I called Chas Roberts on Monday and sent them warranty items listed by our home inspector requesting they be corrected Our service man (Oscar) called minute's before his arrival and arrived on schedule
Oscar took time to reviewed the items to be corrected with my wife and I and took time to explain items he corrected and the pictures of each item
Both my wife and I were impressed with the service and would rate our service as a #Tony

My name is *** ***, I have been a regular customer since Dec I want to mention the recent exemplary service provided by one of your HVAC Tecnitions, Steven R***, at my residenceSteven had just completed our annual AC cheand was going over his findings with meDuring the conversation I mentioned that our system didn't seem to focus on the zone in the house which had activated the ACI though that was normal, but Steven thought otherwise and proceeded to go back up into our hot attic and determined the source of the problem and corrected sameQuite frankly he didn't have to do this, but he did, which simply stated was above and beyond what he was required to doI also appreciate how well he explained the results of his inspection and provided some recommendations which I intend to follow up on shortlyMy overall experiance with ChasRoberts has been excellent, I would rate you all a out of 5, and Steven defiantly exceeds the norm when it comes to providing services to your customersThank you, *** ***, ***

This is not make sense, can Chas Roberts really fix my AC?
I bought my house with new AC unit at
Starting from 2015,My AC Unit start broke
2015, I called, Chas Roberts came and said it was fixed
2016, It broke again, I called, Chas Roberts came and said it was fixed
2017, It broke again, I called, Chas Roberts came and said it was fixed
2018, right now, AC broke again, I called, Chas Roberts says "Opoos, you are out of year warranty, we are gonna charge you $service fee and let tech come and he will tell me how much I need to pay to fix my AC!!!"
It has never been fixed by Chas Robert!!!

We were disappointed with the overall experience with Chas Roberts AC and Plumbing; and yes we realize they were busy as it was extremely hot during the month We were days with no air conditioner in June We called each morning to check on the status of parts that had been ordered, when messages were left with their answering service, and no response was received within hours, a second call was placed Not one of those calls were returned We also sent a ticket from their website that received no responseOnce we did get through and spoke with Mwho would only say the part is on order, we will deliver as soon as the order comes in We are in a home that is less than years old, we contacted the builder who contacted Chas (the original installer) and she indicated she spoke with Nand she was told only that parts were on order We finally drove out to their HR office where we were greeted and asked to have a seat We waited for about 20-minutes for someone to come and out talk to us We were told that she would ensure an invoice was e-mailed same day and that the truck would deliver to their warehouse that same day and the service representative would be out the next morning He was We feel there is no excuse for ignoring a customer who is spending $or more in labor on repairs for a fairly new system When the repairman arrived, he asked for a copy of the invoice which we could not provide as it still had not arrived His supervisor, R., stopped by to offer assistance and made a call to the office; Mcontacted us, verified the e-mail address and the invoice was then e-mailed to us The final checklist that was mailed indicated that nothing had been checked except the major part that was replaced; he did go up into the attic and checked the unit there as well as the one outside Again, we were disappointed with the overall experience

Our service tech, Christien, arrived when expected and performed a thorough inspection and repair of our a/c systemHe was professional and friendly, and explained things very wellA job well doneThank you, Christien!

We would like to Commend the technician, Jason W***, who installed our new faucetsHe is a knowledgeable, personable, has a great work ethic and does not waste any time completing a jobWe have been associated with Chas Roberts for several years and would highly recommend their business for heating, air conditioning, plumbing and any other service they provide

I took advantage of a sale at *** *** for a pre-summer sale for air conditioning service for $*** *** contracted with Chas Roberts, which I accepted because my air conditioner is a Chas Robert unit originally installed with the houseThe technician came on 2/16/and 'serviced' the unitNothing was found to be wrong and the unit was full of freonThe technician recommended changing my air intake filters (which I did) and tried to sell me an expensive thermostat which I declinedThe AC was not used until two weeks laterOn 4/2/I turned the AC unit on and it would not come onAir would blow, but the AC unit itself would not come onI called Chaz Roberts back and they sent the same technician back to my houseHe inspected the AC unit and informed me there was no freon in the unitI asked him what happened since the unit was fine when he left and we had not used it sinceHe told me they could break at any timeHe then asked me to sign a work authoriza

Chas Roberts has a chronic problem of over booking their servicemen They are usually late and from time to time have not shown up at all This tech was expected between and and arrived at 5:30-not at all apologetic and quite surly All he wanted to do was sell me new units for a mere $11,000! They may need replacing but I would never trust them I am done with Chas Roberts

Chas Roberts installed my unit and has been the only company to service it I received a call from Dan, the technician telling me he was minutes out He completed a thorough inspection explaining what he was doing He put on booties when he came inside A very pleasnt man who provided outstanding service Dan is a good representative of the company

This was our second visit from Eugene who was here today to service our air conditioners We find him to be a positive and knowledgeable representative of your company We plan to request him in the future

I scheduled my AC service appointment a month in advanceThey were supposed to come today to do annual service between 9am and 12pmI am at work, but my mom was home all dayThey have both of our phone numbersThey left a voicemail message on my phone at 8:38am saying I needed to call to confirm serviceI didn't get the message right away since I am at workI called at 9:49am and told them I was confirming the appointment and that my mom would be there all day and to please call her because I was at work and unable to answer my phoneI went to a meeting, came back to my desk to find they left another voicemail message on my phone at 10:48am saying since they haven't heard from me if I don't call by noon they are cancellingI called back at around 1pm and told them again the whole storyI also discovered during this whole day that my mom had also called them twice and told them she is home all day and to comeThis is an example of extreme disorganization and poor customer serviceI assume they are not going to show up today, which means I now have to call and find another company to come service my AC unit and will probably have to wait weeks again

Wonderful company to work with! We always request Jimmy M***, who is a real professional and personable young man who does a wonderful job servicing our furnace and air conditioning unit He is a real asset to the Chas R*** business

Our serviceman Daniel was very professional even offered to stay in hot house rather than seat in air condition ruck while he waited for replacement part to be dropped offAfter offering him a cold drink many times he finally asked if we would mind if he accepted a cold CokeIt was reassuring that when he returned after several visits he told us he would not leave our home till we had a functioning air conditionerWe Thank everyone we have dealt with at Chas Roberts for their help & understanding in getting our system operating

The service rep seemed anxious to be helpful, but after saying that we needed a new AC unit was not able to explain whyHe pushed fairly hard for us to replace the unit, resulting in our decision to check with other companies because we felt pressured

I have contacted chas roberts a total of times since June in an attempt to get my ac unit that is not functioning properly to be looked at under the warrantyAll times I have left all of my contact info with the ladies that are in customer servicethey did call back once and I missed them but they left a nessage stating to call scheduling back.I called the number and it was the customer service numberI asked to be transferred to scheduling and they said they could not do that.So I gave them my info once again and they said someone would call me backAsked to have a manager call me and no call yet today as of 7:pmi am not expecting to be taken care of immediatly but a call back from somebody saying we have your info and are working on it is wantedi realise Phoenix is roasting right now but a call back would be nice to let me know they have my info and im in line for a tech even if its this weekend or next week even

Everyone we deal with is very niceBut this firm is obviously suffering from serious disorganizationIt can't even manage its dispatch process professionally let alone resolve a thermostat issueThe equipment issue may be a manufacturering/design problem over which it has limited controlBut the scheduling issues and installation issues reflect poor training, bad management oversight, and insufficient concern for the customer experienceI really like the people but I must discourage others from relying on this firm at this time

Hi, I’m *** *** I am a property manager for a lot of homes in Gilbert, San Tan, & Queen Creek I want to thank a service technician, Ryan U***; as well as Chas Roberts, for supporting Ryan as he always does more than a great job on our homes Ryan has been to of my properties, repaired units, maintained others (some have more than one) and and he is very thorough and covers every part of our AC and Heat systems He cleans up his mess and sometimes a little of our tenants mess Some tenants say they’ve seen a web page showing he’s an *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** * *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** It’s amazing, to think Chas found such a gem Our tenants love him, when they say they’re a tenant, he asks if a landlord is available for recommendations or if they have a limited power of attorney for repairs We’ve started sending our tenants POA’s so he can do workSeveral ask why other techs are so messy or fast, he told them, “we’re all experts at something, I like to be careful because this is your home and Chas Roberts wants to give you the Best That means I give you my best.” I hope I meet him because I’d like to buy him lunch and get a warranty for each unit as we replace them Genuinely a pleasure to have Ryan in our homes of stars, best of the techs that serve our *** *** *** home corporate rentals Perfect Chas Roberts Thank you and Thank Ryan from all of us!

My house was bought new with ** *** and a half years ago and the AC units were installed by Chas Roberts of Tucson In one year we had more than issues starting with incorrect power source hook-ups and ending with improper hanging of an AC unit in When I sent a complaint to the builder of poor workmanship based on factual history that is on file with the builder, I was put on a "No Service" list by Chas Roberts due to my complaint and recommendations I have a year warranty for my units so how am I supposed to get the units serviced while on this list? It's pretty unprofessional and probably illegal to place me on such a list when I still have a warranty with the company especially when I'm the victim of the situation You would think a business would want to maybe extend a warranty considering what they've put me through now and for the foreseeable future as I've lost confidence in their workmanship Instead they put me on a list? This is not how I expect any bus

Aleks was very friendly and great with my kidsHe genuinely seemed concerned and fixed the issue as soon as he was able to
