We sincerely understand your situation [redacted].  Once the item is successfully returned, we will issue a full refund to your American Express ending 007.  We show that you contacted our Customer Service today - 1/**/17 and stated that you initially attempted to return the item but you no longer wish to return the unit.  As you stated you were going to keep the item .. our Customer Service Agent offered you a $10 Discount for the inconvenience and you also denied this refund.After reviewing all the information on hand we sincerely apologize for the this situation and will use this feedback to assist future customers.  If you have any additional questions and/or comments please feel free to contact our US Based Customer Relations Department at [redacted] Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm Eastern/Standard.Customer Service

 The business responded to my complaint on 11/**/16 stating that they were going to email me a return shipping label and that they would exchange my item when they determined that it was in fact not new as I stated. It is now 11/**/16 in the evening and I have received no email with a return shipping label. After speaking with their customer service originally they emailed me a return form. I  sent the item back on 11/**/16 with the return form stating that I wanted the item replaced with a new one. It should arrive on Thursday. 11/**/16 at their location. This return shipping cost me $107.19. I would like a new item sent to me, as well as a credit to my credit card for the cost of the return shipping.
