I called Chas R*** in the morning yesterday and they had a tech out later that afternoon who was extremely helpfulHector problem-solved my a/c situation and came up with a perfect fixMy a/c is blowing super cold now and I'm extremely pleasedHe was a true professional and went above and beyond to make sure my house had cold ac before he leftI don't leave recommendation remarks very often, but this was a great reason to do so

I have Chas R*** check my AC unit twice a year and it's been keeping us cool for years now The unit has been well cared for and they've done a good job with replacing parts that have worn out and they've always treated us with respect and integrity My unit is showing signs of age and when it's time to replace it, I will look to Chas Roberts first Their Tech Hector is great!

Horrible company, called them out to check on a/c and advised me something I didn’t even need which they told me would fix the issue with the a/chad to call them back out a week later because my a/c was doing the same thing the next representative advised me it was something totally differentthis company make you spend money you don’t have to

This is the very worst HVAC company in the valleyThey installed a system in our new home and don't stand behind itWe waited all day for a technician and every time I called I was given a run aroundThe tech came almost four hours later than promised and spent half the evening *** down a leak he couldn't findHe left and the temperature rose to degrees higher to degrees! We've called the rest of the evening attempting to reach someone who will work on our systemNeedless to say we have been given a bs story and the latest is that the only technician is an hour away yetIt's 10pm on a holiday weekend nightIf this wasn't under warranty we'd be calling Floyd's, an extremely reliable company

I purchased a new AC unit from Chas Roberts a little over a year ago, and have had nothing but problems with it ever sinceLast summer I had to call them out about three times to do repairs on the unit because it wasn't coolingFortunately it was under warranty and I wasn't billedHowever last month, I had to call them out again for what was seemingly the same issueThis time I was billed $for parts and labor, even though it is still under the manufacturers warrantyI called Chas Roberts several times to discuss my grievance, and was told each time that a supervisor will call meIt's been about three weeks, and I have yet to receive a callI purchased a new unit to avoid these expensive service callsI don't understand why a new unit would be having all these problems, unless it’s either a lemon or the installation was faulty to begin withEither way, I should not have to pay for their faulty product or incompetence

Chas Roberts replaced my ac unit and its only yrs old and has been nothing but service calls and I'm sorry from day I spent just shy of on this unit and they've had there hands in it more times then I can count there techs ive had in my home are unprofessional and service after the sale is horrible you are priority when you purchase system and just a number after the sale I purchased extended warranty on my unit still waiting for them to fix my unit one supervisor told me we don't make the equipment which is very true but they do claim to service it they just do so poorly I will buy a swamp cooler if chas roberts was the last company to sell ac horrible experience from day one

My name is *** ***, I have been a regular customer since Dec I want to mention the recent exemplary service provided by one of your HVAC Tecnitions, Steven R***, at my residenceSteven had just completed our annual AC cheand was going over his findings with meDuring the conversation I mentioned that our system didn't seem to focus on the zone in the house which had activated the ACI though that was normal, but Steven thought otherwise and proceeded to go back up into our hot attic and determined the source of the problem and corrected sameQuite frankly he didn't have to do this, but he did, which simply stated was above and beyond what he was required to doI also appreciate how well he explained the results of his inspection and provided some recommendations which I intend to follow up on shortlyMy overall experiance with ChasRoberts has been excellent, I would rate you all a out of 5, and Steven defiantly exceeds the norm when it comes to providing services to your customersThank you, *** ***, ***

I called Chas Roberts A/C & Plumbing to fix a problem with inadequate cooling in my home's spare bedroomThe A/C Technician, Michael "The Brick", showed up to my home one time (in fact, minutes early)Michael diagnosed/fixed my problem within 1/hoursAlso, the Chas Roberts technician explained what he found and what he did to fix the problemMichael's knowledge and workmanship are top-notch! I would refer a friend/colleague/family member to this company!

Fred serviced our A/C on our yearly plan and he was great, spent over minutes carefully inspecting everything to make sure we were safe and our a/c unit was running 100%He was very professional, funny, patient and thorough

We just moved into our new home a week ago and had several issues with our new system ; constant rattling noise coming from the ceiling , we had a thermostat not functioning properly , and we had a loud noise every time the heater kicked on Our technician Matt came out and fixed all of the problems , gave me great info on our system, and answered all of my questions Matt was professional and a good communicator His tech code is MATC, ask for him

Chas Roberts installed my unit and has been the only company to service it I received a call from Dan, the technician telling me he was minutes out He completed a thorough inspection explaining what he was doing He put on booties when he came inside A very pleasnt man who provided outstanding service Dan is a good representative of the company

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I get from Chas Roberts- they have always fixed the issues and have been very up front with any needed repairs and the cost- the techs are all polite and willing to answer any questions

I was very pleased with the service we received

Extremely expensiveService tech said it was the builders fault for putting in the cheapest air conditioning unitI felt the company was very unprofessional
