Yes The general manager Dan Williams from Ashley Furniture Store in Romeoville, IL helped to resolve the issue we were able to return the sofa that had a spot on itFor a reduced cost we were able to upgrade to a different sofa sleeper. Thank you for help your help in this matter.

Thank you for the update on ***’s situation. We do apologize, however we will not be giving a full refund or picking up the items. We offered a 40% in store credit to keep the items AS IS, and that was accepted by ***. These items are outside of the one year manufacturing warranty by three years. *** *** I'm confused as to the message from the company. As I am reading, the company is proclaiming that they cannot find me as a customer? I have spoken to several different associates in several different departments that also include text messages with detailed pictures of the defective furniture. The texts have been sent directly to *** and *** The number provided to me was ###-###-####I was asked to include the following information:Claim#SR801525Chicago/attention ***After speaking to the associates, they all confirmed that they received my picturesThat is when they said they were willing to give me a discount to purchase more furniture from themThey also admitted to knowing that when the furniture was in production, they didn't realize that the specific "bond" was going to have so many problemsIt is not until recently, that they report, they are trying to revise the warranty with more protection (ex: scratches from studded jeans) Now that this a known defect, I feel as though the company should stand behind their customer service satisfaction that is boldly plastered all over their web site

Ashley's already has the serial number to these couches. Why isn't Ashley's contacting me directly at this point? This is pretty bad customer service. If it's okay with the Revdex.com, I would like to keep this case with Ashley's open until this situation is completely resolvedIt is way too early in the process for me to be accepting an outcome to this.
