DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM....they said they were only charging for shipping. Never mentioned having to cancel anything a few weeks later my card was charged my card $180 dollars. I emailed them and they told me to call the number and I have called the past couple days 10x if not more a day and never get through to anyone. I have left several messages and no calls back. I want my money refunded. Being a single mom providing for my children on my own and no help, that just screwed my family on me being able to go grocery shopping. Them scamming me for my money and charging my card $90 bucks two times totaling $180 that I need to support my family and children.

I fell into the same trap as the rest as I was charged for the 30 day trial even though I exited the order before submitting it and then I recieved the trail package in the mail March 20th and was charged 89.95 X2 on April 2,2019 which I believe isn't even 14 days. And at no time in emails or with the package was there ever mentioned that I had to cancel by a certain date or how to due so. They should be ashamed of deceiving and taking advantage of customers who suffer with weight issues looking for low cost effective alternatives with scandalous business practices. And so should those invested on shark tank for aiding these scammers to scam

NO stars! Unauthorized charges. I, too, did the "trial" and no other authorizations. Bank was charged twice with $89 and one they stopped and the other is under investigation. I changed my bank card so that they cannot charge again. DO NOT PURCHASE!

On another note, has anyone taken them yet? I'm now scared to take them and have both bottles unopened as of today.

Scam, product did not work for me. Was charged an unauthorized charge for 179. 00 waiting for my money to be refunded! Will be going to my bank tomorrow to file a report.

I ordered a free trial and they keep sending me pills I do not want and no one answers the phone to cancel. I returned to sender with no refund.
I ordered a free trial from this company and received a second shipment that I returned to sender with no refund. Today I received a second bottle I do not want. No one answers the phone and I continue to get charged for a product I do not want.

Based on the absolute LACK of customer service I expect today regarding an order, I give this company a LESS THAN 1 Star.

I called every number I could find for this company today close to 20 times but no one ever picked up. There is only an opportunity to leave a message...rather than talk to a real person. ð??¡

I did find an email address and wrote to them re: my issue...and they responded 3x, telling me to call the very same # Is been calling ALL day without success!

I am SO frustrated. They charged my debit card $180 for product I did NOT authorize them to send or charge me for! I want my $ reimbursedso far I've had NO success resolving this maddening issue!

I visited the website and saw that they were offering a free trail on Keto Burn Extreme product. According to the site all I had to do was pay for shipping and handling which I for my Husband and I. That was on March 14, 2019. On March 31, 2019, I received a notice from my credit card company, Capital One, asking if I had authorized a payment in the amount of $89.82. I called Cap One that night and told them that I had not. The attempted purchase was under MAINDETOX which isn't even a web site. I called today April 1, 2019 the Customer Service number that was listed on their website 1800-283-6429 which said to call between the hours of 9am-6pm PST, which I found kind of strange being the company was in Florida. I ended up talking with some lady in the Philippines which was the Customer Support Center. I told her that I did not authorize my credit card to be charged and I want it cancelled. Apparently I had 17 days from the 14th to cx which I was not aware of on the website. Philippines said that my membership was cx. #***. This is false advertising!!!

I purchased 2 bottles. One bottle of Ketoburn Xtreme and one bottle of Keto Cleanse on March 14 2019. On their website it states you only pay shipping. Which I did for a total of $10.90. Now, out of nowhere on 3/29/2019 they attempted to charge my credit card an unauthorized amount of $89.84. I call the number. They don't answer. Had to cancel my credit card and report it as an unauthorized charge. They continue to charge for a product that has already been paid for without shipping out anymore product. Complete scam.

I give a zero rating. They are a rip off company. I ordered product that was supposed to be $4.95 just to cover shipping. They sent me two products and charged me $10.95. Today they charged my credit card for $89.00. They did not have authorization to charge my card.

I saw a sponsored ad for a keto supplement free trial, you get 2 supplement bottles (Keto Burn Xtreme and Detox Burn Xtreme) for $5 a piece. I thought cool celebrities are using this to lose weight it must work so I tried it. Fast forward to 2 weeks later I noticed 2 $89 charges, at first I thought they stole my credit card number so I disputed with my bank. My bank put a temporary reversal on my account until they researched and come to find out the merchant "Keto Burn" charged me for a subscription and told the bank it was a valid charge by providing a tracking number which was for the trial pills. My bank took the reversal away and stated they can't reverse based on the info provided from the merchant. No where on the order or confirmation of the order did it state there was a subscription. Now I'm in the hole $179 and they won't refund because my account with them is frozen due to my dispute with my bank. Such a nightmare, you can't call any of the phone numbers they provided they put you on hold for 10 plus minutes and never answer.

I have to agree with all the other people that have been scammed by these people. I've taken 1 more step so that they can't do it to me again I have blocked my credit card. I hate to even give them 1 star but there is no other choice.

Old bait and hook as they get your credit card, ship you the bottles and continue to ship unless you call to stop AND send back the old bottles!

I purchased 1 bottle of two products. I did not sign up for a subscription. They keep sending me product and charging my account.
I purchased a bottle of two different products online for $4.95 each. I read the ad and there was no mention of a subscription to the product. When I got my credit card bill I had two charges of $4.95 and 1 charge of 89.82 and one for 89.84. I had not save the box the shipment came in and it came with no paperwork so I could not return the product so I figured I had to pay for them. I then received a text message on my phone from 628 204-8801 that said "URGENT: Your Keto Trial will be expiring soon. Your almost done, just take care of S/H Claim Yours at breakingnewsng.com/trial4 Reply STOP to Opt-Out." I replied STOP and assumed the problem was solved and that the subscription had been canceled. About a month later I received another shipment with no paperwork in the package. I returned the product with a note for them to cancel any subscription and requesting they stop sending me product and to issue a credit to my account for the product I returned. I did not apply for a subscription to this product. It is sneaky and bad business that there is no phone number listed for this company and there is no paperwork with the shipments that provides information where to call if questions. When I try to call the number that texted me I only get a bunch of beeps and then a message that says the number I called cannot be completed as dialed. I have sent several texts to this number with STOP the subscription requests to no avail. I want to know know how to stop this company from sending me further product and charging my account.

Please do not order from these scammers! They did not have anything in writng stating any future orders and yet they took out 2 charges of $89. of my account!!!!! Offer for one-time free trial product plus $5 shipping resulted in charge of $90, and it was a recurring monthly charge.
The company advertises on its web site a free trial of the product with just a $5 shipping fee. It ended up $90 on my credit card and was a recurring monthly fee. Guarantee I read all the fine print, and nowhere was this disclosed. This is a SCAM and false advertising

I ordered a sample for $10.90 (incl shipping). I was then charged $89.84 for another month. They would not refund the latter when I didn't want it.
I ordered a sample of pills, named Keto Burn Xtreme and Detox Burn Xtreme, touted as being able to help one lose weight. The cost was $5.95 for the product and $4.95 for shipping, ordered on Feb 11,2019. On Feb 28, 2019, I was charged $89.84 for another 30-day supply which I did not order.
I just tried to cancel that order and get a refund today 3/24/19 and it was difficult to do. "Xavier" told me after 3 phone calls that they would refund $40 if I sent the two bottles I received back to them, with the balance of the $89.84 refunded or $49.84 also refunded once they received the product. Xavier said it would take 10-15 days to process. Given they charged my account for the first two charges ($4.95 + $5.95) the same day as I placed the order, I was not happy with that. Then I have to wait an additional 10-15 days.

I ordered the trial Keto burn and Detox and have been seeing charges on my account for the past two months. When I called, the person I spoke with was very rude! After much discussion she gave me a cancellation number and said I would receive an email to confirm the cancellation.....that was 7 days ago. She also said they would give me a $200 refund that would show up on my account in 7-10 days. So far I have seen nothing! This company needs to be dealt with! This is a big scam! Please do something about this! I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to.

Requested a free trial for Keto Extra Lean weight loss. I was then charged for something I did not order or authorize. No idea how to return/cancel
On March 4, 2019 I ordered and recd the Keto wt loss and detox supplements as a free trial. I was then charged $89.84, from my checking account on 3/22/2019 for something?? This was never authorized. I did receive a call from an 800 number on 3/22/2019 regarding my account being compromised. I am working with my bank to stop any further charges. I have not been able to retrieve any information about how to return the product I cannot use and did not know prior to ordering that this product could not be used if I am taking certain prescribed medications. I don't see an order number for this product. I did call the phone number for this company today, 3/22/19 and was placed on hold and given an option to leave a message. I left a message with phone number.

If I could give a zero star, I would. This is a predatory, malicious company who steals money from people's Bank account by offering a product for free...just pay shipping. Once they get your bank account, they charge ridiculous money for further products that never arrive.

I ordered product for "free trial" and paid postage using debit card. I cancelled but my card was debited $89.82 & $89.84 and now I am overdrawn.
On March 1, I responded to an ad on Facebook about Keto Burn which took me to a bigger ad with a lot of celebrity endorsements etc. It said "try a free sample, pay postage only" so I ordered one. I tried to order just the one Keto Burn and not the second Keto Detox but it automatically charged me postage for the second product separately, $4.95 for one and $5.95 for the other. There was no way to stop it or communicate with anyone. There was no message warning me about any future billing of any kind or any time limit commitment. When I received the product and read the label, it said on the label "do not use if you are taking blood pressure medications, allergy medications, antidepressants and others. I am taking those three so I could not use the product. NOTHING about those warnings was in the ads. I was willing to return the product even though I had paid the postage. I was willing to return the product but had a hard time getting through the long waits on the phone number. On March 16, I received an email showing that there were two unauthorized charges to my paypal business debit card, PENDING, so I called Paypal and then the Card people, and they could not stop it. I called the company and waited forever to get an agent of any sort. He said he could do nothing and I should call back on a weekday (my first call was a Saturday) to see about returning the product. I called on Monday, again the discouraging long wait, and I could hear that there was a room full of people answering phones, obvously a call center, very busy. The man tried to tell me the charges were for those two supposedly "free sample" bottles and I said I cannot use the product and will return it, cancel the charges. He asked if I had filed a complaint with Paypal and I said I had. He then said he would cancel the charges and gave me a "cancellation number" ***. It turns out that was nothing but my original order number. I received two cancellation letters from the company, one for each product. On Monday evening there was no sign of any Keto Burn charges in my bank account, but Tuesday, March 19, suddenly both charges went through (because the card is backed up by my bank account) and it took all the money I had and left me $173 overdrawn, and now I have overdraw charges on top of that!
