I would like to add that 14-30 business days to wait for the refund is ridiculous! Initially, they said a refund could take 10 days and now it has lengthened to over a month. I believe that they do this in the hopes that people forget to look for the refund and maybe never get it. I assure you and Kohls that I have put a note in my calendar to keep looking for the refund and if I don't receive it by June 1 (which is RIDICULOUS), then I will begin legal action. A new Rewards account has been created for herAll information from the old account has been merged to the new accountThis includes the e-mail address as wellThe new Rewards account number is [redacted] She will need to log into your shopping account and she will receive a prompt on the right side of the screen asking to enter your Rewards account number and date of birthWhen she enters her information she is accepting the terms and conditions of the programOnce she visits the store to use her new Rewards account, please provide the POS with the telephone number and she will receive the bonus sign on pointsWe advise the customer to continue to login to the shopping account prior to placing orders online so the points are added correctly
