Though, I saw this legal disclaimer on their website, this canned response does not address their customer service reps inconsistency of response, the fact that the same item has been listed at a different price, or rather two pricesOne at the top of the listing, another at the bottom of the page, neither of which are any of the prices their reps attempted to charge meThey have not addressed the complete waste of my time or tried to truly address the price of the item with meThey have asked for the item SKU, even though I already sent them screenshots of the item page in questionI've never seen a more lazy, incompetent customer service department outside of fast food establishments in my lifePerhaps what they need to offer me is a job

The customer was informed we were not able to
fulfill the entire order before the first shipment was sent on

The response received only dealt with one of my complaints. They skirted the issue of taking the discount off of my merchandise credit. That credit was money I got back from a return I made. That merchandise credit is the same as cash and should NOT have been taken off of my total before the discount was taken. It should have been treated as cash, the same as my credit card and accepted as part of the payment for what I bought
