I would like to add my apology for the misunderstanding.  I would also like to bring to your attention that when I click on the status of "Received" on the current order, that is where it tells me there is no device in the box received. I naturally was instantly on guard as this happened last time I sent a device in. I did have to wait for a period of time for an investigation before it was located. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I sent in the complaint to the BBQ and within the hr I was paid for two phones and waiting on the third and two orders were received yesterday and one last week.... my problem is more so with the communication but with being paid for the two items this quick let's me know they are able to take care of the third as well because it is the same as the first two, but again it is more so with the communication I have a problem with that make things seem funny at first
