Instead of just re-ordering the items with the merchandise credit like I was told on 9/29, they just mailed me out another merchandise creditI don't understand why I have to wait more days on a merchandise creditIf there was an issue with you sending me the merchandise credit the first time I would think the solution would be to overnight me the merchandise credit with a tracking number to ensure I received it or just re-order the items I wantInstead I have to wait to see if I will even get the merchandise credit in the mail this timeIts a month later and I am still waiting on the items that I need by the end of this monthAt this point I don't think I will get the items that I need by 10/because I have to wait to see if I will even get the merchandise credit in the mailI explained this situation when I called on 9/and that is when I was told that I could just call customer service and they would re-order the items for me using that merchandise creditThis is a lot of back and forth when all this can be prevented if Kohl's would just re-order the items that I need Regards, [redacted]

The customer did not receive a confirmation email because the order did not completeThere is no record of an order for the customer in our systemAn authorization hold would reflect on the bankcard since an attempt was made by the customer to submit an order - the authorization hold for the funds will drop offWe had no issues with orders not successfully completing during that time periodAs a courtesy, we will adjust the prices for the items listed in this complaint After the customer submits their order, we ask the customer to please provide their order number to [redacted] and the adjustments will be made

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.While I appreciate finally receiving a refund for the items after a month I feel that I should also be compensated for the extra amount I paid in shipping for those two items Those two items took my total to an amount where a higher shipping charge was charged Seeing as how the items never shipped and without them my shipping total would have been lower I feel that Kohls should also refund the difference in shipping While I know this is only a small amount, Kohls is the one who screwed up and never shipped my order so why should they make extra money off of me Also why would you even offer to allow me to reorder an item that clearly is no longer even available Kohls took so long to deal with this issue that the item in all colors and sizes is sold out Had this issue been dealt with in an appropriate time manner I could have reordered However, again because of their issues and incompetence I dont have that optionKohls seems as if they could care less about the issues they have caused in their non-nonchalant response [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]

Although at this point almost a month after Christmas I am informed that the items I ordered online were not shipped due to negligence I do understandI understand that human error existsI understand that mistakes happenWhat is frustrating is the response and the lack of empathy I have gotten from Kohls after the factI have been a loyal khols shopper for many many yearsDurring this Christmas season I bought a Kichen Aide Pro mixer, ninblender, kids apparel, I have spent thousands of dollars at my local store and had I known this was going to be such a night mare I would have trusted the postal service insteadAnyhow I feel as though there is no sense of loyalty towards loyal customersEven though this was just a small purchas that I made,I am a regular Kohls shopper I had planned to make a few more larger purchases later this winter, my house hold will be needing a new carpet cleaner and vacuumBut the treatment that I have received from each employee has been in general "oh well lady " I'm just so disapointed In kohlsI always tell people how wonderful kohls is, and people at work call me the kohls lady, but now not anymoreI'm done with themI will be closing out my accounts with themThanks for your lousey treatment of loyal customers Kohls.
