Once the credit has been processed, Mr*** will be notified, allowing his family to return to the store to pick out different furniture. we have reached out to our online sales team. The reason the delivery was canceled was due to the credit card used to make payment was declined. Our financing team tried to reach out to Ms*** on 1/27/to try and process a new payment, however they were only able to leave a message. The message left is as follows: “Good Morning, My name is……..calling from Ashley Furniture in regards to the order that you placed online (date) The reason for my call is that the credit card you used, has been declined and I am more than happy to process a new payment for you today to resolve the outstanding amount and make sure your order is processedTo ensure protection of your credit card if we do not hear back from you by……(Date four days after date of sale) we will cancel your order. Please note that your order has been placed on hold and we cannot guarantee to keep your scheduled delivery date. We look forward to hearing from you.” Again this message was left for Ms*** on 1/27/and at that time her sale was then put on hold which canceled out the scheduled delivery dateFour days later the sale was canceled as we had not heard back from Ms*** If she is wanting the bed still she would need to replace her orderRegards, Ashley Furniture Industries, IncCorporate Office KC

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I have repeatedly stated that the sales representative at the Naperville store used deceptive practices in order to obtain my sale, and he outright lied to meAfter I contacted the store directly for assistance, I had MULTIPLE Ashley Furniture employees- including MANAGEMENT at that Naperville store harass, belittle and disrespect me Despite the deceptive practices and abhorrent treatment, I'm still willing to do business with Ashley Furniture, but Ashley Furniture cannot force me to do business with a store whose employees still call me to yell and demand that I close this Revdex.com case.This is ridiculousI never gave permission for that store to call me repeatedly to yell at me or demand that I close this case. Please Ashley Furniture, resolve this amicably and do not continue to force me to do business with such a reprehensible locationTo be frank, my husband just passed away (he never got to use the bed), and their calls are causing anxiety attacks and undue stress. At this point, I would be willing to keep the bed that's hurting me for a gift card to use at a different location and THEIR PROMISE that the bullying and harassing phone calls will stop

situation, we have found that we did send out parts (cushion casings) back in 2016. Per notes from the conversation had with customer, and pictures provided by the customer it was the cushions that were peeling. The last contact we have had with the customer was a message left on 11/12/regarding the parts being delivered and if customer needs a furniture technician to install the parts. We did not get any call back from the customer. At this time since our last contact was in 2016, we would need more information about the issue and new pictures of the damaged area/s.
