Upon research of our customer's order # [redacted] , the order was placed on 05/18/The Kohl's Cash earning period was from 05/13/15-05/17/ Purchases made in-store or online within this time frame are eligible to earn $Kohl's Cash for every $spent based on the subtotal after any discountsThis order did not earn Kohl's Cash due to it being placed after the earning periodWe are unable to accommodate the customer’s request for Kohl’s Cash

You was allowed to buy 5 at the time I placed the order. Why can't I buy them for family and friends as gifts? The way you took the kohl's cash back is unbelievable and so disgusting. I think you know that if I return something that I get kohl's cash at the time I purchase it , I will only get the amount I paid for and minus the amount of kohl's cash. Revdex.com:If Kohl's will replace the damaged item, accept the gift card, and NOT demand a credit card number I will accept their responseIF however, when I attempt to reorder the replacement item and Kohl's demands a credit card number I WILL be contacting the Revdex.com again! Upon review of her order [redacted] , a label was created for the missing item however the package was never picked up by our carrier causing a mis-shipA refund will be processed back to the form of tender usedWe are unable to ship another item at this timeIf the customer would like to reorder the item, we are happy to honor the original sale price of the itemThe customer will need to reply back with new order number so that we can make the necessary adjustmentsWe apologize for any inconvenience

Upon review, our price match policy indicates we will match the price of any competitor that has an actual store not an online store onlyIn addition to a price match, a customer is only able to receive/ use up to 15% off on the purchaseWe are happy to credit the customer for 30% off and the $ credit however we are unable to match the price of the itemsPlease note, the items the customer purchased are technically excluded from promotional discounts as stated on our website however we are making a courtesy adjustment in this case
