Ben S*** was out to my home in Vail on July because my A/C wasn't cooling and my thermostat wasn't cooling below degrees He quickly determined the issue was a faulty Evaporator He thoroughly explained the issue, that he'd had the part ordered/expedited and that when I was called to schedule an appointment to request a morning appointment because this would take a minimum of 4-hours but likely longerUnderstand my AC had not been cooling and it was progressively getting hotter in the house for a weekWith temps breaking records last week and exceeding daily by the time Ben came out I was cranky Ben has the nicest persona and he was so helpful and calm, he made what I was anticipating to be a terrible day end as a great dayI was thrilled to hear Ben will be back tomorrow to install the Evaporator (which by him expediting the part it was delivered in 2-business days!) I want to be sure you know what an awesome representative Ben is of your company Because of his superior attitude and service I will happily recommend him to anyone asking about AC repair (which is often in Arizona) You have a stellar employee in Ben and you're lucky to have him as the face of your businessBen, M*** and I thank you for the cool air and your kindness!!!

I justed started using Chas Roberts last month (September 2018) They have been very professional right from the first time I contacted themall of their mechanics hav been very efficientThe Mechanic Harold is outstandingHe called me the following day following up on the repair that he completed, to make sure everything was running rightI would highly recommend this organization for all Air conditioning repairsOperating hours a day

In practical terms the technician didn't do anything but just take the moneyIt was not worth itThis is the last time we call you guysHe didn't even want to check the capacitors on the compressors which is what I call for, he wanted to charge me more, I measure them with no good attitude and he didn't do a good inspection of the contactorsYour company is not what it used to be, you are just for the money but no for the serviceThat a shame

Chas Roberts has a chronic problem of over booking their servicemen They are usually late and from time to time have not shown up at all This tech was expected between and and arrived at 5:30-not at all apologetic and quite surly All he wanted to do was sell me new units for a mere $11,000! They may need replacing but I would never trust them I am done with Chas Roberts

It's been a few months since September that our air conditioner clocked out right in the middle of a heat wave Your technician Casey got here towards the end of the day and in an hour was able to replace a broken motor fan part up in the attic He just happen to have a replacement on hand in his truck The reason for all these details is that I am very impressed with ChasRoberts for sending their technicians well stocked for emergency situations Casey was fully dressed in uniform and had to work in an oven-like condition Nonetheless, he was able to resolve the problem without having to special order parts A great shout out and thank you to Casey, a well qualified technician for a job well done (deserves a bonus) And to ChasRoberts for being prepared and equipped for tackling our Phoenix heat related emergency conditions and for having such a great crew

I have had my A/C and Furnace Systems under annual contract with Chas Roberts for the years I have owned my home During last summers inspection the Chas Roberts Engineer notice that my AC unit was drawing way to much power He researched the problem and we corrected the problem before the unit failed in degree weather He also saved me a lot of money as the he caught the problem before the faulty unit sucked up all my solar credits Well trained - courteous - on time - affordable - what more could you ask for................*** in Buckeye

Our AC went out in the evening and the house had gotten up to degreesThe technician was at our house within hours of our call and had the AC up and running againIt fast and friendly service

Our service tech, Christien, arrived when expected and performed a thorough inspection and repair of our a/c systemHe was professional and friendly, and explained things very wellA job well doneThank you, Christien!

I spoke to a Chas Roberts supervisor regarding charges occurred for a "re-connection of an electrical wire"and to "Connect a tmp fr water heater" , total charges $I received a quote to install a new water heater for $from another companyBottom line, I was not happy with total charges and believe they were too highI will take my business else where in the future

I am posting this complaint against Chas Roberts Air Conditioning Incin regards to the handling or miss-handling A/C unit For the last three months now, I have had an Chas Roberts repair person to my house for the same issue Each time I have been told that the issue is now resolved, but like clock work, the next month I am on the phone with Chas Roberts again for the same repair issue Also, to make the situation even worries, each time the part needed to make the repair has to be ordered prolonging my wait even longer I have asked to speak with a supervisor and been told over and over again that he will contact me, which to date has not happen As of today, I am back in the waiting mode to get my unit repaired again

Always timely, professional, communicate well and techs are very experiencedHave used them for 20+ years and wouldn't choose another!!

We arrived home after a trip to a very warm master bedroom in degree weather We called in and were given a window appointment that afternoon Santos arrived and asked questions and was a good listener to determine the issue He explained what he was doing and why, and was able to address the problem and get the a/c unit back up and running very quickly He also did various tests to insure no other problems and that entire system was functioning properly Very Professional and Thorough

Brandon did an excellent job servicing our air handler and heat pump unitHe was thorough and made sure all aspects were tested/reviewed both before the repair and afterHe was very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the system, thermostat, etcand how they workedHe was very approachable and professional and did not make or leave any mess

I utilized Chas Roberts to replace my water heater less than two years agoThis morning, it was broken and I had no hot waterThey came out to look at it and said the bottom was burned out and it would be a $repairThey made a big deal of saying they were giving me a discountI asked about the warranty, as the unit was less than two years oldI received the response that it was "parts only." I said that I thought it was ridiculous that a unit less than two years old would cost me anything to repair and I was asked "if I wanted it fixed or not." Someone did finally call me back about this issue and told me that it was like a factor like water quality or something similar to cause the problemThe last water heater I had lasted years, so I doubt that the water quality has gotten that drastically worse in the past twoHe ended the conversation by saying "I probably won't change your mind, but just in case, I will make a note to give you a $credit if you ever need a new air conditioner or plumbing product again." I can guarantee after that, I will never purchase another product or service from Chas RobertsAwful customer service, and from what I can tell, terrible quality productsI would caution anyone against using Chas Roberts, to spare themselves the hassle of poor service and poor product

This company is inefficient in many waysCalled for an appointment for maintenance in October I already paid for.I also specified I would not be able to have them come until late November or early DecemberThe person I spoke to said,”no problem “ just call when you know for sure
I called yesterday and was told the earliest they could come was December 31st between and PmNot acceptable! I have been a customer for years I was told someone would call me that day to see what could be doneI gave phone numbers to reach me and they completely ignored the numbers I gave and called on a different numberThey couldn’t even get that correct
Chas Roberts customer service needs to be overhauled and they should teach the representatives how to treat long time customers
I called a different company who has been in the Valley a long timeThey were recommended by a friend who said they were very efficient and easy to get in touch withThe representative I spoke to not only told me they were running a special that was much less expensive but could be out on the day I needed
I would never recommend Chad Roberts to anyoneIf I didn’t have to fill in the Star part of this survey they would get zero

Daniel was professional and helpful concerning our A/C unit We are thankful for his expert adviceChas Roberts is a solid and honest company, and the CAP program (maintenance) is something we invest in and recommend to others

Jason W*** replaced my Disposal today and did another excellent jobHis work is professional and he tests everything prior
to finishingHe's also very neat and leaves the job clean !!
