Their own website shows [redacted] as the shipping carrier for payment, not [redacted] as they try to claim. At no point did I ever request [redacted] and since payment did not go through, you would assume they would send a check automatically. However, it appears their intent is to make any and all attempts to avoid issuing payment  by first using a false payment method then not send payment at all. To this date, no check/payment has been received or even sent out

While, yes, I did agree to the Terms of Service, no proof of loss has been provided. What has been provided is an email which stated that 'the package arrived opened, with only one item in the package.' When proof of the open box was requested, it was stated that that evidence was not available. Without that evidence I would be unable to file a complaint even if the package was insured.

The Order ID: [redacted] in reference was checked out for two devices, both Samsung Galaxy S 5 SM-G900T [redacted] phones. Upon receipt of the customer's package, only one device was found. This device was found to have an IMEI ([redacted]) which was not eligible for resale since it was...

not clear for activation and was being financed on the [redacted] network (See Attachment 1 - [redacted]Finance). The customer was given the option to clear this with [redacted] or have their device returned. When the customer opted to have their device returned, it was sent back via [redacted] Tracking #: [redacted] and delivered on 7/**/2015 (See Attachment 2 - [redacted]-Delivery). The customer's device was originally quoted at $177, not $500 as this claim indicates and the device has since been returned per the customer's request so we ask that this complaint be closed as resolved in full.
