Customer submitted three devices under Order ID: ***, two of which passed inspection at the checked out valuesThe third device was sent a revised offer since it was described in "average" condition, but upon receipt was found to have a cracked screenThe customer rejected so
their device was returned to themUnfortunately, we remove all SIM Cards during our inspection process for the security and confidentiality of our customers since they can contain sensitive data and we are unable to return themThis is clearly stated in our FAQs and upon completing checkout on our website: ***
