prior notice.  Items damaged in transit are inspected at the "Delivery/ShipTo" location upon express notice from the receiver (our customer) by the carrier whom delivered the package.  Our customer not only did not advance us notice of an issue with the package upon delivery, also did not alert us to the return .. per our Return Policy, our customer returned the item to the incorrect warehouse after the 30Days Return Period and was the cause for the refusal .. again, due to no advanced notice:NOTE: Due to the fact that FactoryOutletStore ships from different warehouses around the country to expedite your shipping time, the address on your packing slip may NOT be the correct address for handling returns and exchanges. FactoryOutletStore is not liable for packages sent to any address other than our Syosset, NY address listed above and below.             We do not stock these at the warehouse customer returned the item nor do we ship that item from that warehouse.  We are aware of this issue and have been working with our Vendor to offer our customer a replacement and proper Return Procedure.  We understand this is a lengthy process and ask that our customer be patient with us while we arrive at a viable solution. Please note: I did receive an email message from someone at the company today - however, they claim they have no record of my order #.  I would accept a new handset/charger replacement at this time, because the most important thing to me is my mother being able to receive and make calls and hear them, esp in an emergency. She is 80 yrs old and lives alone, 2 hrs away from me.The replacement can be shipped to me at: [redacted] [redacted]. The response is typical of company that does not value their customers or their satisfaction.  By merely pointing out an obscure fine print that is posted somewhere on your website does not absolve you from false advertising, or dishonest business practices. In addition, a cancellation policy is not posted on your website nor is it on the order.  Furthermore, the email that came from your customer service representative does not state to cancel orders by calling your company directly.  It also has no mention of a restocking fee or additional shipping fee for refunds.  Your response is unacceptable, and will not satisfy any reasonable person.  The facts are these: an order was placed on your website, minutes later was cancelled in writing via email.  No order should have been processed, and it should not have been shipped. Sincerely,  [redacted]

 I already have the wrong camera installed in my car and they want me to expend more money sending the wrong camera back.   Could be OK if they send me the right GPS that work with this camera.  I don't have money to be paying for installation. Once again, this is typical of the deceptiveness of the company.  I have pasted in below the credit I was given on February **.  As one can see, it was for $174.  It was not until a week later, after a number of complaints with Revdex.com and elsewhere, I now see on checking my [redacted] statement, that the remaining $22.95 in dispute was credited.  They did not credit my account $197.  They credited it $174, and then, on protest, the remaining $22.95.  There claim about consideration for the client could not be more absurd or more wrong.  They are "considerate" only after the customer spends a month trying to get his refund.
