claim I show the customer has been offered a one time courtesy reselection for her furniture. The customer has been issued in store credit to be used towards a future purchase, this in store credit does not include the delivery fee or the protection plan that was purchased on the original sale. The protection plan will transfer to the new items purchased and the delivery fee is non-refundable. We encourage the customer to work with the sales person at the store location they purchased from. situation, we have found that we have already sent one of our service technicians out for a mattress inspection. Our service technician found that the mattress was up to manufacturing specifications, meaning no manufacturing defects found with it. We had offered to send another service tech out for a second opinion. That appointment was scheduled for 9/13/17.  We receive notification from our service technician that Ms. [redacted] canceled the appointment. We did reach out to our Finance department to verify that the check was not sent back, and they do not have anything notated that it was returned.
