I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I sent in the complaint to the BBQ and within the hr I was paid for two phones and waiting on the third and two orders were received yesterday and one last weekmy problem is more so with the communication but with being paid for the two items this quick let's me know they are able to take care of the third as well because it is the same as the first two, but again it is more so with the communication I have a problem with that make things seem funny at first

The response the business provides is buried in a terms and agreement on their website that after some searching I foundIt is not presented to customers to alert them in the process of requesting a shipping packageI understand that as a consumer I too bear some responsibility in this to research who I am working with and the terms they haveI also think that the business bears some responsibility in that didn't make this clear in the process nor am I the first to complainI also think the strong tactic of take our offer or leave it and we give back a broken device is something my attorney general's might want look into to ensure citizens are not beinging ripped off, whether it is inadvertently or not.
