Revdex.com:While we have managed to receive all but the silver trays from our Ashley Furniture Homestore furniture order we are out over $in wages plus gas and time to travel back and forth to the store to remedy issues with Ashley FurnitureWe have been sworn at by the first delivery guy, put off by employees, ignored by a manager, furniture was delivered broken or missing pieces and delivery guys tried to coerce us into signing off as everything being ok, and now still over a month later we are still waiting for items to arriveWhile I appreciate the $dollar gift card that doesn't even touch the lost wages of having to take off part or whole days waiting for furniture to be deliveredLost time and mileage and gas costs chasing back and forth to Kenosha, minutes away, we have made at least trips to the storeIf they apply even $to the financing we have with Genesis or refund us $that would satisfy me I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] ***
