on 3/**/2016.  We show that our customer contacted us on 7/**/16 to inquire about their refund as they stated they returned the item.  Our Customer Care Agent explained that we do not show a return for this customer and requested to get the return tracking number customer used to return the merchandise.  Customer was not able to provide a return tracking number:Per our Return Policies & Procedures:"" Please include a copy of your receipt along with a description of all problems you had with the packaged components. You should choose a courier that provides tracking and insurance for your package. We do not reimburse shipping and handling costs incurred by FactoryOutletStore while processing your order, or any shipping costs the customer incurs while returning or exchanging your purchase.  ""           Unfortunately, we have not received the item our customer is claiming to have returned and therefore no refund is due to our customer at this time.  We do understand that items get lost during transit and would suggest that our customer contact the shipping agent used to return the item to find its whereabouts. If you have any additional questions and/or comments please feel free to contact our US Based Customer Relations Department at ###-###-#### Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm Eastern/Standard.

 The 2nd pen they sent also did not work with the computer.  I called Lenovo technical support and they said the pen that was sent is not compatible with this computer.  They also said that no pen was compatible with this computer!!!  Despite the fact that it shows several images advertising that it comes with a pen.  Which, is the main reason I purchased the computer as I work with clients everyday in the field and require signatures.  They clearly falsely advertised this product in a fraudulent manner.

This is not true, I contacted by phone and called two different numbers and talked to two different people to get this order canceled and was told that it could not be canceled. I had to call twice and send an e-mail requesting a treacking number. The tracking number was not given to me until I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Your colleague, just yesterday over the phone, stated that I was getting a refund for non-receipt of the order.  The investigation was completed weeks ago. [redacted] investigations do not last as long as the "customer care representative" stated.Refund my credit card immediately.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  My credit card company refunded to me the $279.05 charge before the business had refunded them.  [redacted] has finally reimbursed my credit card company.For clarification, it was not the purchase that I was dissatisfied with; it was the horrible customer service.  This company failed to uphold their verbally expressed commitment to ship this item when promised.  They repeatedly failed to allow me to speak with a customer service supervisor (I had been told that this level of authority was required to resolve my complaint) and repeatedly failed to have the customer service supervisor return my call.The offer of a discount for future purchase is worthless to me, as I have no intent of ordering from this company or their sister companies again.  They have a Revdex.com rating of 'F' for a reason. I am wiser for this experience.I have invested a great deal of time to reach this resolution.  This resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
