I have trouble believing thisThe package was delivered on April ** and I immediately received a confirmation email that it was received by the companyThis would have been a great time to notice the package was "unsealed and empty" (per my last email from the company)Then I did not hear from the company for daysI initiated the next contact inquiring when my payment would be processedI received an email saying my package was never receivedI called *** and sent a screenshot of the delivery information to the companyThen I did not receive a responseI initiated the next contact days later since I was being ignored, with the forwarded confirmation that the package was received since I had last been told that "*** *** *** *** ***" Then I was told for the first time that the package "*** *** *** *** ***" So whole month after the shipment was received do I learn that my phone has potentially been stolenThis is completely unacceptable and, thus, very hard to believePoor customer service, poor communication, poor care for other peoples' products and moneyThis is not acceptable.

Buybackworld is known for misleading their customers into selling items and forcing them to accept a lower price ,when this occured it was bought to their attention, the phone was brand new and never activated ,I informed that the box they provided was too small to place the new phone and the box in came inside of the vox providedThey want to use a technicality to cheat me out of the balance that is owed,I filed a complaint against them before and they ignored it
