I ordered several different items to complement the bed which I paid for and at this point, they are uselessI want a full refund for everything I paid for and they can have the furniture back because it doesn't match the new set we bought from Raymour and Flannigan We were displaced by a house fire and just wanted to finally settle down with at least a bed, and because of Ashley, we were displaced another ten days because they didn't even bother to email me to notify me that they needed our new billing address for the credit card They sent junk, as you can see from the pictures, and messed everything else up with this order I don't want any of their furniture, just my refund

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAshley Furniture and I are past store credit and reselectionOn March 6, I went to the Ashley Furniture store in Bolingbrook and spoke with *** and *** stating that a reselection and credit in the amount of $are not acceptable options due to my need for a sectional couch and their little supply in sectionals of the size I originally purchasedThey have a total of four sectionals that are of the same sizeThe Wolcott that I purchased, another that is made of the same material, (feb 7th I spoke with Alicia through the corporate phone number and she advised that I not purchase another that is made of the ultra plush material because I will have the same problem of the cushions becoming lumpy) a leather sectional, and lastly a gray section which I did not like*** sent out an e-mail to *** *** stating my issues and that I want a refundOn March 7th I received a call from *** from the Bolingbrook store stating that *** agreed to a refund, however he would only allow a refund of $I paid $for my sectional and due to the several problems I have had with no solutions I expect a full refund*** then stated that I would be required to pay a financing fee of $My problem with paying a financing charge is when I purchased my furniture they offered a promotion of no financing if my balance is paid in full within 12months, *** also stated that due to Ashley furniture taking a loss on my sectional(my sectional would be thrown out) and the rarity of a refund being issued, someone needs to pay the feesThis is unacceptable to meI should not be responsible for a fee that was not a part of my original agreement with the purchaseThe next day I called the store again because I received a piece of mail from Ashley furniture stating my store credit was for $which is a different amount than my refundI spoke with *** questioning the difference and expressing my complaint of financing feeShe explained that it is not a financing fee, it is a restocking feeAgain this is beyond unacceptable to me due to the fact that *** stated that my sectional would be thrown in to the trashI have called two more times since filing this complaint requesting to speak with *** and still have not received a phone call backI expect a full refund of $There is no reason why I should be responsible for feesI loved this sectional and was incredibly disappointed after repeatedly having the same problem with no resolutionAshley furniture manufactures poorly made furniture and customers should not have to suffer due to their incompetency'sI have been more than patient and tried all of their solutions but none have been sufficientI have had to miss several days of work for the technicians, and deliveries to come to my homeAgain, I need a full refund from Ashley Furniture and this very disappointing relationship to come to an endRegards, *** ***

[redacted] concerns, we do apologize but we will not be assisting with the incurred interest.  Ms. [redacted] provided our retail location with 2 billing statements.  The statement clearly indicated that the promotional financing would end on 8/16/16.  The statement also indicated the customer was already charged a late payment fee and that her current payment was due on 8/8/16.   Ms. [redacted] did end up having a manufacturing issue with her item and was originally authorized for an even exchange on 8/9/16.  It was only after 2 delivery attempts that the store issued her the credit for the item.  Had the even exchange been successfully completed, Ms. [redacted] would still have owed the money to Synchrony as no credit would have been issued.  Ms. [redacted] was also given $250.00 in Gift Cards for the inconveniences of the deliveries. As Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. has successfully fulfilled its obligation to Ms. [redacted] by resolving the issues with her sofa sleeper, we apologize but we will not be assisting with the incurred interest. This claim was closed as resolved.  The customer finally added the sales order number so I would be able to find the bedding.  I contacted the store and they said the bedding was horrible – it smelled and they stated the comforter set looked like it had been washed in a washing machine.  The bedding we sell must be dry cleaned only. The store will not be refunding the comforter set as the sale was final. I will be attaching a copy of their sales receipt as well – please attach to complaint.
