Yesterday I placed a call about my r/o system not working and Chas had me scheduled within hoursyour technician joe showed up on -time and had given me a full explanation of what was wrong and how me needed to correct issue ( thanks Joe )
I decided to just replace the system as this one was yrs old he called his supervisor Ken
and they came up with a very decent price ( thanks Mr Ken ) after discussing price he then ordered system and told me he could install next day which was awesome as I have alot of family coming into town this weekend thanks again for quick service MR Ken

Jason W*** came by to change the filters for our water softener on November I cannot sufficiently appreciate how professional he was and what a great job he did on a ** System that our builder had installedImportantly, Jason W*** was able to ensure that the yellow light, indicating that the filters needed to be changed became green againThis is not quite as simple to do as one might imagineFurthermore Jason W*** showed me the know-how as to how to accomplish thisJason W*** will be the person we will request every time that there is a pluming support matter from Chas Roberts
Ben S*** was out to my home in Vail on July because my A/C wasn't cooling and my thermostat wasn't cooling below degrees He quickly determined the issue was a faulty Evaporator He thoroughly explained the issue, that he'd had the part ordered/expedited and that when I was called to schedule an appointment to request a morning appointment because this would take a minimum of 4-hours but likely longerUnderstand my AC had not been cooling and it was progressively getting hotter in the house for a weekWith temps breaking records last week and exceeding daily by the time Ben came out I was cranky Ben has the nicest persona and he was so helpful and calm, he made what I was anticipating to be a terrible day end as a great dayI was thrilled to hear Ben will be back tomorrow to install the Evaporator (which by him expediting the part it was delivered in 2-business days!) On 3/31/I scheduled the second of two visits under my ChasRoberts CAP service plan The appointment was scheduled for 4/30/between 12:00-4: Roberts was unable to arrive during this timeframe I rescheduled the appointment for 5/2/between 9:00-12: Once again Roberts was unable to arrive during their scheduled timeframe I told them that this was totally unacceptable.....that I had sat around waiting for them for over hours over the past two days, that I would no longer do business with them and that I wanted a refund for the portion of the prepaid CAP fee that was not completed due to THEIR incompetence The gal I spoke to said that she would turn this over to her "manager" He called me a few hours later attempting to reschedule the appointment once more - I declined and demanded a refund He stated that I was not entitled to a refund....I loudly disagreed, told him that I would be lodging complaints with various people, that they were a bunch of crooks, and

We arrived home after a trip to a very warm master bedroom in degree weather We called in and were given a window appointment that afternoon Santos arrived and asked questions and was a good listener to determine the issue He explained what he was doing and why, and was able to address the problem and get the a/c unit back up and running very quickly He also did various tests to insure no other problems and that entire system was functioning properly Very Professional and Thorough
Our tech, Mike "the brick" is outstanding!!! He always goes the extra mile....always checks to make sure everything is in working order...even those areas outside the reason we called him to checkHe is also very good at diagnosing a problem Doesn't stop until he has identified the problem and provided the solutionAlso very tidy....always cleans up with shop vac!!

The water line from the municipal water system to my house was leaking GPM for two months and the only indicator was a gradual increase in usage on our water bill
Santiago arrived on Monday morning and quickly found the leakA quick fix may have been able to be performed but we decided that the risk of a reoccurring leak was not worth having to have this happen againThe line was dug up and replaced inside of a day's time with the land scape stone put back into place
This was some major work done correctly on short noticeThe price was reasonable when you consider the peace of mind of not having to have this kind of disruption in the futureI am glad that these guys were there for us
