I don't even want to leave a star! this company is criminal. I ordered a free sample and only was charged for shipping weeks ago. Now today they charged my bank account for $89 !!!! I authorized nothing!!!i won't let this go until I have my money back. They won't answer my calls. I left a message for a call back and of course no call.

They auto Bill your account and they do not answer phone to cancel. Rip off company who takes advantage of people. BEWARE!!!

Offered bottle for shipping only & when I kept the bottle, they charged my credit card $89.84. None of this was clear on their website.
I purchased a bottle for $4.95 & they charged me $89.84 two weeks later. This was not stated on my order confirmation or on their website.

Finally they have. I told them I filed a complaint with you and when asked if I would do media said yes. I told them if I did not receive my refund I was going to scream on YouTube. I also told them I would be contacting the actresses they used in their article. I got the refund Friday.Thank you

I have called and left messages to send me a return label and refund 39.99 for something I did not order.
I ordered a trial product but never authorized for them to deduct 39.99 out of my account a month later for a product I did not order. I have called and stayed on hold and left messages with information needed asking for a refund and return label for the product I did not order nor want. I want my refund of 39.99 and to never deduct from my debit card against my consent. They also did not leave a receipt, return info, or phone number to contact them. My order number off my bank statement is XXXXXXXXX. No information was provided with the pills.

My credit card was charged for a product I did not receive as it was delivered to the wrong address.
I emailed customer service today because I received a confirmation email stating that my package had been delivered however it was the wrong address it was delivered too. So I also called and spoke with a representative name Jesse who refused to give me his badge ID and would not let me speak to a manager. He said no I put the address in and I told him I know where I live. He said we do not have supervisors or team leads and said it was delivered and was highly rude. His alleged badge id is *** thats what he told me.

Bad experience with the initial purchase, they withdreI w money I didn't know about, then the refund process was worse.
I initially purchased XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Keto Burn Xtreme 2/21/19. I thought I was buying 1 bottle but at check out there wasn't an option to opt out of the second bottle so I thought I had backed out of the entire order then realized they charged my account 10.90 cause I was stupid enough to think I could back out. I thought whatever, I guess ill try it. furthermore, no where did it say it was a trial when going through there online checkout.
Then to my surprise I checked my bank account and I saw that I was charged 89.84 & 89.82 from this same company so I spoke to my bank who said I need contact that company 1st. So I called the number my bank gave me but it had been disconnected then I found a second number and I was able to speak to a person named Logan who informed me that I was charged cause they thought I liked the product and I said I did not like there product and asked for a refund and then he said they could only refund me 100.00 I asked why when the amount they took was 179.66 and he said because its policy so we then proceeded with the refund, cause 100.00 is better then nothing, and he said I would be sent 3 separate emails yet I was only sent 2 emails. I received 1 on cancellation, and 1 refunding me 50.00. They were good enough to send me an email in regard to the 10.90 and still yet no where on the email did it mention a trial bases. But there was no email for the 179.66 they pulled out of my bank account. this is a joke and I feel I have been scammed first with the beginning purchase then with them taking even more of my money then the lying rep.
stealing peoples money and not doing anything honestly is not something to be proud of or rewarded for I should be entitled to a the full refund of 179.66 that they took from my account.

I ordered the product Keto Burn Xtreme. It was advertised CLAIM YOUR BOTTLE FREE. All I had to do was pay for the shipping and handling for $ 5.95 for a 30-day trial. I called the 800 number they had provided within 14 days because the product did not prove to be as it had claimed so that I may return the bottle and I find out that this company tried to charge me $ 89.00 with the credit card they had on file. This FREE BOTTLE IS NOT FREE.

They had a 10 day trial for both their detox and the ketoxtreme burn pills. No where on the site does it say that each of the products are $89.98 each
They had a 10 day trial for both the detox and the xtreme burn pills. I signed up for them on February 21st. No where on the site does it say that after 10 days they will charge $89.98 pulled from my debit card for EACH product. During this time, I found out I was pregnant and only had taken 3 days worth of the pills. I stopped immediately. I noticed the payments were taken out of my checking account for $89.98 each. I immediately contacted customer support to cancel my "subscription" and to refund explaining my situation of being pregnant. They emailed back and said they "understood I may have forgotten to call and cancel the free trial but they would be willing to help me with the charges if I called their 1800 number."

I called the 1800 number at 10:00am on March 10th 2019, and was on hold for 1 hour. I called back later, at 2:00pm and was on hold for 45 minutes. No one ever answered the phone. Theres an option to leave a message, so I left a message on March 12th to have them call me back. I also emailed them to let them know that I called numerous times and that no one had gotten back to me. Within minutes, they emailed back saying they can't help me over email and I must call back. So I called back on March 12th at 3:00pm and never got anyone to pick up.

I am seeking a refund for both products because I only took 3 days of them then found out I was pregnant. I notified the company on the day my 10 day trial expired.

I also ordered the trial only to find two charges of $89 taken out of my account I have been talking to them four days now trying to get a refund they asked me to send the trial packages back which I did, I still have the charges on my account and they are giving me the runaround. They ask for a three way call with my bank because they said they refunded the money which they did not. After the three-way call they said I have to wait 3 to 5 days. Just another scamming company stay away.
So now they have the trial product back and I'm still being charged $170 for a product I do not even have anymore somebody should do something about this place.

This company is a scam! Thought it was a free trial(only had to pay shipping) and got charged full amount weeks later. Very deceptive.

Offered a free trial. 30 days later Keto Extreme withdrew $180.00 from my bank account. I tried to call the company and was placed on hold for 15 minutes when the call was disconnected. I tried to review service terms but they said nothing about these charges. Can not find price anywhere on website. It was not disclosed that I was subscribing to a monthly service.

They took almost $200 out of my account without my consent. It never said anything about charging more money at a later time.
On Feb. 22, 2019 Keto Burn Xtreme took $5.95 and $4.95 for a trial of 2 products. It NEVER said anything about signing up for a subscription or taking more money later. On March 9, 2019 they went into my bank accouont and stole $89.82 and $89.84 without my consent. This company is a scam - the product makes you sick. They have no right to steal money out of people's accounts. please help!!

I responded to an add for a free trial of the Keto Burn Xtreme and the Detox Burn Xtreme. Before my 14-day trial was up I called to cancel my subscription and they verified it was cancelled then they immediately hung up when I tried to request the return of my funds to my credit card. I cancelled this order due to the fact that this product was not working for me. I have been taking this product for almost two weeks and I haven't lost one pound. I can't afford to pay for a product that isn't doing what it is supposed to do. Its a shame that there are people out there that take advantage of others and continue to rob people of their hard earned money, especially when some are not able to afford these scams. There should be laws against this total lack of accountability from businesses.

I called in 17 days to cancel and they charged me anyway, only refunding 50.00 out of 89.84.
I called to cancel my membership on 3/7/19 they already charged my account. Their rules say 17 days to cancel. I made the purchase online on 2/18/19 and they are saying they count the day you order so I called on the 18th day and they will only refund a partial of my money. First of all they advertising is false and they are crooked.

Company refused to return my money if I returned their product.
I tried to return the product for a full refund and the company refused they would only give me less than half of a refund. The company charged me $85.94 twice before the 14 day trial period ended. They had also started another transaction to my account for the following month 2 days before the month ended. When I called they said they wouldn't refund me the full amount unless I returned they product unsealed and there were still going to charge me a $45 for each product.

NEVER ORDER ANY PILLS FROM THESE PEOPLE THAT ARE BIG RIP OFF SCANNERS!!!! Once you order a trial of these pills you are sucked in to their web of charging your account over and over and sending you more bottles of pills even when you want to cancel. It's a nightmare that doesn't end! If you send an email, they don't answer it ever! I don't know what to do, I have been taken advantage of and don't know how to stop this scan immediately! Please get the word out about this company!!!!
