and I have yet to receive it.
I ordered the product on 3/1/19. Per USPS, the product was shipped on 3/2/19. They apparently have a policy that if you don't return the product within 2 weeks, they charge you $89.84 for the product, plus $4.95 for shipping. I did not receive the product until 3/19/19, which was after their 2 week policy. I called and was told I would be issued a partial refund of $40 that day, and the rest would be reimbursed once I sent the item back. I sent the item back that same day, unopened, and have yet to receive the rest of my money back.

I want the $54.79 back that they still owe me.

My product was opened upon arrival. I contacted the company, they refused to issue a new bottle of pills. They still wanted to charge my account after the "free trial" despite me not being able to initiate the trial.

Company is very fraudulent and will not let you cancel subscription via phone before getting charged.
On February 19 2019, an order was placed just to cover shipping cost for two bottles. Soon to find out I was entering a subscription as that was hidden, even though it stated Free and easy with no hidden gimmick to loose weight. Very misleading. So order was placed on Feb 19 but got another charge on March 11 2019 for $89.84 and $89.82 that is less than a month from initial purchase date. Seem like within 2 weeks. I called on March 2 to speak to a representative but no one answered, since I had suspicion. Called again on March 14 (twice) to discuss about getting a refund since multiple attempt was made to cancel but had no response. I have been getting no one to respond in order to get a full refund since I have not received any products.

Desired Outcome

Ensure subscription is canceled, there will be no more charges and to get a full refund for the amount: $89.84 and $89.82 a total of $179.66 which made my bank account negative with charges but only asking for initial charges to be refunded.

Cancel my order and was not refunded entire amount.
I called to cancel my order on the 17th day of my trial period. Would not refund my entire amount but only credited 40.00. Less that half paid. Said I had a 17 day trial period from date of order, which was 3/17. I received it 3/24/ but then said I had to cancel before the 17th day.

Desired Outcome

I want a total refund which would be an additional $49.32. Also, STOP with the underhanded, double-talk and misleading consumers.
